I booked a pool view room and the front desk said I didnt. I was able to get a room not too far from the lobby. Floors dusty and dirty. Tub was dsrk and i was scared to use it. Towels thin. Bedding har stains. Pillows too soft. Couch and chair har stains. No do not disturb sign. Toliet kept making noises off and on. Poor selection of alcohol. The bartender was very nice. .no soap or aper towels in the lobby bathroom. Lobby furniture worn out and low to the floor.

Not worth it!

One of the back doors wasn’t locked. Opened without keycard. The carpet was really gross, like there had been a massive spill that hadn’t been cleaned. Just a mustiness in the air of the hallways. Room was clean. Pillows were lumpy. Definitely NOT WORTH THE CHARGE!!!

Do not stay here

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I can get past dated decor, but the room was dirty and service poor.

First, the room only had two pillows and two sets of towels. We called the front desk first for additional pillows and then for the towels. However, the \"fresh\" pillows were without pillowcases and both were dirty and stained. When we called for pillowcases, we were treated as though we were requesting something above and beyond.

The bathroom was filthy. The shower was covered in mold and mildew and there were small drain flies in both the bathroom sink and the sink just outside.

The complimentary breakfast was just plain sad. Cereal, but no milk. Packaged oatmeal and tea bags, but no hot water. Omlettes were an egg folded around a piece of American Cheese product. And warm yogurt tubs in a bowl on the counter.

We paid extra for a room with a refrigerator. We should have paid a little more for a hotel down the road. This place is disgusting and should be shut down.

The faucets were all broke and water went everywhere when trying to use. The shower door was falling off and it was made of glass. Tub looked dirty and the floors looked updated but dirty. The bedding looked very clean but needed a new mattress as i went with my 2 kids but we all had to sleep in the king bed due to the pull out sofa bed had no pillows or blankets in the room for it. I tried to call the front office but the phone was also broke! It was after 11pm and we all just wanted to sleep so we made due. The check in was great and the lobby was clean and updated.

Checked in at 4pm. They put us on the second floor in the back. We drug our suitcases up the stairs, only to find the keycards they gave us didnt work. Walked back down to the front for new keys, realizing as we looked around that the carpets in the corridors were filthy! Certainly didn't give me confidence that a room was going to be clean. However once we got into the room it was fine.

The cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. We were moved from one room to another due to what appeared as if the sheets were not changed. Hair and what looked like pieces of a dead bug still on the top sheet. The floor was filthy, bathroom tub had terrible mold and when you stood in the tub for a shower, I wasn’t sure if I was going to get sea sick due to the water that seemed to lay in between the the tub layers. I am assuming some kind of a liner was under neath the tub due to it leaking.
I realize at $150 for a night I should have slept in my car.
Part of my enjoyment when I travel is the comfort of the hotel, I will think differently about the hotel that I pick moving forward.
This hotel needs to be completely re done.
I would NOT recommend.
I was going to take a picture of the shower but it was to disgusting to look at.

There is a Wegman's walking distance from the hotel. The parking is ample. It is priced well and was a value. Thank you.

Exterior was dirty, literally a pile of cigarette buds outside a rear entrance door ( which some kept propping open). Sink vanity was not cleaned and had toothpaste residue from prior occupant. Mold on shower curtain and around caulking. A tiny bar of facial soap was the only soap provided, NO bath soap or shower gel. Terrible. Check in experience was great and response to TV not working was quickly resolved.

I understand why this hotel has a 3 star rating! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Only reason I booked this property was my daughters fathers family booked their ballroom for a party. Room had mold on lamp covers, food behind tv stand, food crusted into the carpet, black mold in shower, for 3 stars I expected some yuck but this property needs to be shut down and extremely deep cleaned!!!

Check in was somewhat slow though the lady was nice. The room smelled like smoke. There were dead bugs in the corner. There was old food and drinks in the refrigerator. There were hairs on the bed spread and the toilet seat. There were cracks and dirt on the bathroom floor. The bathtub faucet was a constant unstoppable stream. My daughter's socks were filthy after running around in them for an hour. The bed sheets had hair in them that wasn't mine or my daughter's. The bed wasn't uncomfortable though the claim that it was a queen sized bed is untrue. Also, there were only three pillows - two of which were half sized; something I'd never seen before. The breakfast wasn't bad and the young man who seemed to be taking care of things seemed to be constantly replacing/replenishing one thing or another. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the room. I'll certainly think twice about ever staying at a Best Western again.

Front desk woman said the owner is letting the place run itself into the ground since they are going to be building a warehouse there so whatever is broke is not gettibg fixed . This properly is being torn down in April of 2025. It's not being very well maintained -- there was no AC in the hallways or common areas, making it ridiculously hot and humid everywhere except your room. There were also some odd smells present in the halls as well.

The room was relatively clean and the AC unit there worked well; however, we found a spent coffee pod in the machine which was kind of gross. The toilet seat was also left up... hopefully after being cleaned.

