The heater in the room I was assigned was faulty. It was on cool when I first walked in so I switched it to heat and that caused it to turn off. I could not get it back on so went to ask the guy at the front desk for help. He jiggled the cord where it plugs in to the outlet and finally got it working. I believe the outlet may have been faulty as the unit continued to turn off randomly and that's how I would eventually get it going again. A kitchen was part of my room, but no dishes, utensils, etc. were included and that was a disappointment as I'd expected such. I had to go buy what I needed to cook simply and dish soap to clean up. Had I known that I would need to do so prior to arrival, I could have saved money by booking a cheaper room and eating out. The shower was a disaster. Floor was busted and cracked. Showerhead barely produced water and couldn't be adjusted. Room could benefit from some updates, but it served its purpose.

I stayed here for 2 weeks to visit my family. The price was right, but the property was nothing special. The room was dirty (under the table and in the bathroom). The bed was just a little better than a cot. The walls were super thin (noisy). There was a constant dripping sound in the bathroom that did not come from a faucet. The side door was inconsistent, sometime it opened with my room key sometimes it didn’t.
I’ll definitely try to find a better hotel next time I’m in town.

I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED. Booking this hotel was a severe and continuous lapse in my judgment. At first everything seemed alright. Room was smelly and fridge looked like someone spewed diarrHEA on it. After a few uncomfortable hours in the room, we ended up falling asleep around 10pm and then at about 12am I turned over in bed and saw a ROACH on my boyfriend’s chest. After we freaked out (as one does) we wanted to leave immediately. As we started to grab our things we saw ANOTHER COCKROACH in our bag. We again freaked tf out because why. We knew we had to accept defeat and leave our things behind. -10/10 experience never wanna even step foot into another hotel again. thanks for nothing ◡̈

The hotel was gross. The front desk was completely plexiglass over like a prison. All main doors are locked at all times. The hallways smelled like Marijuana. The room was like a prison cell. The kitchen in the room had no utensils, plates, cups or cooking pots. The beds. One mattress had a mattress cover, the other did not. The mattress without the cover was very dirty. The people staying at the hotel live there like its the projects or section 8 housing.

My hotel stay began with a 18 minute wait looking for a front desk clerk. After checking in the remote did not work so I brought it downstairs with me to exchange it. Approximately 20 minutes of waiting with both front doors open of the hotel and screaming at the top of my lungs does anyone work here, finally someone showed up. Smoke alarms throughout the entire Hotel went off on the day we checked out. The smoke alarm was so loud it physically damaged our ability to hear. Stay away stay away this hotel is not worth it in any way

This is more of a shelter than a hotel😢 you have No room service at all 😢 we had to take our garbage out downstairs and out back everyday we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and linen everyday we had to wait til the residents living there finish with the iron before we can use it 😢 the toilet doesn't flush on the first try 🤔 🤔 you have one hotel clerk who has to tend to the residents as well as the guess checking in so when we called about the toilet not flushing he said he can be there within an hour 🤔🤔🤔 even the house keeper was complaing about how they run this place. The whole place was smelling, the rooms were not cleaned. I stayed there for 3 weeks and my room was not cleaned. I for house keeping and thry said my floor, which wascthe 4th floor, was cleaned every Thursday. This was after my first week stay, sunday to next weekend Saturday.
Then came the Thursday, and was told they are really short staffed and they need to do the check out rooms first and will get to me later. They never did. This is my 2nd week there. Saturday, I asked again for my room to be cleaned, and was told the 4th floor is cleaned on Thursdays. The lady was very apologetic and promised someone will definitely come clean the room. Thursday came rolling in and I saw one toilet paper roll, one gabage bag, and 1 hand towel and one face towel by my door. I was supposed to be there for 4 weeks, but checked out that Friday.

The room was absolutely dirty. Couldn’t even walk on the floor. Broken furniture. Dog hair on the floor, TV barely worked. Unsafe to go in parking lot. A horrible experience. It appears to be a place where drug activity. We are from Florida and we were going to stay there for a month or so but it was just very uncomfortable.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I made the mistake of prepaying for a 3 night stay on Expedia. We arrived at the hotel and our room was filthy, not just hadn't been cleaned recently, but hadn't been clean EVER! The room was noisy with people loudly loitering outside the room making us feel very unsafe. We went to the front desk to complain and they couldn't care any less. They told us we could get a full refund through Expedia since we had only been there for 5 min. We immediately checked out and booked another local hotel on Expedia. I immediately contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel. According to Expedia, the hotel would not refund the room charges although the hotel had already agreed to it. I escalated to another representative and am still trying to get my money back. Expedia should support their customers safety and the cleanliness of the hotels they are advertising.
