Upon arrivig to the hotel, the room was very dirty. The wallpaper was peeling the shower was dirty and the couch was full of stains We booked the room based on the pool which was closed all three nights

We have stayed at the Springhill Suites many times over the years, and we have always been happy with our stay. The rooms have a lot of space, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the towels are nice and fluffy. The rooms are clean (with the exception of an empty beer bottle we found under our bed this time). We like having the toilet (with a small sink) separate from the shower and sink room bathroom. The breakfast is good with lots of options. Plenty of seating. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint is housekeeping is offered every other day, and they request we re-use our towels. While this in itself isn't a problem for us, there are absolutely no towel racks in the room. Only two hooks. There were 5 of us staying in this room. We hung towels over the closet, over chairs and lamps, and over the shower stall door. We would prefer to be able to hang them in the bathroom. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and look forward to our next visit in the area.

room was freezing. Tech tried to make heater work. Failed. I froze for an hour while this was happening then moved to another room which was also freezing but heater sort of worked and in another hour was ok. Room lacked basic amenities. I couldn't drive for 24 hours and bought chicken soup and put in microwave and the package simply blew up in a minute. No housekeeping to help clean up. Then asleep at 6:00am and alarm went off in hall no explanation and shut off in fifteen minutes -- then because still couldn't drive ate free breakfast which was easily worst version of such things of all time. Morning staff was helpful. Afternoon staff was totally and entirely unhelpful. This is a Marriot. Supposed to be upscale but everything was shabby (though clean).

My stay was ok overall. I really did not like the smell of my room. As soon as we walked in we all smelled the stinch. The beds were way to soft for my taste. i would sit in the middle and both the sides would lift. Like if they were making a taco with me. I breakfast wasn't so good. I hated that the fire alarm went off very early. I was so loud we all woke up at about 6am 3-4 days of my vacation.

Spacious room with two closets and with separate rooms for the shower and toilet, both with sinks and mirrors, so really convenient for our group. When I arrived, I had to wait for somebody to check me in the pool that that address has on the website was closed for repairs. The beds are very uncomfortable in my room is not very clean. Also, I had a very noisy room. I could constantly hear people banging some water running something it was not a pleasant day

SpringHill Suites Quaker town offers comfortable rooms and the staff were very friendly. We liked the feature of the separate toilet and shower rooms. For breakfast they offered a hot and cold buffet and had a variety of offerings. We stayed three nights and chose this hotel because it was one of the few that offered an indoor pool and hot tub. It was disappointing to us that the pool was closed three out of the four days we were there. The pool was quite small. With it being a holiday weekend, we were surprised to find it closed.
Every morning around 3:30am several of us woke up to what sounded like little children running above us; however we wondered if it was the plumbing or the elevator??? Our rooms were located halfway down the hallway from the elevator, so the mystery noise was never resolved ☺️
Overall, we thought the hotel and people were nice, but we would probably choose a different hotel next time to be closer to family and simply forgo the pool.
