The rooms are functional but starting to show their age though I would point out the TV was big and the bedding was quite good.
Surprising there was one staff member whose quiet efficiency and kindness to everyone in the breakfast area made our stay memorable. If management should read this Joan is a key staff on your roster.

My stay here was quite comfortable. They staff are very friendly and helpful and kind, building is a little older yet they make the best of it with pleasant decorating and excellent service.

Yesterday I was almost too late for breakfast, They asked me if I had eaten, because I had not they went for a moment and got me a side plate from the kitchen of the items no longer on the food line. Not often you see caring service like that. I was very grateful and impressed with the kindness. Food was delicious and hot !

Friendly staff, very clean, spacious and comfortable room (and bed!), nice selection for the complimentary breakfast (although some GF muffins or similar would be appreciated), ample, convenient parking, hallways and check in area were clean and well kept and an on site restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't get have enough time to use the pool and hot tub but assume they are probably as well kept as the rest of the property.

We received a “complimentary upgrade” to the hospitality suite. They checked us in and gave us the keys but the room was not ready. We had to go back in 10 minutes. The room was huge but there was no bathtub and it had 2 double beds rather than the king I booked. When I went to have a shower the bath mat was damp. I called the front desk but it was going to take too long to get it replaced so I told them not to bother. 10 minutes later a knock came at the door while I was in the shower. The beds and pillows were comfy.

Staff was great! Room was outdated and the power on one wall stopped working so we had no night table lights and our devices did not charge. The room itself did not feel welcoming was a bit creepy.
The restaurant next door had almost no staff working we specifically booked this hotel due to the proximity to it but still had to drive to a different eatery because of this.

Great place to stay, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Only negative was they had a sports team there and they were running up and down the halls all night nd banging on the floor above us. Could not sports teams be put to one end of the hotel on the bottom floor away from other guests? This has happened at other Best Westerns we've stayed in too.

we specifically stayed here as they have a pool and hot tub they were not very big and there was 3 groups of kids staying there the pool area was packed and we were unable to use it the area shut down at 10:00pm I asked if we could go in there for an hour after 10:00 they said no.I felt that they should have shut down pool and hot tub to the kids at 9:00 and given the adults an hour to themselves

Having two building, and not making it clear that the pool is in one and breakfast is in another was really not something that made us happy.

That being said, the blond lady that tended to the breakfast station both morning might have been one of the friendliest and helpful hotel employees we’ve had in as long as we could remember. My wife and daughter went separately from myself for breakfast both days, and on our drive home, we both brought up how excellent she was. Would really mean a lot if whomever reads this shares how pleasant she was to interact with in the morning

Our recent stay at the Best Western Plus Regency Inn & Conference Centre was genuinely enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists, Aliza and Arman, made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast; there was a great variety to choose from, and everything tasted fresh. The location made it easy to explore the area and get to meetings without hassle. We also attended an event at their conference centre and found the facilities top-notch and well-organized.
Overall, we left with a very positive impression and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable place to stay!

I am happy because they called me and returned my medicine which I forgot in hotel room, but overall I am not that satisfied with the services of hotel, they didn’t provide water on the day of arrival, and their breakfast is similar for both days, bathroom shower was not working properly. They have to do some improvements for guests.

No coffee available there and in the main lobby the machine was under maintenance so not even hot water. Had to catch a 5 am flight so had to trek in the rain quite a distance outside to get to lobby.

The toilet was clogged every time we went to the washroom we need to plunge the toilet for it to flush. This didn’t just happen this is ongoing plumbing issues. That was disappointing. They did however send up a plunger after we requested. The hot tub is running at half capacity can’t even tell the jets are on and pool extremely dirty. There is a visible dirt ring above the water. Expected better from Best Western Plus.

The Best Western hotels are generally consistent which I appreciate.
My only issue with this one in particular is the amount of towels they provide or lack of in this case. When we travel, its nice to have more than one towel each, two is sufficient.
Just a first world problem, but thats my only observation that I would change here.