Hotel needs a good cleaning. The hallways are filthy and carpet stinks. Looks like they didn't sweep the halls. The runs not as bad. But they need some loving care to them. The room was large and clean enough, and the location decent, but a few things were off. One of the bedside lights worked only when the overhead light was on, which was baffling. The fire alarm went off accidentally, but I had to go to the front desk to find out what was going on -- a nearby employee said he would but never returned. I'm not sure what would have happened had there been a real fire. The phone in the room didn't work. The card reader on the entrance door nearest our room stopped working. Any one of these wouldn't have been a big deal, but all of them were quite annoying.

First of all, the staff arethieves the front desk lied to me and told me I can get my refund for the last 2 days.I did not stay so they must have sold my room and put the money in their pocket. And told me all I had to do was verify with expedia And then they told Expedia. I used my whole 4 days which was alive because I left on the 2nd day. The lobby, restaurant and bar were inviting and well-maintained (the AC was not working in the lobby); however, the room was rundown. They have replaced the carpet with laminate flooring. I had to have the floor cleaned the day I arrived because it was sticky. There was mold in the shower and visible behind the toilet. There weren’t many electrical sockets, and those that were accessible wouldn’t hold a plug, so I had to prop them up in order for them to stay in the sockets. The hotel only attends to the room if the guest is staying 4 or more days, so I had to ask for coffee packets each day, and I had to switch out my towels daily bc I needed to wash my feet any time I spent time in the room (sticky floor). The instruction handout that I was given at checkin had been copied over so many times that it was difficult to read.

I booked a pool side and didn't get a pool side room. The ice bucket had corn flakes inside of it, we called to ask for a new one and we're told there were no more. The room phone didn't work at all so we could use it to call the desk. The TV remote was broken. The sheets were dirty. The bathtube had a big rust spot in it. The lamp shade was hanging off. Only one room key worked. The key swipes to get in the building barely worked. The pool chairs were falling apart. We had to call to get the wifi password as it wasn't on any of the papers we got or in the room. When I checked out I brought up my concerns and disappointments and was told they couldnt do anything about it that I had to contact hotels.com

The A/C was not working in lobby front desk area. The front desk clerk was not friendly. There was 4 in the room and only given two sets of towels. Lamps were dirty, our room phone was broken, our room A/C was broken. Maintenence came to take a look and confirmed it wasnt working. He called front desk to see about switching our room and was told they didn't have any available. Which it did not seem true, he ended taking the whole unit out and switching it out with another rooms. Chris, maintenance was so sweet and helpful. Pool towels were few and far between, our socks were almost black from the floor, stain on sidechair in room, dirt and cobwebs in the corners of room. Breakfast area looked clean but food was mediocre at best. Pool area had broken chairs. Overall the place should be shut down. Its outdated and rundown.

This has been the best property we have stayed in the PA area. Cris at the restaurant was amazing as well as the rest of the staff in special a young spanish dark hair girl in the housekeeping crew who went out of her way to help us always. Shame on Expedia for even having this hotel on their website. I did reach out to Expedia before I did this review. They did rectify my situation. When I try to rectify with the hotel, they said oh you booked thru Expedia, you have to speak with them. We checked out a day before we were scheduled to because it was so bad.

First of all, they charged my card (not pending or on hold) before we even checked in! We were there for 2 days and saw maybe 4 people. Feels so creepy and abandoned 😞

*The bed sinks BADD (our poor backs smh)
*No elevator therefore you have to walk at least 5 min to your room with your luggage
*Looks NOTHING like the pictures on line

*the resturant was supposed to open at 5 but never opened well not the days we were there.

Hotel is very dingy. Outdated. Dirty. Bugs in the room. I mean BUGS. Dead and alive crickets. Rolly Pollies. Spiders. ANTS. BIG BLACK ANTS. Hallways never cleaned. Room was dirty. All the rooms must have had outside doors at one point and the rooms were closed off. Dead bugs all over the room. Outdoor pool needed a good cleaning. No towels and when asked for towels they said staff would bring them around 6:00 pm. This was 1:00pm. Pool was cloudy with big chunks of hair floating. Only positive was the AC in the room was awesome.

You could tell it was recently remodeled. Was kind of like putting lipstick on a pig. the whole place smelled like smoke, but clean smoke. The room did not smell like smoke only the hallway. They gave us directions to our room which made us walk entirely around the whole complex where all we had to do was hang a quick right at the main desk and take the stairs one flight and our room was right there. It was cheap and I slept well and no one murdered me in my sleep. I would stay there again.

Really stuck between a 3 and 4. For the price it was good. You can tell it was remodeled but cheaply. There was a graduation happening downstairs but I didn't hear or really run into too many people. Check in was quick. My biggest pet peeve was on Sundays breakfast is suppose to be until 10am so I slept in a bit. I went down at 8:45 and there was no hot food. No milk. And the orange juice was watery. The peach drink was good. Do I want to stay here again, no but did I have a place to sleep that was clean and safe(and pretty cheap), yes.

Looks like it is a dying hotel.

For this price point the hotel should have hair dryers in every bath. They did not. They advertised Breakfast what was provide was a continental breakfast. Again for the price that we paid it should have been a full breakfast. Also the bar restaurant could only accept cash as their computers were done and the server informed us thatthey been don for a week.

This is probably a great hotel and it’s hay day, but it seemed better days and it’s a little worn for the wear. Other than that I would recommend it and stay there again.

There was no chaf on duty so thetr was no breakfast that was included in my stay. All the chefs called out!
