Built in 1913, our elegant Parkhotel Kurhaus enjoys a tranquil setting in Nahe Island's sprawling spa park. The historic old town, with its museums, charming wine taverns, and shopping streets, is within easy walking distance.

The hotel offers 116 guest rooms and 11 naturally lit conference rooms, seven of which feature garden terraces. All conference rooms are equipped with modern technology and can accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 650 people.

Guests enjoy direct and complimentary access to the crucenia-therme thermal baths via a convenient bathrobe walk. A sauna is located in the hotel basement.

Rooms required a deep cleaning, maintenance and refurbishment. No AC in room made impossible to sleep and rest. Shocking amount of big spiders and wasps.

Another relaxing and enjoyable stay. Always a warm welcome at reception and friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Check in was terrible. The woman at the front reception was rude and kept insisting that our reservation was for one adult rather than one adult and two kids. She fought us on it despite proof on reservation. Further, we had to insist on an additional bed since it had one queen, we paid cash for breakfast but wasn’t on the breakfast list and had to insist upon the Wi-Fi code. For the class of hotel this service was unacceptable. Much better places to stay in this town. Would not recommend.

De kamer was echt ontzettend klein en m.n. de badkamer was vervallen en niet schoon. Het zwembad op de foto’s blijkt een openbaar zwembad te zijn (wat toevallig aan het hotel zit). Toen we daar kwamen was het afgeladen vol en geen vrije stoel of plekje meer te vinden.
‘s avonds willen we nog wat drinken in de bar, maar die is de hele dag en avond niet open geweest. Restaurant is een buffet.. Kortom, veel te veel geld betaald voor een ondermaats hotel!

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles was benötigt wird. Wir hatten ein großes Bett, einen kleinen Schrank mit Safe, einen Schreibtisch, kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Fernseher. Das Badezimmer war recht klein und man musste ein bisschen aufpassen wenn man die Tür der Duschkabine öffnen wollte, da es etwas klein war. Die Dusche selber war jedoch sauber und hatte eine angenehme größe. Das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstücksbuffe war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten vergessen anzugeben, dass meine Schwester Vegan ist und sie hatte dadurch wenig auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war aber so freundlich und flexibel und hat ihr ein paar vegane möglichkeiten organisiert. Das fanden wir sehr sehr nett. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Besuch in der Therme war ebenfalls im Hotelpreis mit inbegriffen und konnte über einen \"Bademantelgang\" erreicht werden. Die Therme selber ist nicht die modernste, dadurch war sie aber trotz der heißen Temperaturen nicht so voll und wir konnten uns gut entspannen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in bester Lage mit der Altstadt zu Fuß bestens erreichbar.

Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß und die Einrichtung etwas verwohnt, aber absolut brauchbar.

Ich kann das Hotel allerdings zumindest im Sommer leider nicht weiter empfehlen, da wir kaum ein Auge zugekriegt haben.

Es ist extrem warm auf den Zimmern, dabei gibt es weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilatoren. Erst in den Morgenstunden brachten die offenen Fenster etwas kühle Luft ins Zimmer.

Zugleich war es mit geöffnetem Fenster aber sehr laut, da im selben Hotel u.a. eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft bis 2 Uhr Nachts zugange war und früh morgens am nahe gelegenen Liefereingang der Hotelküche ein lebhaftes Treiben herrschte.

Das Hotel ist prunkvoll in der äußeren Erscheinung, hat freundliches Personal und die Zimmer sowie Bäder sind zwar ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut okay. Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war wunderbar. Im Bad war der Duschkopf nicht in Ordnung, wurde von mir gefixt und hielt.
Leider verfügt das Hotel über keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, weshalb wir uns an dem wirklich heißen Tag einen Ventilator geben lassen mussten. Aufgrund des alten Gebäudes ist es nachvollziehbar weshalb es keine Klimatisierung gibt, obgleich man bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel in den der Sonne zugewandten Zimmer wenigstens mit einer Lüftung rechnen würde.
Positiv überrascht waren wir, dass die Therme kostenlos genutzt werden konnte. Auch wenn alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, war der Aufenthalt bis auf die Wärme im Zimmer angenehm.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war äußerst umfangreich und für 19€ total fair. Wir hätten uns allerdings gewünscht, nicht nur nen einfachen Kaffee zu bekommen, sondern auch die Möglichkeit für einen Milchkaffee etc. zu haben.

Stimmiges Gesamtpaket aus Übernachtung, Verpflegung (HP bei 2 Nächten: 1x Dinnermenü, 1x Abendbuffet) und Entspannung (Angrenzende Therme ist bequem durch einen \"Bademantelgang\" mit dem Hotel verbunden, Bademäntel und Handtücher hierfür werden gratis gestellt). Auf Allergien wurde auch kurzfristig und professionell von der Küche reagiert.

Ein sehr schönes und nobles Hotel, wenn man bedenkt, dass es schon so viele Jahre Gäste aus aller Welt begrüßt. Man muss gelegentlich ein Auge zudrücken, was aber den Aufenthalt keinerlei mindert.
Das Ambiente, die herrliche Lage an der Nahe und die direkte Anbindung an die Therme liesen mich bereits das dritte mal in diesem Jahr dort zu Gast sein😉

Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln. Tv funktionierte nicht, Abfluss am Handwaschbecken defekt. In neuem Zimmer ,mit Upgrade umsonst, ähnlich.
Durchgelegene Matratze wurde mit einem Topper gebessert.

Intet Air-condition eller varmt vand på værelset.

Ved ankomst fik vi at vide, at der ikke var noget klimaanlæg/aircon som virkede på værelset og at der nok ville være ret varmt.. Vi fik stukket 2 blæsere i hånden. Hele natten var meget varm. Næste morgen var der ikke noget varmt vand. fejl kan ske.. men så må man også forsøge at kompensere for dem. Desværre tænkte personalet ikke så langt. Skuffende oplevelse.

Ein offensichtlich in Teilen frisch renoviertes historisches Hotel.
Ausstattung der Zimmer durchaus edel, vieles (Schrank / Garderobe, Handtuchhalter)aber nicht gut durchdacht.
Personal wirkte beim Frühstück etwas unbeholfen, Einzelne auch unfreundlich. Parken im Freien teuer(vermutlich hätte für gl. TARIF auch die Tiefgarage z.Verf. gestanden.)

Net hotel maar ze doen zich op de foto’s chiquer voor dat dat het hotel in werkelijkheid is. Alles is vrij oud (maar wel schoon), de buitenkant kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Onze kamer was volgens mij recentelijk renoveert, maar vrij basis. Ontbijt is lekker maar ook simpel. Koffie komt niet uit een automaat maar een grote kan die af en toe aangevuld wordt vanuit een plastic maatbeker (dus is waarschijnlijk gewoon snelfilterkoffie).

Zimmer war in Ordnung, jedoch haben wir die halbe Nacht nicht schlafen können, da sehr laute Musik gespielt wurde (Hochzeit). Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern war kein Schlaf möglich. Ebenso war das Zimmer viel zu warm.
Das Frühstück war gut und es gab sehr viel Auswahl. Jedoch lud der Frühstücksraum nicht zum Verweilen ein, da die Einrichtung sehr alt und abgegriffen war (Bestuhlung mit Flecken, duchgesessen). Ebenso wurden an den schon mal benutzten Tischen die Tischdecken mit Flecken nicht ausgetauscht. Servicepersonal haben wir während unseres Frühstücks nicht gesehen.
