Always clean, great breakfast on the go! They have bagels, pastries, waffles to make, cream cheese & yogurt, along with cereals, coffee, and a selection of juices. The staff is always so kind, it’s a great place to stay for a reasonable price! Highly recommended!

I booked this room for the purpose of getting back and forth to work in the snow storm and got completely plowed in. No shovel on site till hours later till I had to have someone come shovel me out. Shower sucks at staying hot. I don’t expect to pay somewhere to stay just plow guy to completely surround my car in snow.

A few things that I would recommend changing. When guests are in the hotel The Do Not Disturb signs on the door mean just that DO NOT DISTURB. This hotel has a MANDATORY MONDAY WEDNESDAY FRIDAY rule of coming into your room for “Inspection” with your placard on the door or not the Room Service staff will enter your room to clean it and inspect it. I am an adult not a child. If I am paying for a room and do not want anyone to enter the room I believe I should reserve the right to opt out of unwanted entry into a room I am technically renting for that period of time. Something to think about if you do not want staff to enter your room while you are not there. Area is quiet rooms are Average nowhere I would want to stay more than a day or two. Complimentary breakfast is SUPER SKIMPY Only Hot food is waffles. There are many other hotels in the area at the same price that offer much much more. I would personally skip this property and move on to one just a little bit better for the same or close to the same price. SAFE TRAVELS !!

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The shower was not fully cleaned and the water was cold.

At check in, the staff member said we would be charged a deposit, but that he could not accept credit cards. At 11:00 pm we had a choice of finding a new hotel or giving him a paper copy of my credit card which was very insecure. We should not have been asked to make that choice. I could have paid him a smaller amount in cash but that was not acceptable. When we returned to check out in the morning, I asked the new staff member to shred the information and accept the lesser amount in cash but that staff member, and someone hiding in the back room both repeated that they had to keep the copy of my credit card in order to collect the fee. I felt I had not other option except to contact the corporate headquarters. Someone now has a paper copy of my credit card and I will be checking for unauthorized charges and credit card fraud.

First I the staff was very friendly and helpfful. The hotel itself is outdated dirty carpets in the hall, dark hallway. Room furnishings and bedding outdated cleanliness was okay until I found two bugs one on the ceiling one on the wall. Wasn't sure if they were roaches or regular bugs but either way there should be no bugs in your hotel room. And the room smelled very musty and damp.

Room was not totally clean, blood on a roll of toilet paper, dirty desk surface. Floors sticky because they mop the floor with pledge? 2:30AM there was a very loud disturbance in the hallway and in the adjacent room. About 30 min later it happened again. Walked in and was told the day of check in that there will be a security deposit due of $100. Due to coming in late for our son’s tournament we needed a place to stay. Early in the AM we were woken up to fire alarms going due to someone burning something, the alarms didn’t go off for almost 2 hrs( we were told to stay in the room that it was safe) at check out I had no issues the lady was polite. But I did get a call that a pillow was missing out of the room and I would be charged for it. At this point I was over it and told the lady that’s fine to just charge me for the pillow.

The property wasnt the easiest to get to since it was down a ways from the strip mall nearby. The room was very nice minus the clear evidence of bed bugs. We were notified the staff cleans the rooms every 3 days which was off-putting but we made it work. Wouldn't recommend because of that alone.

First the 100.00 security deposit was a bit surprising and not happy that I have to wait 3 business days before I get it back. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the ironing board was broken. I had a king bed with extremely small pillows. I had to stack all for pillows just to get some comfort. I stayed for 2 days no fresh towels were given after the first day.

I want to acknowledge Yvette at the front desk. So helpful, personable, welcoming and practices customer service the way it was originally supposed to be. The world has done a 180 and not for the better.
Any hotel is not doing a person a favor by charging high prices.

The property recently changed from Red Roof to Quality Inn…. since the name change I thought the interior and exterior would change as well but I was disappointed.

The building and room I was in looked completely runned down. The free breakfast was ok; I don’t really recommend eating it and I found a lot of bugs throughout the building
