Insensate dog room in room next door

This is a new hotel in an area I stay often but my first time here …and it will be my last - hotel room lobby restaurant bar breakfast first class a true find BUT the hotels allow digs to stay in rooms - hotel is fully carpeted throughout - the people in next room to me in first floor left there dog in room and went out leaving dog barking constantly - I complained to reception but there answer was they gave many dogs in hotel - dog baked all night until owners returned

It was same story the next morning when dog owners went to get breakfast dog baked insensitivity and woke us up - again no help or support from reception to contact owner at breakfast

I complained at checkout but was told again that they have many dogs staying at hotel

If this is the group chain policy I for one will never stay at Leonardo hotel ever again

This totally ruined our stay at hotel during an Easter break away with my wife

It located in the industrial area, nothing within walking distance but great with a car. They provide free parking lots and chargers for cars too. The room is clean, they provide free minibar for guests(free coffee in room) also we added the breakfast when we arrived, €15/person and surely good quality.

Een heerlijk hotel, met groot parkeerterrein. Het hotel is rustig gelegen, op het industrieterrein, ca. 7 km vanaf de snelweg A61 het is bereikbaar via grote wegen. Ideaal voor een overnachting op doorreis. Een mooi hotel, zelfs met Spa. Een restaurant waar je ruime keus hebt. Ook het ontbijtbuffet was prima geregeld, met ruime keus.

Hotel Überbucht

Wir sind um 21:00 Uhr angekommen und uns wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel überbucht war und wir keine Zimmer mehr bekommen. Wir wurden dann in ein 3 Sterne Hotel weiter verwiesen. Als wir dann da ankamen und eingecheckt hatten war das Restaurant schon geschlossen. Es war sehr ärgerlich und hat alles ziemlich lange gedauert.

Relativ neues Hotel. Unsere Suite war schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze inkl. Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos direkt vor der Tür.
Das Hotel ist in einem Industriegebiet und umgeben von Fabriken, aber es ist dadurch nicht unangenehm laut.
Hotelmitarbeiter sehr freundlich.
Restaurant auch sehr gut, aber eher nichts für den kleinen Geldbeutel.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, großes geräumiges Zimmer und Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ideal für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Interessante Karte im Restaurant, unser Essen war exzellent. Nur das Personal dort war äußert unaufmerksam , nach dem Essen saßen wir leider 30 Minuten vor mittlerweile leeren Gläsern und wurden, aus welchem Grund auch immer, ignoriert. Erst nachdem wir vom Tisch aufgestanden waren,nahm man wieder Notiz von uns. Service geht anders.

Kamer en hotel prima, maar het diner verliep niet helemaal naar wens. De ober bracht ons een niet besteld gerecht, maakte geen aanstalten om het weer mee te nemen en zei 'dat ze collega het waarschijnlijk verkeerd had verstaan'. Dat had ik anders aangepakt - we kregen de koffie wel gratis

Ich hatte die kleine Sweat 329 im dritten Stock. Alles war sehr sauber, absolut einwandfrei. Nur ein kleiner, optischer Mangel viel mir ins Auge: am Türrahmen zum Badezimmer rechts unten war die Farbe (oder Streichung) in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Allerdings stört das nicht weiter, nur es dezimiert ein wenig den ansonsten doch hervorragenden Gesamteindruck.

Der große Balkon und ebenso die Balkonmöbel waren hervorragend sehr sauber, alles war insofern einwandfrei und ich würde diese Sweat wieder buchen, wenn ich wieder vor Ort wäre.

Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit, da kann sich so manche überteuerte Luxusherberge Nachhilfeunterricht nehmen. Die Auszubildende, die an der Rezeption unter dem wachsamen Auge einer Kollegin eingeführt wurde, war sehr aufmerksam, höflich, und zeigte wies ihre Kolleging auf einen minimalen sehr achtsam den sie begangen hatte, also klasse und hervorragend. So sollten Auszubildende behandelt, gefördert und aufgebaut werden. Ich war tatsächlich begeistert.

Gesamt: ich werde mit Sicherheit, wenn ich wieder vor Ort bin, das gleiche Hotel, die selbe Sweat buchen, und kann mit Sicherheit sagen, daß ich mich auf den Aufenthalt freuen werde.

Check in lief schnell & problemlos. Leider kaum Infos zum erhalten und ich wurde nicht gefragt ob wir im hauseigenen Restaurant einen Tisch haben möchten. Die Kunden vor uns wurden gefragt. Das Fenster hat sich im Zimmer 228 nicht vollständig schließen lassen, dadurch konnten wir nachts nicht die Lüftungsanlage nutzen und haben gefroren. Das Telefon im Zimmer war nicht funktionstüchtig, da ich hierüber auch nicht daraufhin die Rezeption anrufen konnte. Schade denn ich würde gerne nochmal dieses Hotel besuchen aber nicht bei solchen Vorkommnissen. Beim Check out habe ich die Probleme dem Manager erklärt und er sagte nur tut uns leid. Auf Nachfrage ob es eine Wiedergutmachung geben würde für nächstesmal sagte er da sie nicht direkt bei uns sondern über Expedia gebucht haben kann ich da nichts machen. Für weitere Rückfragen stehe ich zur Verfügung.

Eine tolle Erfahrung!

Super Hotel für einen kurzen Stay. Alles sehr sauber und sehr ruhig (Zimmer 107). Die Lage im Industriegebiet ist natürlich für private Besuche nicht so toll! Das Restaurant ist super, vor allem das Steak Tartare und das Frühstücks Buffet absolut ausreichend, wenn man den Preis des Frühstücks (10€) berücksichtigt. Grosser Parkplatz: man findet immer einen Platz! Werde gerne wieder kommen.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Der Bodenbelag im Zimmer war leider kein hyg.Laminat, sondern Teppich. Das Gebläse im Bad, welches räumlich nur durch eine Schiebetür vom Schlafzimmer getrennt ist, war sehr laut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Servicepersonal sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt fürceine Übernachtung.

For me this was a great stay as the hotel is just a few hundred meters away from the company I was working for during this trip.
I requested an early check in and this was absolutely no problem.
Hotel and rooms are as new and have strong and quiet air conditioning and windows also make the room very quiet. Coffeemaker and fridge are in the room.
