I went to Greenwood Suites with my boyfriend for 6 days during the middle of October. We had a lovely time!
The staff were so lovely. The room was stunning.It was my birthday and when we came back from a day out, I found a birthday cake, champagne and fruit in the room along with a birthday card and a towel bow on the bed. It was little touches like this that made our visit so memorable.
I highly recommend the day trips from the hotel. Every day there was a man in main reception who could tell you all about the trips and take bookings. We did one full day trip which was €50 per person and included entrance to the lower and upper Dudan waterfalls, a jewellery outlet, Antalya centre and a boat trip on a pirate ship which was absolutely amazing!
We didn’t actually go on the waterpark as it was so busy when we went and there were a lot of children, however the indoor pool was lovely and warm. The outdoor swimming pool (the one without the slides) was absolutely freezing though!
The shuttle bus to the beach can get very hot and busy but we found that it was a very reasonable walk to the beach once we knew the way! The beach itself was lovely. There was food from 12-4pm (chicken nuggets, burgers, chips, salad, ice cream and steak) and a bar at the beach. There were a few stray dogs on the beach which was sad to see.
Lots of shops and enormous shopping bazaars nearby!
The food is good, although do be aware that they do not cater to allergies/ intolerances/ cross contamination.

There is no iron in rooms , you have to ask each time and leave deposit for using it . There is no proper cloth drier in room just small one in balcony and useless.
Tea and coffee is very poor quality .
Housekeeper ladies are perfect .

The Hotel is mostly good for families with children, I wouldn't recommend to Young couples as there are not much entertainment for them.

Check in was simple, given my room was next to a car park, would have been nice to have been allowed to bring my car there directly, at least to unload, given I had 2 very small kids.
The room was decent, other than some creaky doors.
Surrounding facilities were nice, aqua park, pool, food etc all good.

The hotel itself is lovely and our room as a family of four was spacious and clean. The entertainment team were definitely high energy and the kids loved the water park side of the hotel. We were glad to be based on the quiet side. Limited things to do for teens but happy enough with what was available. Food was decent. Drinks all local brands and high sugar but as expected at an all inclusive. Lots of additional outings available but not much locally. Overall we had a great time.

We stayed in June 25. Family of 5(2 Adults, 3 children). We had a very pleasant stay. Lots of facilities, kids activity centre including the water slides. Lots of food options. Will definitely recommend. 3-5 mins walk to local shops and Migros(grocery store)

We went with 3 kids in half term holidays end of may. Weather was lovely and hotel catered very well for the kids. Food was brilliant a new option every day , variety was amazing and something for everyone. Desserts were also on point. Only 1 downfall was the location of our room as it was near the entertainment area therefore loud music was heard till midnight and kids struggled to doze of. I would recommend to ask in advance for a room away from the entertainment area to get goodnight sleep otherwise it was an amazing experience and hotel is our favourite will defo be going back again

Couldn’t fault this hotel, booked this on the day we check in as a hotel we previously booked let us down and was nothing but helpful as soon as we arrived. Clean rooms lovely staff and lovely food! Good entertainment, my daughter loved the kids disco. Water slides was a good touch and the heated pool was a bonus for my 7 month olds first time swimming. Will defo be back!

The hotel was pristine. Facilities was functional and practical. Staff were friendly and courteous. Lots of Activities for kids. Family friendly. Proximity to the airport was ideal. Spacious room for family with adequate privacy. However, i couldn't sleep for 2 nights due to the excessive smell of nicotine. Better boundaries between smoking and non- smoking rooms has to be establish. The cats parade during lunch & dinner time was too much especially when they jump on dinning tables and chairs. Cat allergic guests might struggle. The kids were fond of the kitten stroking them as they pass by and then going to the food area without washing their hands. Overall lovely time. Good family hotel, especially for kids 5 and above. The staff are brilliant, Sami Gorki Sahin and Julie were all great from the animation team. Ali on skates and Farat at the main pool were amazing.

Kids splash park was a bit cold for my girl, the entertainment in the evening is alright. I think they could improve the music, for in between the mini disco and the main entertainment then afterwards too as the vibe gets a bit low.

Food ok, there’s a good barbecue every night and a special that changes everyday. We didn’t use the a la carte restaurants as we thought 25 Euro extra pp was not worth it.

The beach is a bit untidy, we didn’t like it. But there’s a free shuttle that runs every hour.

Overall good holiday that we would recommend to family’s , but not so excellent that we would stay again.

I loved my time there. As it was my brothers birthday they surprised us with a cake which was so cute. Staff were so lovely and friendly. To the people at the reception, bars, waiters and entertainment staff, thank you to everyone who spoke to me and my family. As for the place, the rooms were spacious with a beautiful view and there were many activities at the aqua park.

The rooms although spacious were not clean at all. The floors were filthy and bathroom was never cleaned unless we called reception to have it cleaned. Out of 4 people 3 of us had diarrhoea and vomitting and we did not eat oi-sure until after coming down with this at which point I said enough is enough we’re not eating anymore at the hotel.
Everyday we had to ring for shower gel replacements, towels and bedding. It’s as if they could only count to 4 yet 4 of us were booked and staying in the room.
Food was very repetitive with a lot of flies around.
Pools were decent enough and entertainment good and staff were good but really think about the food and cleanliness if you want to stay there.

