The room lacked towels, the bathroom was dirty with garbage on the floor. The door latches didnt work. The garbage outside by the car was over flowing and all over the ground. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7am, by 7:10 there was nothing out no coffee no muffins nothing.. This is a run down place not worth the $88 dollers, plus $50 deposit. I would give it less than 1 star.

Had to change rooms, half of the room had no electricity. Had to walk around the motel to enter because the key card doesn’t open exterior doors. Breakfast was a joke, coffee and blueberry muffin, absolutely nothing else for breakfast. Not even a piece of bread for toast. The hallway was in definite need of a vacuum, the towels and bed sheets were not white. It certainly needs some TLC. Would not stay there again.

The room was terribly dirty - sheets - pillows with cigarette burns - I have pictures - no heat - I called daily to get another room or the heat fixed to no avail. 35 degrees and no heat. Warmer in the hallway than the room. Said repairs were done, nothing heat blew for two minutes and then cold air. I would request a full refund. Also would advise to drop this hotel from your list.

Tbh, I would have rated lower but the front desk guys were very helpful and took my concerns seriously. For that, I extend my grace in this review.

My opening experience was walking in to check in and the guy in front of me had complained about roaches. I understand with an influx of patrons that frequent the hotel, It will not be perfect, but to say that I had a similar experience would be an understatement. I was very close to cancelling my reservation but seeing that the front desk did take the time to address and try to rectify the situation, I decided to stay.

In the end, it was not a bad experience but not a favorable one either.

This hotel needs to taken off your list! It is a dive/dump. No lamp shade, heater was noisy. I unplugged the fridge due to its noise.
I have never stayed at such an awful place in my life. Hotels.com used to have reputable lodging, not so much anymore.
HORRIBLE!!!
And the advertised breakfast was a package of 'Uncle Wally's Bake Shoppe Muffins', choco chip. No milk, juice, or tea bags. Coffee and hot water, only.
All the furnishings were there, though not used. Highly disappointed. We were traveling, made late night reservations, and picked this hotel all because of the price and stated 'breakfast included' on your site.
Breakfast is NOT a package of 2 small muffins!!!

This room was filthy, I felt like crying, the floor bed, tub, toilet sink all filthy, dirty condom wrapper on the floor. We were exhausted so we slept in our clothes. The bed was hard like a box spring, this place should be closed down we left day break as soon as we got in the car we encountered a man with a hoodie and a mask in the parking lot. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. The place stank of stale air. I was given one thin, fraying greyish-white towel. Therd was no bath mat. The fridge door did not open. One bedside lamp had no bulb. The A/C- geatet did not work. The sink did not drain. The bed had a creased sheet and a very thin cover. No duvet or blanket. I asked for one and was handed a filthy blanket with several cigarette holes. The manager shrugged his shoulders. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Worse than a house of horrors.

The staff member was very rude. When we explained that we meant to reserve a non-smoking room, we were told no changes even though there were available rooms. Then the key would not work and the staff member acted like we were a bother to him. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. There were cigarette burns on the chair, floor, bed linnen, ans pillows. There were roaches crawing around the room. Even though the roon was advertised as having a mini fridge abs TV, there was not either of those. There were no towels or wash cloths. The room smelled so bad we couldn't even stay. We left shortly after we checked in and went and slept in the car in a rest area.

They had bed bugs and roaches broken ac mosquitoes and terrible breakfast they didnt have laundry or a hair dryer the tub was disgusting the bathroom ahad pubic hair they over charged me and kept some of my deposit because i spoke up about the nasty bloody sheet and bed bugs they had cigarette burns in pillows and sheet and the carpet was filthy so ffilthy we couldnt be barefoot and some one try to break in our room and my husbad lost his wallet and they didnt care and came checkout they bang on door and harrass until u do so and i was banned wothout my knowledge because i asked for a refund due to the bed bugs biting me and us sitting in the lobby to wait for manager

Most disgusting, deplorable experience ever.

Breakfast was supposed to be included starting at 6:00am. By 7:30am, nothing had been prepared. Allentown Health Department had orange sign o front door stating that hotel was “Operating without a food service license because of non-compliance with food service sanitation.” Pillows were filthy. Bed spreads had cigarette holes in them. Carpet was never vacuumed and had cigarette butts and plastic bottles on the floor. Trash can had not been emptied. When I complained and asked for room change, desk clerk said the would send room service. They never came. When I tried to cancel the next night’s stay, the manager refused stating i that they hold to their “strict cancellation policy” A cursory view of other reviews show a LONG list of dissatisfied and unhappy reviews.

