One of the main reasons we choose the location was due to the indoor pool they offered. They messaged us through Expedia about our upcoming stay however failed to mention that the pool was closed. Only upon arriving did we see a sign at the counter stating the pool was being serviced with no estimated timeframe. Since we were traveling with children we were extremely disappointed. While we understand things happen the pool apparently had been out of service so we should have been given ample notice and time to adjust our plans. Really put a damper on our trip.

We booked this trip specifically for the indoor pool, so my kids could enjoy some swimming in February. The night we arrived, the pool was ice cold, and by the next morning, there was a sign at the front desk stating \"pool closed\". We wound up leaving early and moving to a different hotel down the road with a working pool. A real headache when we were only in town for one weekend.

Overall, it was a very nice stay. I really enjoy having my 1st cup of coffee in the room as soon as I wake up. Now for the feedback. Your coffee machines in the rooms are the worst I have ever seen. The pod inserts are flimsy and usually don’t fit into the machine during this day. The pod fell out, knocked over the cup of coffee all over the desk the chair and the floor I would clearly suggest Keurig’s.

But unfortunately the morning lady was not as friendly and welcoming especially when I asked for the pool area to me opened. And I received the same unpleasant and unwelcoming energy from her. Rooms appear outdated, ventilation system does not work well. Even may have bed bugs, we had some red marks on the skin after our stay. Not sure how this hotel is allowed to operate. When was hotel checked by housing and sanitation department?! Should not be even on any reputable websites to be advertised.

Liked the friendly, helpful staff, good room, convenient location (on highway); Didn't like that the in-room coffee machine was unusable, the only elliptical machine at the (tiny) fitness center eas not functional, and there was no shampoo in the shower dispenser (discoivered on ly after I was in the shower).

This was a decent Hampton stay though not our best. We had issues with our room selection upon arrival and rather than the front desk receptionists easily accommodating us, a manager had to be called. It was an easy fix that front end staff made very difficult. The room was clean but the bathroom had old hairs in it, so gross. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lacking that cushion we like. They could also use more comfortable extra blankets, not the thin ones available. The breakfast was standard and well stocked. The pool was clean and warming, and the

Place was okay, the staff wasn't the greatest but overall had a good stay, the swimming pool was cold and the room the pool was in was awfully cold especially for my children. Would recommend and definitely stay again

Happy girls trip!

Comfortable lodging for 3-night stay

Very satisfied!

We had a great experience. The check in was quick and easy with a friendly representative. She explained all of the amenities.
The room was clean and comfortable. Very modern. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the condiments for the omelets.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a well managed and maintained.

Nice but could be cleaner

The room was nice but there were stains every where. Both chairs had a crusty stain, like someone spilled food. It could have been removed with a little elbow grease. The carpet and side of the bed had a similar but much larger stain (it looked like someone was eating in bed and spilled something down the side). Again, I am sure it could have been made to look less gross with a little elbow grease. The staff was friendly. The lobby area was very nice and the breakfast was good.
