The staff at the hotel promised many things but never actually did what they said. It is spring time so the rooms were very warm and we requested for the AC to turned on. Initially they argued that the AC is on but when I asked them why it is blowing hot air, they said that the entire hotel is on heating system for winter and the AC is not on yet. It would have been fine to open the windows as it was cool outside but the hotel is on the main road so it is impossible to sleep due to the noise if the windows are open. We asked for alternate rooms and thinner blankets, however they would promise to have a solution by the time we came back from our tours in the evening. Day after day passed till we left and absolutely nothing was done. They didn't care about a negative review.

Front staff was excellent. There was a very rude head of restaurant. Absolutely obnoxious and rude. He wouldn’t let us sit in the empty restaurant and work and was showing attitude. We didn’t complain to the front desk. The location of the restaurant is great and overall stay was comfortable

Ok Hotel, excellent location , Stern Casino guards, not good value for money. Breakfast, nice selection, should have freshly squeezed juice, Made to order eggs pretty bad .
Shame about the fake flowers everywhere instead of real flower arrangement as expected from a 5 star hotel with these rates.

Very nice location and hotel and the restaurants had really good food. The only thing we didn't like is that our room didn't have a proper window (only a small one to the hallway) as it was located in the old part of the hotel. We took the standard room.

I had very high hopes for my two stays at the Ambassadori Hotel, but unfortunately, I was severely let down. The hotel lobby is quite pretty, but you will have to deal with tons of people walking in for the casino, and lots of these people are the types that think they are better than others because they have a lot of money. You constantly feel that they are staring at you and talking about you as a tourist. The front desk staff were friendly and clearly wanted to be helpful. However, they simply could not make up for a room that was not up to snuff. The biggest issue is the fact that the temperature in the room cannot be controlled from the room. As a result, my room was bordering on 80 degrees Fahrenheit for the duration of my stay. The hotel said there was nothing they could do, because if they cooled down my room, others may complain that their room is too cold. The inability to control the temperature in a room at an alleged 5-star hotel is inexplicable. I was literally made sick by the terribly high temperatures in my room. I could not even open the window to cool things down, as it was so loud outside due to the casino patrons, and in addition, when I opened the window, lots of mosquitoes would fly into my room, presenting another danger. Further, the temperature outside was not too much cooler, such that leaving the window open would have been to no avail anyway. Room was dysfunctional - heated floors didn't work, closet bolted shut. Expedia has capped my review.

wery bad hotel

i got a room with problem in the heat condition. always temp on 30. even when it is off. i told them about that and they let me wait like that for 1 hour. after i said i dont want to stay in that room they gave me another room. small bed and all things in room small and cheaper. it is 5 star hotel but room that is maby 2 star.

my room. had no window and was next to shish club which I could smell and here the noise people enjoying themselves till late. I think this room should be used as a storage cabin.or it could be rated as a 3 star hotel.
but the property itself from outside looks very classy and chick also the lobby is classy. the facilities are adequate

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El personal es amable. El desayuno está bien con opciones para todos. El wifi funcionó muy bien. El área de gym es muy pequeña, no hay ni pesas, no creo que lo deberían publicitar. Por otro lado el área de la piscina está muy bien. Lo único que no me gustó fue que la temperatura de la habitación no se podía regular. Toda la estancia lo reporté pero no pudieron solucionarlo. Lo pero fue la falta de respuesta de Hotels.com al respecto.

Warm room

I had problems with the A/C. The room was too warm. They sent a technician to the room every day but they could not fix the problem. I could not sleep well due to room temperature. I paid for a better room @ hotels.com and I was given a room with an interior view as the one facing the street was too noisy. So do not bother paying more for a better or bigger room. The hotel is well located, everything looks clean and breakfast is good.

All in all this is excellent hotel!!!

The hotel is in the middle of the old city' the best place, as I understand, in Tibilisi.
The breakfast is superb, we enjoyed it very much
We were placed in the \"historical part\" of the hotel, the rooms are with windows to the internal corridor and little bit \"stinky\".
one more thing, there is a window in the bath that is colored, the problem is that part of it is transparent and the window is also facing the corridor so people can see us....

Don't go there if you don't want to catch a cold. Moreover, You can't control your room temperature from your room. You should ask the front desk but they never do what you want. I don't think this is 5 star hotel.

Great classic hotel in a perfect location

Location cannot be beaten. Room was fabulous and quiet despite the central location. The pool and small spa on the top floor provide great city views, including from the panoramic sauna.Breakfast is generous but lacking in quality when compared to other hotels we visited in Georgia.
