Disappointing stay! I don’t understand how this is rated 4 stars. The hotel feels unclean, outdated, and poorly maintained overall, including an outdated bathroom.
I also booked (and paid for) a deluxe room advertised as having a king/queen bed, but it was just two beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable and not what was promised.
Another big issue: there were no basic toiletries provided, no dental/hygiene kit, and you’re told to purchase them instead, which is surprising for a “4-star” hotel.
On top of that, there was loud construction noise starting around 8am from a shopping center being built right across the street, so resting wasn’t possible.
Finally, the staff felt unfriendly and rarely even smiled or acknowledged guests.
Overall, bad experience, do yourself a favor and stay at a reputable brand hotel instead.

Very clean, lovely, quiet hotel. Lovely staff, delicious food. We were lucky to dine in the Restaurant and experience not only great food, service, ambience but also a guitarist singing songs. So lovely. There is a lot to do in the hotel, there seems to be everything to have yourself a wonderful holiday. Great price also.

This hotel was highly rated so we booked it. However, at the current time it was not cleaned well. The floor of the restaurant at breakfast had broken glass (from the previous night perhaps) and all sorts of rubbish. The carpet in the corridors had not been cleaned; the windows were dirty. The reception area was dark and unwelcoming. Little touches could improve it significantly.

Breakfast was not good at all. Little choice and served like a primary school canteen.
Location not good there are better hotels in Yalova centre or Termal you can go to.
You need to wear a swimming hat in the pool which is not advertised.
Bed comfortable though and room a good size.
Decor needs some tlc, the bathroom especially. It clearly hadn't been looked at since the hotel was built.

It was an amazing stay, the hotel is a new modern building with spacious rooms, great food, a wonderful spa as well as nicely equipped gym and have to point it out one of the most helpful and friendly staff i come across.

Hotel Lova is a very calm and quite hotel and the reception was very friendly in arranging my taxi back to airport and also to extend my stay for late checkout. The rooms were big and has a good balcony. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. Areas which require improvement from the hotels side are 1. Have someone to assist guests with their luggage from taxi and back to taxi. 2. WiFi was very weak even after informing 3 times and had to use cellular data after losing hope. 3. Carpet is a very wrong choice in the room and looks dirty especially during corona it feels uncomfortable.

Excellent! I stayed 8 nights. The facilities are great. The staff are nice. The food is very good. I had breakfast and dinner there each day. It is easy to get to the city center by public transportation, as well as Termal, and other places. Everything is excellent. I hope to return.

I was very happy with the hotel as usual. The only problem I could point out was the breakfast area. The safe distance was not observed and buffet cover was not proper. We stayed in the Lova Hotel SPA for one night during our recent trip to Yalova and enjoyed thoroughly. The oversized jacuzzi was amazing and just the right temperature, the saunas and steam rooms very inviting, and the quiet rooms equipped with lounge chairs, soft music and candles were the perfect spot to unwind. We enjoyed the breakfast and felt that the options were varied and delicious.
We had only one suggestions to offer to the hotel - our bathroom was not prepared for us upon arrival as it had not been cleaned properly (we wonder if the staff had actually not cleaned the toilet and floor at all?). We did not mention this to the staff as we simply cleaned it ourselves, but it is quite off-putting to travelers.

1 gün konakladım, odadaki mobilyalar eskiydi yatak rahat değildi, oda ikramları orta seviye, banyoda küvet dışarı akıtıyordu ve kenarları kötü durumdaydı hijyen önemli, tam dedektif gibi kontrol edemedim ama genel olarak hijyen orta seviyedeydi. Odada anormal sıcaklık vardı kombi kullanılıyordu, ısıyı kontrol edemediğiniz için balkonu açarak dengeleyebildik. Kahvaltı çok iyi değildi ürünlerin kalitesi düşüktü ve sunumlar kötüydü. Çok zor durumda kalmadıkça tavsiye etmiyorum. Sadece fiyat olarak iyi ama otel olarak maalesef beklentinin altında kalan bir tesis.