HORRIBLE CONDITIONS

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is the nastiest hotel/motel I have ever seen in my life. The conditions are deplorable. There are BED BUGS and gnats in the rooms. The rooms are extremely filthy, the blankets and sheets look as if they’ve never been washed. I stayed for about an hour and couldn’t take it any longer. I’m not sure how this place is still in business. On top of the filth and bugs there are shady people all over the place. Don’t even waste your time or money at this place.

They Are CHEATERS, WORST property & management and super RUDE staff.

They charged us even after checking out immediately after finding issues of hairs on pillow, no pillow cover, cigarette bud mark on bedsheet, COCKROACH on floor, smell was unbearable, phone receiver was so dirty to touch.

They are CHEATERS, did not check me out and kept my reservation active even after I checkout immediately, which we found out after getting checkout email from expedia on schedule checkout day.
Upon calling, hotel staff asked to wait for 24-48 hrs and call back, before that she HUNG UP thrice and kept me on Hold.

On followup, manager asked to call expedia and not them and hung up.
They are FOOLING people and EXPEDIA SYSTEM to make money.

The hotel was utterly filthy with no breakfast as advertised. They had some muffins and coffee, but that was one of the reasons I went and paid more for this space. The smell was a stench that carries through out. The cost of the room is insane for the quality. In a 3rd world country this may be satisfactory. I was here for two nights. No Blankets with holes on the cover sheets. You must not go. It is horrendous, and the smell is haunting through out.

Worst I’ve stayed in out of several hundred hotels

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel for work. There was a roach infestation so bad they were living in the microwave. If you’re curious, turning the microwave on didn’t seem to bother them. There were stains on everything, dead bugs throughout, and we only had a single very stained towel. Needless to say we left after suffering through the first night. Whole place smelled like an ashtray even in non smoking rooms, and the exterior doors didn’t have latches. Not secure at all. This hotel seriously needs to be demolished.

Foul, moldy, not even remotely clean, toilet paper roll was only last dregs. Dingy linens, hallways reeked of cannabis, garbage left for days in hallways. No garbage can in the room. A puddle of oil in the microwave, furniture was broken, no shelves or towel racks.

The property is very run down. When I moved in one of the bed was propped up on a stick a giant fan was blowing in the room \"to dry up the mattress\" as the manager explained \"helpfully\". The room reeked of smoke even when I ordered non smoking room. The blanked and bedding was almost unwashed and the blanked had holes clearly from someone smoking while lying with it. The hall was noisy till late into evening. I would have asked for another room, but it sure seemed from the conditions of the hotel that I would have been non the better.

To top it off, the morning I moved out someone pulled the fire alarm. It most likely was just some (justifiably) disgruntled guests pulling the fire alarm, but judging from the conditions of the motel it is probably better off to be just burned down, as long as no one gets hurt.

TL:DR avoid it at all cost!

You walk in and it immediately hits you with an overpowering cigarette stench that penetrates every part of the motel. The water pressure was abysmal. My 10 year old could have cleaned the room better. The beds and blankets where rough and uncomfortable. When we went to check out the feont desk attendant was fast asleep. Bed was actually kinda comfy(only reason for 2 stars) , the \"comforter\" has cigarette holes in it and tears, was super thin like a curtain. Sheets seemed clean tho so i just used my own blanket half the light bulbs were burnt out and one of the lamps was broken weird. holes in the wall, roaches, smelled weird, no breakfast like advertised. No towels, just 2 floor mats and a face cloth. Carpet was gross and was peeling near the walls. There was popcorn and crud under/behind the bed and no headboard.bathtub and shower curtain were stained, yellow and weird.This seems like an emergency only kinda place.

We had to leave because the beds were dirty, and there were visible bed bugs on the beds. The receptionist cancelled our reservation with no problem. He started a refund with no problem. Okay hotel overall. Definitely not very clean. Most of the hallways smelled like weed and the rooms did too. Also not very safe feeling either. There is an elevator that anyone from outside can get right into the hotel. Some of the sheets in our room had black marks/stains on them. It didnt feel very clean. The AC unit worked, but was very inconsistent and I was hot most of the night. Overall wasn't the worst experience, but definitely at your own risk.

We chose this location based on the location and we knew it was an older building so we did not expect the latest and greatest. We were happily surprised by the excellent quality and comfort of the bed. Overall we were happy with the location and staff during our check in. We \"bumped into a facilities/maintenance worker who also very nice and polite. We did have a bad experience at check out, the front desk worker was asleep and we could not wake him. There was no free breakfast (it was advertised) probably because he was sound asleep and didn't set it up. Unfortunately we had a tight schedule so we left our key cards at the desk and bought breakfast after we left. If we could attach a photo of the sleeping employee we would.
