Very clean room. Especially appreciate the bathtub was speaking clean and it means so much to families travelling with young children.
However, customer service is a bit unsatisfactory. I did expect crib should have been ready in the room before checking in since I also received a confirmation message from the hotel.
Staff also have no knowledge of EV charging provided by the hotel.
When we were checking out, we asked for water to fill up my son’s water bottle but staff was not willing to help. After being asked many times by both me and my wife, she finally brought to bottle to the office to fill up for us.

The second room key was not set up correctly. We got into the elevator and had troubles since the one we grabbed from the envelope did not work. It was frustrating as having an infant and just wanting to go up the elevator to the room. After standing in there for a good couple minutes, frustrated, confused, another staff member was going up the elevator and had to use his security key fob to help us go up. Later we went down to find out the check in was too busy to get the issue solved. Meanwhile the front desk check in staff is thinking that everything was done smoothly and correctly. Frankly, that was not the case.

The room was in good condition although it is furnished rather sparse…. there is plenty of space in the room to accommodate a small table for a glass of wine and a game of cards or Yahtzee etc in front of the window. A small night stand on the outside of the beds would be helpful for those of us that share a bed with our spouse or partner. Staff and check in was good. Note to housekeeping supervisor … we quickly learned that wearing the provided slippers was more important for cleanliness than comfort…. our bare feet would be soiled black from the floors within 30 minutes of being in our room. Obviously washing the floors is not part of the cleaning regime often enough if at all.
Replacing soiled carpets with hard surface flooring is a smart idea to get rid of vacuuming but it doesn’t mean the new flooring is a cleaning free pass for house keeping duties. Once we realized how dirty the floors were we stopped going either barefoot or in our socks. We hope to continue being Coast customers in the future. Cheers!

We always stay here. Staff are 110% at checkin, in the restaurant and in the cleaning of the rooms. The whole hotel is clean, tidy and modern. They are pet friendly, and those aren’t simply words; the staff all want to pet my doggie. The hotel is next to a small park with a large pond always filled with ducks. Great place to stay.

However, the sauna wasn't functioning properly as the temperature of the water was cold. We mentioned it to the front desk along with another customer and just got an apology. I think a small compensation like a gift certificate would have been nice as it would be a sign that we are indeed valued customers.
In addition. the sauna had a lot of dead insects in it which signified to us that the maintenance/cleanliness of the pool/sauna/steam room was inadequate.
Next time we'll try another place.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Chilliwack and, unfortunately, my experience was overwhelmingly negative. It started in my first room (502), where one of the lamps broke the moment we touched it, the AC began ticking loudly, and the shower water came out brown at first with almost no water pressure. We also couldn’t get the AC to stop running, so we requested a room change.
Instead of assisting with the move, we were told to come down to the lobby to pick up a new key and move all of our belongings ourselves. When we arrived in the second room (414), there were dead ladybugs on the floor — and I later found one in my bed that I must have slept on through the night. It was definitely not there when I first pulled the covers back, so it must have still been alive earlier.
The noise in the hallway near room 502 was constant, with kids running up and down the hall. Calling the front desk took multiple tries because no one answered for a long time. To make things worse, the lobby was full of construction — something we were not informed about before booking — and we were woken up at 1 a.m. by drilling as part of that same construction.
I do want to emphasize that the front desk staff themselves were wonderful and did the best they could under the circumstances. However, the overall stay was extremely disappointing, uncomfortable, and far from restful. For the price and the brand, I expected much better.
