Nice hotel. Great gym and decent pool. Room was clean and updated. Exterior doors do not work so you have to use the lobby no matter where you park. Twice someone was vacuuming the hallway near our room at 10:30pm which was annoying. Not the worst stay however.

Easy check in and very close to the hospital. We had a short stay not even a full night but it gave us peace of mind to have a quiet space to rest. Lobby was bright and they had fruit water for free. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Check out was simple, drop the key in box. We’d definitely stay again!

Girl working counter was very courteous. Attendant at desk also very nice. Food took a bit long to be prepared at the cafe though. And fries were soggy. And wings were freezer burned.
In addition the Bed was not very comfortable and was actually slanted …higher at the foot than at the head. Would not likely stay here again especially since there are other hotels that have better rooms and also free breakfast. This one charged $13 for what appeared to be a mediocre buffet at best.
Also when I called earlier in the day, staff tried to upcharge me for a third person in a 4 person occupancy room!! Also tagged on some other stupid charges bringing the total to 138. So I booked it through hotels.com for 113.

Everything was great. The only thing that was an issue was the heater kept turning on and off every 30 seconds. Not sure if something was wrong with it or if that’s just how it works. Was not a quiet transition and kept my husband awake which meant I was awake. Finally got up and just turned the wall control to off. Unit still came on every so often but we were finally able to get to sleep.

I was very impressed with holiday inn. I am not sure what I was expecting but the size of the room that I selected was perfect! I was able to bring my daughter’s stroller in and have an open large suitcase on the floor. There was a microwave AND a refrigerator which was perfect for me as I had to make her bottles. Staff was so friendly and amazing. The room was clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Beautiful updated property with very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds and rooms. Only issue for us was the sliding glass doors on the shower in our room would not stay closed, nor would the water fully turn off. So, a constant drip heard during the night, and shower doors just kept opening while trying to shower. I did advise them of the issues, and they wrote down and definitely seemed concerned and wanted to fix. I would think these are minor issues that once fixed, there is no reason to not come back here. Very nice place and service.

Staff was great. It smelled clean when we walked in to the hotel and the room as well. Only issues is it loud with being in between two major highways. The only other issues is there are no ramps on the end of sidewalks for my disabled wife. Only ramp is in front. Had to park in back and go threw parking lot and roadway to get to back.

The stay itself was good. When I checked in and was given the room key, it was not so noted in their computer system. As a result, the owner thought that I was not supposed to be in that room. Once I showed him that I had been given the room key, he realized that the clerk on duty at check-in had made a mistake. The reason that I only rated the hotel good, was because they were charging $13.99 for breakfast. That is the first time recently that I have stayed in a hotel that charged for the minimal breakfast.

Staff doesn’t tell you that if you aren’t out of your room by 9:30am your room won’t get cleaned. Glass shower door would constantly slide open. Breakfast is $12.95 per person and doesn’t start till later on weekends - which front desk staff neglects to mention. Whole place needs maintenance and more housekeeping staff

This is the second time we've stayed for one night in this hotel. The only downside was with the room itself - there was a mold smell, as well as a cigarette smell in the room. This was an issue as my wife has Asthma

Last minute reservation worked out well

We made our reservation while on the road so it was nice that we had this in place and knew where to drive to. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room with 2 queens was very large. Free parking was nice too. Breakfast would have been an add on item so we skipped that.

No sheets or pillows for pull out couch bed. Our reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child, so we expected the sheets and pillows. Took 75 minutes to get them. Shower doors closed the wrong way do all shower water sprayed out of the shower onto bathroom floor. Due to this issue we had not enough towels to take 3 showers because we needed them to dry floor, When we requested 4 more towels, we received 2. Room above us was running STOMP marathon all night until 1
;45am, at which time they got into the shower. Our room now sounded like a missel that was just shot off for 45 minutes (when shower was over) When speaking to front desk about the issues, desk clerk could not even make eye contact let alone an apology. Could not seem to be able to care any less! I would never book this hotel for a stay again

Had a reservation for the weekend that was paid for and money raken from my account. They canceled after the first day then charged me again for another day that was already paid for. I am sure they wont miss my business or care but never staying here again. Manager claimed rhey only put a \"hold\" on my account and it wqs clearly taken out. He did not seemed bothered or cared because they took the money for a second day without me approving it.

New York to Dorney Park

Walking into the house it was clean, air was fresh. The concierge was very welcoming. It took less that 10 mins to check in. The hotel has a bar, pool and breakfast for a low cost. Usually i would've did a thoroughly cleaning of the room, but instead just sprayed my lysol just an an added comfort. My family would definitely stay there again
Also. Dorney Park and a host of restaurants are less than a 10 minute drive from the hotel.
