The pics in Expedia are either of a different place or from 20 years ago. People live here and have their balconies decorated with clutter, lights and weird things. The English was poor and they gave us a hard time about getting an extra towel. The pool out back is overgrown and closed and the residents have pets, kiddie pools and kids toys in the back. My local family mocked me for staying here but what you see on Expedia is deceiving, it looked decent but it is GREATLY CHANGED.

The staff were friendly. Check in time is 4 pm and we arrived at 12 pm. We needed to get the room early and they agreed to let us in at 1:15.pm. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The bathtub was not as clean and the shampoo was empty. There are spots of what looks like black mold on the ceiling tile tracks. For the money we paid this was acceptable. One redeeming point was that IHOP is right next door for breakfast!

The hotel was disgusting and scary and shady people around. I looked at the room and the room looked like somebody could just kick it in so unsafe so dirty doors to come in and out we’re broken plus I was charged $25 because I booked online and I didn’t cancel 24 hours before There was a sign there that said no refunds after having the key for 10 minutes. I didn’t even have the key for one minute. I would advise nobody go there if you’re looking for cheap. That’s not the place. It’s disgusting. Someone even tried to pick me up as I was sitting at the counter, talking to the guy behind the Counter Gross horrible I don’t know how they stay in business.

The guy that checked me in was super friendly and hospitable. Even offered to help carry our things if needed. It is an old hotel that had been renovated. Everything was clean except the bathroom door. The cleaning service must’ve missed it several times. But everything else was clean. The beds were comfy. The hall way was extremely hot. I would suggest heating and cooling that area. Also, the top lock on the door, the chain lock, was missing. Really needed that for extra security. But overall I am impressed with the staff and the hard work they’ve put in to renovate. Would definitely stay again.

This is a place I would not visit again. A small upcharge will get you a much nicer place. This establishment is well below average and I don't see a path for it to get much better.

Beware of surprise charges. I paid in full through Expedia only to find out there were additional charges upon arrival. What seemed like somewhat attractive pricing turned into price gouging very quickly. I could have stay at a Try by Hilton for the same price with a substantially better experience. Lesson learned. I will not make that mistake again.

I also have to question using Expedia and their no refund policy to get the best rates. That turned out to be a big mistake.

Terrible Read this before you stay here!

Unfortunately, I almost fell off the toilet because the seat was not totally attached! I'm also really tired of staying in places where they give you 2 \"bath\" that are so small they barely cover your body unless you are a small child! What if you wash your hair? Are you supposed to use a hand towel?? I had specifically asked for a first floor room because we had 2 dogs and I have a difficult time climbing stairs due to 2 total hip surgeries. Of course we ended up on the second floor! When we got there the women who \"assigned\" us our room also told us there would be $100 security fee! Not a word was mentioned about this when we booked this room. The bathroom sink had a large crack and the lampshade was torn. There also was no way to turn the huge spotlight (by the door entrance)out without turning the TV off. We tried different outlets but nothing worked. The TV screen itself was probably a 32\" but the picture was probably 12\". I tried everything to try to enlarge it with not luck. You had to be directly in front of it to even read the guide. I felt like I was in the twilight zone! The door stuck so badly that even my husband had a difficult time closing it. You couldn't slam it, you had to push it shut with with brute force! The view from the balcony was nice but I would not set foot on the balcony because it looked like it wouldn't hold any human weight. Cracked cement and the rail looked very unsteady. Overall, NOT a great place to stay

It was a hell hole! Filthy with people who apparently live there hanging laundry all over the balconies and children running through the halls. I did not stay and asked the hotel to cancel my reservation. They refused and said I should write to you.

Its a room. We didnt have a doorknob on the bathroom so it stayed partially open while using the bathroom. They had cleaning rags for wash cloths. Beds are cheap no outlets on the wall only the two on a lamp. No breakfast. Its a weekly renting place so....its just a bogus over charged dump really

This is not a property that a company like Expedia should be listing. It is a laundry place with rooms for rent. I am aware of what a motel is however I imaged that for a price of 100 per night it would be more like a hotel. I was wrong!
This an terrible place. I booked for 8 days for about 1000 dollars but got out as soon as I could after 3 days. No receipt for the payment adjustment however happy to leave did not feel safe here. I just received a 450 credit on my card but still 500 for 3 nights in a place I would not pay a dime for is outrageous. Please look carefully at this place Expedia should not list anything like this.

The pictures on the website didn’t look anything like the real property. They charged a $100 security deposit that the website didn’t say anything about, which I have yet to get refunded back. The room had holes in the wall, cigarette burn holes on the blankets (which my room was nonsmoking), the outlet had a piece broken in it so I couldn’t even use it, and the tv stand had handles missing. Check in was at 4pm and they still didn’t have my room ready.

Disgusting. The entire building smelt like a distinct lack of deodorant and marijuana. Cigarette butts were everywhere, indoors and outside.

We checked for bedbugs and luckily there were none present, but the bed sheets were so stiff and uncomfortable that we barely slept. The room literally had stucco falling from the ceiling, and all of the furniture was in terrible shape. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and the shower was nice however.

Do not stay here, it’s by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at in some time, and I’ve stayed at some real rat traps. This place is on the Mount Rushmore of roach motels.

For $110 you get nothing, no amenities whatsoever. No water, no coffee, no front desk(just a makeshift counter in a hallway). The worst $110 I've spent on a hotel. I stay in hotels about 200 days a year and I consistently stay in $75 hotels that offer more than this place. You'll understamd when you walk through the front door.

We will be contacting hotels.com regarding our stay. Room was dirty, there were multiple holes in the wall, furniture, and towels (2 for a family of 4). Wallpaper falling off the walls, awful smell in the entire hotel.
Safety concerns - No double lock on room door, no lock on door coming into hotel, telephone not even working.

Front entrance was simply falling apart - I don't even recognize the picture. Individual at front desk had such a strong accent that it was difficult to understand what was being said. Either the TV or the desk lamp could be plugged in - but not both at the same time. Cable connection went in and out.

Upon arrival we were met by bikers and people that looked to be drug abusers. Also had their pit bull off leash. When asked if dog was friendly i got a ton of attitude along with the guy looking my pregnant girlfriend and 11 year old step daughter up and down like they were a steak dinner. Room smelled of smoke and had no chain on door. We left immediately using the back door to got to the vehicle. When brought up to management they said \"oh their just construction workers\". I work in construction so that was a direct insult to me and my profession along with a terrible excuse. I wouldn't stay here if you paid me a million dollars. Disgusting.

The outside front lobby looked like the hotel was abandoned because the structure was falling down. The amount of trash outside was disgusting. It included televisions, chairs, bottles, and lighters. The carpet going into the hotel looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in the past year. There were children's stickers stuck to the wall. The light switches were crusty. I've stayed in some real dumps, but this takes the cake as being one of the very worst.

This was the only room I could find in the area as I was traveling. They charge your credit card for a \"room deposit\" which is crazy. The staff was nice enough, but did not wear a mask when they came into my room to reset the wi-fi. Finally, as an elderly woman travelling alone, there were some sketchy characters lingering about. Otherwise, the room was clean the bed comfortable - overall suitable - but let's face it, this is not the Ritz, not a Hilton, BW or Marriott.
