Opened as Turkey's first thermal hotel in 1929, it was lovingly restored in 2010 to its original features and with the support of Gazi University to reflect the classic design of the original building. Situated in the beautiful forest of Yalova, it is 30 km from the town centre though there are some small local amenities within 500m of the property.
The hotel's concept is to offer the height of luxury and elegance to its guests as well as the ultimate health experience. Awarded a Certificate of Excellence by Trip Advisor in 2013, 2014 and 2015 guests will find this the ideal place to relax and unwind.
The structure consists of two buildings connected with a glass tunnel which connects to an open thermal pool and fitness centre in a glass pyramid. The rooms are decorated in a classic style with luxurious furniture and top-notch amenities.
The main restaurant offers an extensive breakfast buffet every morning and for lunch and dinner, travellers may choose between different culinary options.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! They were so accommodating to me. My flight and driver were delayed and they allowed me to check in way after check in time. It was very clean and tasty food. The cay and coffee were great! Pictures don’t do it justice.

We arrived at Limak Hotel late at night travelling from Cappadocia. The purpose of our trip to Gokçedere, Yalova was to relax and chill in the hot springs healing waters.
I loved everything about this hotel: The room decor was amazing, cosy and the beds were comfortable. We had access to Thermal water in the bathroom.
The food was delicious; from breakfast buffet, afternoon tea and ‘a la carte’ dinner! There was a lot of choice on the menu. We loved the food, Turkish tea and coffee and the refreshments. We were well looked after. The staff could not do enough for us. We were very impressed!
The hotel grounds and garden were equally impressive. They are well tended. We did walk a lot around the property and around town.
We went to see The Yalova Ataturk Kosku which is like ten minutes away, the Termal Kaplicilari (Thermal Complex) and the Large Bottomless lake. We loved this little village that is 30 minutes drive from Yalova Central.

Very overpriced for the facility
The hotel is historic, clean, opulent, and has a nice hot spring spa but not worth that much money for sure. Rooms are small and have either no balconies or token balconies with parking lot views. Even the \"suite\" that we got was just a larger room. Dinner which was included in the price was a buffet of average quality. They charge extra for most drinks including dinner Turkish coffee and breakfast tea which is surprising. A nearby resort of comparable quality and amenities charges half the price for rooms that are twice as big with large mountain view balconies. Not coming back.

This is by far the best spa hotel in the region, no competition but itself. It used to be much nicer, I dont know if it is the effect of pandemy or economic crisis but it is losing sone qualities. To name a few, spa area, where you are supposed to have a massage and relax, is flooded by kids like a kids resort. The restaurant is the weakest link, food is below price value and expectations and the service is meh. Not all negative, the room and spa were clean, we had a great massage and staff mostly very friendly. I hope they rebound soon from the effects of 2020 and get back to their standards.

Brilliant spa but overheated rooms and dismal food
A lovely building in a very nice area, the spa is excellent (including the massages done by Indonesian girls, try a combo including hot stones). The rooms are horrendously overheated though with no way to adjust temperature (opening windows does not help). The breakfast and dinner are dismal by Turkish standards (way too oily and heavy), served in a nice restaurant through.

Good hotel nice and calm, good location, good reastaurant, amazing food, nice tables and seats in the cafe, clean hotel however, gym is very small and extreamly bad, spa not good, staff are nice except one guy in the reception he is the only one wearing jacket he is very rude, we book suite and they gave us small rome then after we talk to them they change it, no tea or coffe in the room, i paid 1800 $ for 4 nights but it is really too much for their facilities and will never come back again,

someone has said it is the one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. I did not believe that, especially in a small village like Termal. After staying in this hotel, I ensure you that this hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world.
You would feel that you are staying in a palace. We extended our staying 3 times.
Try their thermal pool. The water comes at 63C from the ground and they reduced the temp. to 37C to be suitable for the swimmers.

