Ich würde ein Smartphone Verbot im Saunabereich sehr begrüßen da mehrfach laut telefoniert wurde, es wurden Fotos gemacht oder es klingelten Handys.
Das Angebot an Aufgüssen war leider sehe sehr dürftig.
Trotz allem kommen wir garantiert wieder da der Gesamteindruck sehr positiv war

The food was delicious, but 2 of the 3 days we stayed to eat we had to wait extremely long for our food. So long that we skipped desert the last day because we still wanted to enjoy our last sauna evening.
The fascilities were plenty, although some things like the outside pool could use more maintenance.
The room was big and nice, but we woke up two nights because of dumpster trucks that came right underneath the window, and one time of staff talking loud after their shift late into the night.
So...the experience was mixed.
Oh, and the first two days were nice and relaxing, but the last day was plagued with screaming children at the outdoor pool and at breakfast. Parents said nothing. Our next hotel for relaxation will be an Adult Only hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Nahe. Toller Park, fantastisches Spa, sehr gutes Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen), schöne Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haus Hallenberg). An einem Abend hätte es beim Service im Villa Restaurant Luft nach oben gegeben. Die anderen beiden Abende beides im Hermannshof und auch der Villa waren dann aber sehr gut vom Service.

Wir haben uns im BollAnts sehr wohl gefühlt. Personal war super freundlich und stand immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Essen war top. Eine echte Empfehlung.

Nicht mehr wie früher
Das Bollants ist nachwievor immer noch einen Besuch wert. Der Spa-Bereich ist super. Aber an der ein oder anderen Stelle lässt der Zustand deutlich nach. Man hat den Eindruck es wird nicht mehr so genau hingeschaut. Überall sind kleinere Defekte, und das schmälert das Gesamterlebnis. Hinzu kommt, dass zunehmend schlecht ausgebildetes Personal eingesetzt wird.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und äußerst ruhig, die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und gepflegt, jedoch könnte man einige Details verbessern…bzw. beheben, lockere Griffe befestigen, Glühbirnen austauschen/ erneuern, die Stühle im Restaurant wackeln.

Nous n’avons pas reçu la chambre quand on avait réservé, on avait réservé une chambre élite pour trois personnes et on a reçu une chambre normale. Notre fille a dû dormir dans notre lit parce que il n’avait pas un Dino proposé pour elle et la pauvreté n’était pas au rendez-vous. Je te conseille pas d’aller avec tes enfants parce que ils n’en sont pas adaptés pour le spa.

Obwohl gelisteter Gast seit 20 Jahren keine Meldedaten vorliegend bei Ankunft. Ein Zimmer lag unter dem SPA mit betrieb ab 7:30 ausschlafen nicht möglich. Zweites Zimmer lag im Badehaus bei den Massage Anwendungen, kein Luftangriff im Bad/ WC, keine Lichtschalter im Bad, Automatik war zu lang eingestellt im Bad und auf WC zu kurz. Grundsätzliche Sauberkeit im Haus verbesserungsfähig. Service, Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit unglaublich herzlich und familiär. Das macht vieles wett! Aber Preis-Leistung allgemein nicht ausgewogen, da gibt es bessere Hotels in dem Segment. Für verlängertes Wochenende super aber nicht for 5 Tage oder länger.

Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel mit erstklassigen Service. Das Landhaus ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dem Preis nicht mehr ganz gerecht. Die Restaurants sind ihr Geld definitiv wert und ich würde alleine dafür jedes Mal wieder kommen.

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Tage im Hotel. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Die Saunen sind toll... die Ruheräume klasse. Dachterasse spitze. Aussenanlage weitläufig und sehr schön. Aussenpool könnte vielleicht etwas wärmer sein, empfindet aber jeder anders. Die Liegestühle in den Außenbereichen sind nicht mehr im besten Zustand, hier könnte man evtl mal darüber nachdenken, nachzubessern. Inwieweit meine Zufriedenheit in der kalten Jahreszeit auch noch so groß ist , wo man die schöne große Aussenanlage nicht mehr nutzen kann, kann ich momentan nicht sagen... Whirlpools innen wären vielleicht noch sehr gut... evtl einer mit Massagedüsen... Zimmer sehr schön ( normales Doppelzimmer) Bad top, hervorragende Dusche. Bett erstklassig. Schöner Außenbereich im Garten und sehr schöner Außenpool. Sehr gutes Essen und ausgesprochen freundlicher Service im Restaurant Villa mit tollem Frühstück und Kuchenauswahl am Nachmittag. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die renovierten Bereiche des Spa sind sehr schön und optisch sehr ansprechend gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Die bereits länger bestehenden Bereiche, der Indoor-Pool und der Whirlpool bräuchten eine Modernisierung und teilweise bessere Pflege (z.B. Fenster der älteren Saunen reinigen, Laub im Außenbereich entfernen etc.). Die Waldsauna mit Blick auf die Hirsch-Familie ist ein schönes Highlight.

Das Bollants ist an sich ein tolles Hotel, allerdings gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht zum Anspruch des Hotels passen. Wir waren genau ein Jahr zuvor da und hatten hinter unserer Terrasse einen Bretterhaufen von den Dacharbeiten. Jetzt, ein Jahr später, ist das Dach immer noch nicht gedeckt. Über die stattfindenden Bauarbeiten wurde man im Vorfeld auch nicht informiert. Auch im Spabereich gibt es seit über einem Jahr die gleichen defekten Böden. Und in den Zimmernfehlt eine Klimaanlage.

Positiv: Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhige Zimmer, nettes Personal, tolle Ruhezimmer im Wellnessbereich, motiviertes junges Personal, gutes Essen.
Auf den Wunsch nach einer veganen Alternative wurde ohne Schwierigkeiten eingegangen.
Bemerkenswert, dass offen auf das Handballturnier in der Nähe hingewiesen wurde, mit dem Umstand, dass es lauter werden könnte und deshalb Ohrstöpsel verteilt wurden. Aus unserer Sicht nicht einmal nötig, da man zwar vom Campingplatz ein wenig was mitbekam, wenn das Fenster offen war, jedoch weit entfernt von einer \"Belästigung\".
Verbesserungsvorschläge:
- Platzzuweisung beim Abendessen seehr subjektiv. Wir kamen an, es waren mehrere Tische frei und man hat uns direkt am Eingang bei viel Durchgangsverkehr etwas angeboten. Wenn noch mehr Tische frei sind, möchte ich nicht beim ungünstigsten anfangen müssen, diesen abzulehnen und etwas anderes einfordern.
- Getränke beim Abendessen sehr teuer (Flasche Wasser 7€)
- Weinauswahl ebenfalls sehr teuer. Mich hätten mehr Weine außerhalb Deutschlands in einer Preisregion 25-35€ gefreut.
- Bedienung beim Abendessen sollte aufmerksamer sein, mussten sehr lange auf Getränkekarte warten, und dann wieder um die Bestellung aufzugeben.
- Beim Frühstück fragte ich nach Haferdrink zum Kaffee, und es wurde Kuhmilch hingestellt - etwas achtsamer bitte.

Tolles Hotel, der Spa Bereich und die Pools bieten viel Abwechslung. Sehr leckeres und feines Essen, beim Frühstücksbüffet habe ich nichts vermisst und dazu gab es noch einen Entsafter - toll! Das Personal ist sehr nett und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Das Hotel hat viele Skulpturen und Malereien, wodurch man in jeder Ecke etwas zu sehen hat. Die Bar ist ebenfalls sehr schön.
