Convenient and affordable place to stay for the night providing great location to Hot Springs State Park. The hot tub was spring fed and a wonderful amenity to have for a late night soak. It’s a little outdated and could use new flooring but all the pictures and vibe of the place made it such a wonderful stay.

Ok for a one night stay but this hotel is in need of an update. There are not even headboards and the bottom of the box spring had pieces hanging down. The door kept sticking. I think the Safari Club and the outdoor hot tub that was still open in winter were the best parts of this hotel. I can tell that it was nice in it's prime, but it definitely \"is not as good as it once was.\"

Great place! I would just have them work on drying the sheets better as the natural humidity of the place can leave a mildew residue smell.... The property is dated and it appeared they are working on updates. Great place for kids and the downtown was nice. I will visit it again.

The rooms are very rundown, not very clean. You could see daylight coming around the entire door. Restaurant was overpriced and food was poorly made ordered a cocktail that was so strong could not drink it. The complementary breakfast was an absolute joke for being a spa they had no one on hand for doing massages. What was told they’d be out a complete month.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the servers and cooks at the Safari Club restaurant were GREAT, the food was fantastic! Even our kids loved it. The free breakfast was good. Two hot options (neither were nondairy), oatmeal, milk, apple juice, orange juice, water, milk, a few teas (I’ll bring my own next time), coffee, hot cocoa if requested, muffins, two cold cereals (raisin bran, captain crunch), yogurt (lactose free), waffles. I had a couple nonlactose, gluten free options with the oatmeal and yogurt. There were also fresh apples, oranges, and bananas.

It’s an older motel, but clean and well kept. We were very happy with our stay. The hot tub was lovely and not too hot for our kids. The view was very nice from the tub.

The room was clean but the beds were hard and uncomfortable and the safety lock on the door was loose and coming out of wall. The ice bucket in the bathroom was dusty and dirty. The breakfast was slim pickings. Before 9am we had room service knock and try to come in our room. The over all motel needs some TLC and updating. The price of our room was 121$ ish and I would say I’ve stayed at Super8 for less and better condition.

I was staying at the hotel 4 days, 3 nights. On the morning of the 3rd day I asked the front desk to have housekeeping perform housekeeping service to my room, as I would be gone all day and hoped to return to a clean room. I gave a tip to the front desk to please pass on to the room attendant that would service my room. I found it odd that when I returned to the room that night, I had fresh towels in my room but that was it. Beds were not made, trash had not been taken out. Upon arrival, both the sink and the shower drains were both clogged and backed up. I mentioned the sink drain and that was resolved but I do find the housekeeping situation odd. I have received service in my past stays; I’ve probably stayed at HSH 10 times or more in the last 5 years. I realize your hotel does not service rooms every day, but when I asked for service and provided a tip; I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue.

Also it would be really nice if you guys had a bigger water bottle refilling station. The tap water has a taste to it, it would make a lot of your guests VERY happy to be able to fill up our water bottles!!

I tear through my room looking for bed bugs. None were found! Thank goodness!! The room could have been better cleaned but it was manageable. I happen to walk by their laundry room and I can say they wash ALL the bedding, even the top blankets! The front desk staff is amazing! The room didn’t have a dresser or anything to put bags on. So we had the improvise. It all worked out!!

Location was excellent right inside Hot Springs State Park. Loved soaking in the healing hot springs. Hotel room’s king bed was comfy, linens nice and clean, but room (carpet and furniture) had a shabby feel. Time for a make-over. No elevator, so be sure you can navigate stairs if not on first floor.

The room was technically clean but sooooo old and dated. Smelled terrible, so glad I brought Febreze and scented candles. The vanity was tiny and everything in the bathroom was ancient, stained and icky despite being clean (stained tub, scratched sink/tub) and tiny NoSee'em bugs were in every room. On the bright side, the linens and towels were clean, the restaurant was FABULOUS, and the staff we met, Vanessa, Kenny, and Chad were fantastic and the bed was comfortable.

My husband tripped on an outside step and injured himself. when I asked front desk staff for a large bandage, the staff person could not locate one in her first aid box and went to a back area to find something. I was given unwrapped gauze so I don't know how sterile that was, but to not have first aid supplies within immediate reach was ridiculous. The room keeping staff were super great!

I loved the hot springs next to the pool, but I did not love my room. It was set up weirdly and had almost no furniture in it. Not anything to put stuff on, and the microwave was perched precariously on top of a very small fridge, which was on the floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though. Unfortunately, the hotel is in poor shape. It’s in disrepair. There were several things that were not working and through equipment or items that did work were very old and felt unsafe. They tanning bed was in a room that didn’t feel clean so I didn’t use it the hot tub sauna outside is old and cracking. The place has not been taken well care of unfortunately, and it was uncomfortable in many ways. We were really disappointed in what we found when we got there after seeing the pictures.