Lovely stay, beautiful rooms with thermal water available to use. The paintings in the rooms are beautiful. Food was good but we didn't get to experience the variety of food shown in the pictures due to the number of guests. The receptionists were very kind and helped us pick a room to our liking as we had a baby and wanted a quiet space.
The thermal pool indoors was big and luxurous. The one outdoors was warm and lovely too.
Our only concerns were that there were some spots we saw on the ceiling and the TV was so old and unbelievably slow, they should have been renewed long ago.

Otelin tek sıkıntisı iceceklerin ucretli olmasi , bu kadar para verince aksam yemeginde en azindan 1/2 icecek alkollu/alkolsuz ucretsiz olmasi gerekir diye dusunuyorum. Otele ne kadar guzel olsa da fiyati pahali. Ek olarak havuzda bone kurali varken insanlar havuza bonesiz giriyor, hic bir gorevlinde bunu uyarmiyor.

Территория очень ухоженная , красивая и совсем небольшая, по ней можно совершить трех минутную прогулку.
Регистрация быстрая , на ресепшене работает пара человек со знанием английского и одна девушка нечего не понимающая видимо новенькая. Все подробно объяснят, куда пойти, где магазины, аптеки, банк, как куда добраться, но тем не менее в день выезда даже не знали, что закрыта поромная переправа, если бы не таксист зря потратили бы время.
Номер уставший, со слезшими обоями и телевизором 10 летней давности с кривым звуком , правда достаточно большим экраном. Ухоженная сантехника с замысловатым смесителем, надо проявить некие умственные способности, что бы понять принцип его действия. Душевая лейка, это, пожалуй, единственное, что требует чистки, видимо до неё просто не дотягиваются. Кровать в прямом смысле слова односпальная , как и одеяло, из за моего роста в 190 см. ноги жили вне кровати и вне одеяла)
Уборка номера на 4 из 5 - есть впечатление , что белую сантехнику чистят только после смены проживающих.

В одном слове - плохое( на фото завтрак - и это все
В отеле нет д ректора/управляющего, так , что наслаждайтесь сервисом уровня отеля 3*.

Kahvaltıya biraz daha dikkat, daha çeşitli ve lezzetli olabilirdi. Su otelde pek bulunamıyor ve minibarda su 9 tl olması düşünülebilir bir revize yapılabilir o fiyatta. Sonuç olarak ilk gelişimizdi ama her yıl 1 kere geliriz diye ayrıldık :) herşey için teşekkürler

Öncelikle karşılamadan ve personelin güler yüzünden memnun kaldık. Otelin tasarımı, odaları, Atatürk konsepti, yeşil alanları, dekorasyonu çok güzeldi. Fakat girişte, akşam yemeğinde fasıl olduğunun bilgisi verilmeliydi. Saat 8 de yemeğe gittik ve salon tamamen dolu olduğu için bizi arka tarafta sessiz sakin bir bölüme aldılar. Şef de açıkçası pek yardımcı olmadı. Millet eğlenirken biz yemeğimizi yiyip kalkıp moral bozukluğu ile odamıza gittik. Oldukça can sıkıcıydı. Ayrıca tamamen tesadüf eseri açık büfede olmayan, siparişle istenen ızgaraların olduğunu öğrendim. Tabi yemeğin sonunda!. Arka tarafta başka bir bölümde sadece bilenlerin gidip istek yaparak alacağı, antrikot, köfte sucuk, vs. ızgaralar varmış. Bunların bilgisi masaya otururken verilir kalkarken değil. Geceliği 1100 lira olan bir otelde bu kadar zayıf hizmet çok şaşırtıcı. 1 bardak meşrubat için bile ekstra denmesi de cabası. İlk defa yarım pansiyon konaklamıyoruz, bu kadar abartılmaz. Havuza gelecek olursak, kapasiteye uygun değil, küçük bir havuz. Şezlong bulamayan insanlar oldu. Otel doluysa, sabah erken gidip yer kapmanız falan gerekiyor. Sonuç olarak bu ücrete bu hizmeti eksik buldum ve bir daha gitmeyi düşünmüyorum.