Reception staff don't understand anything. Dining room staff are always helpful and friendly. Photographers downstairs are so irritating, you say you don't want photos but they follow you to the pool, and take pictures, Dogan says dont go to my friend, come to me. Man in the bag shop downstairs was most friendly.

Overall experience was good, enjoyed staying here. We had the apartment which is just away from the main building, looked like a block of flats. Our light outside the room didn't work, asked reception a couple of times and it was fixed. Room was fine, plenty of space but expected a bin in the room and not just in the toilets. Food was good, plenty of options but does vary on different days slightly, more variety would have been nice. There's shops within the resort, entertainment in the evenings, couple of pools and a gym. Gym could do with maintenance and an update but does the job. Overall was a good place, staff were fine, clean enough, would recommend and i would stay here again.

Very nice hotel for a short visit, conveniently located for transport links. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The late night food option was very useful, although it did take a while to get served. Only thing I would say they could do with a few more vegetarian options in the buffet, the bread, pizzia, fish, ice cream, gozolama and salad options was very good.

The Hotel was fine but the food was mediocre,same things every day.The public areas of the hotel where ok but there was lots that could have been improved on.The glass and mirrors where grubby the marble floors where all spill marks.Maids where awful put towels in and toilet paper that was it.Sadly I don’t think I would return to this Hotel.

Staff were wonderful and welcoming. All very friendly, food was good, children were happy with the options available. One of our favourite all inclusive food wise resorts! We were able to use all facilities after checking out. Aqua park was amazing and had lifeguards ready. Evening enteertainments were brilliant! The circus show was one of the best live shows ive ever watched. Great kids club available, such friendly staff that got on so well with all the children. Rooms were clean and well prepared, washing machine in our room was so helpful! Balcony with mountain views were wondeful. There are loads of shops a walk away, restaurant, sports bar everything at hand. We also went to the beach via private shuttle, beach had hotel wifi and all inclusive bar open there for hotel customers. Overall brilliant brilliant stay. Definitely recommend! Hopefully coming back soon!

Loši sadrzaji u novembru.
Jedino sto imate je unutrasnji bazen koji je vrlo mali i ovaj hotel nikada ne bih birao da sam znao da aqua park ne radi.
Izbegavajte taxi koji vam zove recepcija, 2x mi je prosao kroz crveno i naplatio duplo u odnosu na normalne taksiste. Taxi je sramota!

A pleasant and varied water park, sports activities, plenty of food. The reception staff are welcoming. Some of the entertainment shows are great! The hotel was not too busy and it was very pleasant. The cleaning and maintenance of the rooms are lacking, it's a shame that the water park is only open four hours a day.

What was good:
- big room
- The hotel is not busy
- Varied food for children
- The adults really enjoyed the varied venue and the alcohol
- The entertainment team does a wonderful job with the children
- We didn't feel the need to leave the hotel because everything was there.

What I didn't like:
- There is no option at all - for vegan food
- The staff does not speak English
- The slides in the water park are open for 4 hours every day
- We were in a renovated room and there were still things that didn't work (there was a terrible smell from the bathroom - but they changed our room)

Sherwood suites is good place for family the water park is excellent the food is amazing but front desk is awful, they are there 24hrs but not helpful no matter what you ask they are negative or if ask them for some advise such as where a good place to shop they will direct you right where they have connections and everything is expensive first we trusted them but we figured out there much better places specially for shopping so if you do go for shopping, try to go as away from resort as you can where the locals shops

Do not stay here. The address is not what the map in Expedia shows, it has no beach entrance so having beach photos is deceiving .

When I realized the property is not beach front I asked if I could change to their beachfront property and was willing to pay the difference but staff wasn’t helpful and super rude.

Nice hotel! We stayed 1 night only. My kids can not wait to return and said that it was the best hotel ever they stayed in. A lot of fun things to do for kids. Close to airport. Food was good. Ich war das zweite mal in dieser Unterkunft , dieses Jahr fand ich das Personal überwiegend nett nur am Strand war ein Herr bei der Getränkevergabe, der von Kundenservice nie was gehört hat. Das führte dazu, das wir den Strand gemieden haben.

Wir waren zu fünft für 5 Tage hier. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, alles ist sauber und gepflegt.
Die Auswahl beim Essen ist so groß dass es einen schon fast überfordert.

If you come from Turkey, it's definitely worth a visit. But if you come from Europe or other rich countries, I wouldn't recommend it, as the standard is simply too low. On the other hand, the price is also lower than elsewhere.

Perfektes Hotel für Familie und auch Paare . Das Angebot in der Gastronomie ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen AquaPark mit mehreren Pools und Rutschen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Orkun der Gästebetreuer kann bei allen Fragen sofort helfen. Wir kommen wieder.
