Great staff. Rooms are very clean and not small. The bathrooms are very clean. Hair dryer is great. Air condition is working during COVID-19. The breakfast is very delicious. Nice lobby. They have swimming pool, sauna and other services included.

Hotel was nice only minor flaw, no triple glazed windows, thus cars from the main road was heard when passing. Additionally, due to Covid-19, no sauna facilities were available. The swimming pool was relatively cold, we went up after 30-40 min as too cold, swimming area was not well heated, and jacuzzi in swimming pool did not seem to function. Otherwise, no concerns with the stay. I am not sure that the hotel offers any vegan options, as I inquired in the reception in respect to breakfast.

We arrived 3 am with a group of 20, checked in very quickly room was perfect size and bathroom very good. I would recommend staying here good food, lovely pool and very good staff that understand customer service concept very well. Good gym and recommend the hammam. All in all pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

We did not stay long . We had a good time. However as a reknown hotel chain you would expect top quality service bimut the staff was not very aware of the things to do around nor could advice us vey much about the town itself. Also service in the restaurant could be well improved. Our main courses arrived but we were hardly half way through the starters. Also a bit of flexibility would have been expected when asked to replace chips by a salad. The menu also need reviewing as full of spelling mistake. However some of the recepyion staff were very helpfull

The hotel is lovely but right on a very busy, very noisy road. The spa is nice but NOTHING is free for guests there. Breakfast is excellent. No outside space in winter apart from a small concrete enclosure in the restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are all very clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet is out of this world, the variety they offer is up there with best the 5 star hotels. Location is on a main street where taxis are easily available. I highly recommend this place

Very friendly staff. The only issue is that as a part of the concept of the hotel you have to buy your food and drinks at a small shop at the lobby after the service at the bar & cafe stops but the fridges are not working well. So you pay 3 / 4 times more for a beer / soda that is warm. In addition to that keep in my mind that the pool is not run by the hotel and you gotto pay extra money for it.

Brand new facility, thus it’s not surprising that the staff has some rough patches to overcome. Nonetheless, the staff is very accomodating and helpful in every way that’s possible. Will recommend it to anybody who’s in the vicinity of the Turkish “le Grass” called Yalova!!!

Kesinlikle çok iyi niyetli ve güleryüzlüler ancak dediğim gibi bir kaç kez türkçesi yetmediği için başka personel çağırmak istedi. Akşam yemeği için kesinlikle tatmin edici ve lezzetli mutfağı keza sabah açık büfeside öyle. Otele girdiğiniz ilk andan itibaren her yerde çok temiz ve güzel kokular alıyorsunuz. Temizlik konusunda kusursuzlar. Masaj kısmı otelden ayrı tutulmamı diye düşünüyorum ancak o alanda çok zayıflar. Terapistler işlerinde pek iyi değil üzülerek belirtmek isterim ki seansta ben ve kız arkadaşım belki 2-3 kez daha yavaş olmalarını söyledik. Pek verimli değildi ayrıca çift terapisi paketi almamıza rağmen terapi odalarının içindeki özel hamamı ve jakuziyi kullanamayacağımızı bunun için ayrı bir seans almamız gerektiğini söylediler

Super comfortable bed, slow Internet, and not enough hot water in the evening. Prices went up a lot lately too. Overall I do recommend that hotel. Object is still pretty new, However it’s getting older, and maintenance so far is not present.

Katta kaldık hergün odamızı tertemiz bulduk sanki yeni gelmiş gibi. Otel şehir merkezine çok yakın olması sebebiyle Yalova’yı da doya doya gezme fırsatımızda oldu. Yani genel olarak gönül rahatlığıyla ailece konaklayabilecek bir otel biz çok memnun kaldık sizlerede tavsiye ederiz.

Where to start!! Received cold Pizza twice when ordering by room service! Prices on food and drinks have gone up during Pandemic, but the food on this Hotel is mediocre and no way near the quality and price you get from restaurants like Tike downtown Yalova. There are a lot of road noise in the rooms if you end up in rooms closes to the road. I ran into a problem with my booking/payment and for 10 days i every day talked with staff at front desk too solve the issue! every day a new storie and explanation how to solve the issue! In the end Hotels.com customer service called the Hotel directly to solve the problem, but even then the hotel staff was asking for proof that i have pre-paid for the room true Hotels.com. Am sorry to say, but there are a lot improvement potensial both in management, restaurant and front desk staff that needs to be \"feed by spoon\" to understand what you are saying. On the positive side, rooms are ok, internet speed is stable and ok and the gym is great.

Great hotel, but in these covid-19 times I actually expect more from the hotel staff. During the breakfast buffet, you see the chef go with a face mask that does not cover either mouth or nose and serve fried eggs etc. Several of the waiters take off and on a face mask with their hand without washing their hands afterwards. waiter who takes himself by the nose and face without a bandage and continues serving. It seems that there is a lack of training and is understood in relation to the use of infection control equipment and how covid-19 is transmitted.
When it comes to infection control, the hotel's employees have great potential for improvement. This is something the hotel management should take seriously.

Great Hotel, with not so great food
Great, clean and quiet hotel! but, the food in this hotel is mediocre and does not stand in the style of the rest of the hotel. The breakfast buffet has a small selection, the coffee tastes like water and the food in the restaurant is expensive in terms of quality and taste. If you live in Yalova, I would recommend a visit to Tike restaurant, where you get fantastic food, wonderful atmosphere and very good food for the same price as at Hilton Garden inn.
