Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was also clean. However, the air conditioning makes a really loud noise essentially every 2 mins which makes it extremely difficult to get a refreshing night sleep! The AC unit’s main generator was in the balcony and I guess it was shared with the room next to us. So even if turned our AC unit off, the main generator was still making the loud noise. My wife couldn’t even get an hour of sleep tbh. Also we could very clearly hear the voices of our next door guests and follow their conversations which was weird and at the same time inconvenient. They weren’t even loud or shouting but still it felt like they were sitting in our room conversing! The rooms are supposed to be sound proof but wasn’t the case at all!

The service was great! The attendants were very helpful and invested in my enjoyment during the trip. I enjoyed the easy of securing a bike through the hotel. The pool was nice. The room was lovely. The free buffet slso was satisfying.

The hotel was remodeling (under construction) , not even a welcome water or anything. Breakfast was great, Gym needs lot of maintenance. I would have chosen another hotel if I knew that it was under remodeling process.

Chose this particular hotel for a combination of location and rave reviews for included breakfast. It did not disappoint! Breakfast is one of the best possible, by Argentinian standards. In Argentina, breakfast is presumed to be coffee and a bunch of bread and pastries - including at hotels. Here, breakfast had the same selection every day, but a good one: fruit (bananas, apples, plums, melon, strawberries, blueberries), sauteed veggies, morning sausage, cereals, milk, yogurt, boiled eggs, avocado, tomato, cheese. Plus the pastries and coffee/ tea. Same space was then open as a popular restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Hotel's other pluses:
- excellent blackout curtains
- comfortable bed, including a rollaway was set up with a real mattress.
- Hotel shares access to amenities of an apartment complex. Outcome: access to big, beautiful pool and lounge area, access to spacious gym with a variety of equipment.

Could be better:
- key cards SUCK!!!! They would stop working literally after each use. When next to your smartphone, immediately would demagnetize.
- shower: only partial wall to the shower - enough water spills over and makes the floor wet, requiring extra towels. No bathroom fan.
- wobbly furniture, loose screws
- mini-fridge only - no way to heat up food in room.

Most useless feature ever: a hired person (bellboy??) opens the front door for you as you leave/ arrive.

The perfect blend of a family atmosphere and a five-star hotel experience. Melina and the entire staff are incredibly efficient and always willing to go the extra mile to delight guests. The breakfast area also doubles as an excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner, or simply a wonderful place to enjoy a drink.

Excellent location and staff. However, the bathroom sink (the only sink) did not drain properly. Two minutes to slowly seep out; after staff efforts to correct, the drain still took one minute to drain. Also, the bathroom should have a fan. Room completely fogged after a shower.

Beautiful Stay in the Heart of it All

Great 3 day stay in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Beautifully designed rooms. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The restaurant attached to the hotel (Roa Bar) was a 10 out of 10 for dinner. The service was great from the staff. My only negative feedback is that the walls are a bit thin so you will hear your neighbors talking to some degree.

The hotel is nice, well located. Service is good. Water pressure in the shower was not great and breakfast can definitely improve. The coffee is mediocre and the breakfast in general lacks variety and quality products. Service is outstanding, the rooms are comfortable and large and the hotel is in an overall good condition.
I was surprised that I was charged for two nespresso pods when I checked out. First time in charged for coffee pods at an hotel of this level

The hotel looks good but the rooms are worn out and not in good maintenance. There was a huge leek in the shower area, which flooded the bathroom. We asked to change the room, which we did, but I did not notice any effort from the staff to listen to the hosts and identify the problems. Breakfast was basic, I was expecting a better breakfast. I am a Platinum member and this is a VIP hotel, I mentioned my status but did not get a room upgrade, which I would have liked. I have to say, though, that the hotel left me a bottle of wine in the room, which I do not drink as I don't drink alcohol. Overall, I did not like the hotel. I have traveled often to Buenos Aires and stay in Palermo, but this hotel I did not like at all.

Was disappointed that there wasn’t a bar in the hotel to meet in The breakfast was also disappointing ( they actually wanted to charge my room if l wanted to have fried eggs instead of scrambled eggs) it was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our trip and expected better service, the gold membership didn’t mean anything 😡

The location and room were great. Lovely spot in Palermo and spacious modern room. The pool area is great but only receives sun around midday.
The Front desk staff were a little overworked (dealing with lots of guest queries and the on-site cafe/breakfast option was undergoing renovation. We didn’t receive our VIP upgrade options - even though we asked about the complementary sparkling wine twice and were assured they were looking into it.

Charming and spacious room in Palermo

Beautiful Palermo charm in this very spacious room with mini kitchen area and table. The hotel offers great events for guests including a guided tour on a small bus (though billed as a walking tour) all over the city. This was a fabulous way to say goodbye to Buenos Aires.

Great location, but AC unit failed

Booked this hotel for a pre-cruise stay because of its location nearer the new boarding spot for the cruise. GREAT location. But mid day on the second morning the air conditioning unit quit and we reported that to the front desk as we left for the day. We returned late that afternoon and found it was fixed. BUT at about 7PM the AC unit stopped working again (again \"E4\" message on the unit) and we had a somewhat uncomfortable night in a rather warm room. Of course they said they would fix it as we departed, but..........

While there was a slight language barrier for us as English speakers, we didn't feel as though the hotel staff was willing or interested in helping us navigate the city or our plans. One of the front desk attendants did help us make a dinner reservation one night but besides that, we were told to google the answers we were looking for.

We wanted to change and wash up before heading to the airport since we checked out of our room and the \"spa\" which is shared with another property was essentially abandoned. There were no towels for the pool or spa, no toilet paper, napkins or soap in the bathroom and we ended up going to the airport to wash our faces and change.

1.Muy decepcionantes. Llegue al hotel alrededor de las 22 horas en camioneta, comencé a bajar todas las maletas y no salio nadie a ayudarme.
Tuve que pedir ayuda .

2. El lugar parecía ina bailanta: cumbia a alto volumen, frente a mi se disputaban quien le correspondia acompañarme a la habitación. Aparentemente nadie tenia muchas ganas de trabajar.

4. DURANTE mi estadia, les avise al personal en 7 OCASIONES DIFERENTES Y EN TODOS LOS TURNOS que estuvieran ATENTOS PORQUE me iban a traer una entrada para la final de Fútbol sub 20.
Les consulté si me la recibían una vez hecho el check out y yo volvía a buscarlas. Me dijeron que si. Que iban a dejar una nota y avisar al staff.

Cuestión que no prestaron atención, llego mensajería de UPS, y como yo no estaba en el hotel rechazaron recibirla.

CONCLUSION: PERDI 150 DÓLARES DE LA ENTRADA. MAS LA ESTADÍA Y EL PASAJE DE BUQUEBUS.

NUNCA MAS ME QUEDO EN NINGUN CASA SUR.

It was all very good here; modern beautiful hotel with every amenity we needed. Breakfast was average, but there are many cafes nearby. They helped us schedule Covid tests too, and that was a huge help. Good location, but a long drive to the International airport.
