Room was incredibly over priced. The water slide is intense, it shoots out an adult an insane distance and pressure, my kid tried a got scared because it was too much.
Other guests weere so incredibly loud(not hotels fault)
I didnt feel the staff was very kind or welcoming when we arrived or checked out.

Parking was great, and being close to restaurants, gas and my appointment was great.

We had the drive up exterior rooms, this was nice as we were packing gear in and out every day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the staff working on the continental breakfast were borderline rude, there were 4 of us that never ate but filled two thermos with coffee for our fishing expedition, this seemed to be a real issue and were told it was against policy even after getting permission from the front desk, think I would stay elsewhere in the future

Stayed here for 4 night. Just an average super 8, amenities wise, but lacked in cleanliness.
We had bug bites all over our bodies and there appeared to be bugs, maybe fleas, in the carpet!
Also the shower drain was very slow so the bathtub would fill with water while you showered.
We recieved housekeeping after the first night, then the following day only one of the beds were made, then after that there was no more housekeeping of our room. Not sure why…
Good location though! Close to everything and very friendly, helpful staff.

The room in the main building was nicer compared to the motel section (less musty smelling).
I had to go back to the hotel to check for lost earrings. I attempted to call the lost and found line but there was no answer and they said they closed at 4pm (I went back earlier than that and found that the lost and found staff had gone home.) Updating hours for that would be helpful.
The front desk staff were helpful and had gone up to the room to check but said they couldn't find anything. I asked if I could take a look and they accompanied me. I ended up finding both earrings on the floor of the bathroom so that was a win.

Breakfast is minimal but everything was good enough for the price.

The staff were excellent to deal with. Breakfast was ok with boiled eggs, waffles, toast, apples, 2 kinds of cereal and yogurt so it was sufficient. The room was dated but generally clean except the sofa REALLY needed a solid cleaning. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance so I can’t speak to that other than to say we were disappointed. It is good that they were doing that though . We were on the 4th floor & the 3rd floor was closed for renovations. Truly it appeared that they were giving it a complete overhaul so the hotel is obviously trying to make improvements which is commendable. Coffee, tea and ice water was available in the lobby at all times which was very nice. Overall a comfortable stay for a decent price. Would stay again. Thank you Super 8!

Parking was convenient and free, which was a great bonus. While I’m not certain how secure the lot is, we didn’t experience any issues during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or hot tub, so I can’t comment on those amenities. However, the room itself could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as it didn’t appear to have been properly vacuumed. The biggest downside was the bathroom, the shower pressure was very weak, and the bathtub drain was extremely slow, which made for an unpleasant experience standing in pooled water.

Overall, a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and bathroom maintenance.

This time the room smelled, found a pill on the floor in the bathroom. (Travelling with pets and a child)
The bed was not made properly. The bed spreads had stains on.

We were in town for a family event and found the hotel very clean and the staff very friendly. The TV required codes and memberships that were not working at the time and the breakfast provided was extremely low on choices. Great place if all you need is a comfortable clean bed for the night.

We spent one night there. The room was dirty, hair from the previous occupants, was still in the bath tub. Looked like someone vomitted on the carpet and not cleaned up. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower didn’t work well. The blow dryer kept falling off the wall when you closed the door. The heater was so loud that you couldn’t sleep. The breakfast had nothing except hard boiled eggs, two types of yogurt, two types of cereal and those weren’t good. Kids running in the halls past midnight. We had booked 5 nights and we left after one.

Dirty everywhere. Dirty room, dirty pool, dirty halls. This place is very dated and smells of cat urin. The carpet in our room was bubbling and grimy. The “breakfast” was a selection of bread, hard stale waffles and hard boiled eggs plus a handful of yogurt. The coffee was empty and after 30 minutes we made ourself a pot cause no one else had. Additionally they have people sleeping on the couches in the lobby, not sure why but it was very unprofessional and made it uncomfortable for guests to use that space. Went to the pool, we understood it was busy but there was a huge group causing a ruckus and walking around with open liquor in the pool. The kids of that group were rushing ten at a time down the slide, so dirty, overcrowded, chaos. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

For the money the room wasnt bad, the location is great with a lot of food options very near, close to the arena and airport. The staffing team was good. Breakfast was just allright, have definitely had better. One serious knock on our room where the lights they use for lighting the building up at night, managment should be made aware and take steps to rectify this issue.our room was extremely bright due to these lights.

The room was large and had a microwave and fridge. The kids enjoyed the pool and the waterside was a lot of fun. Would be better if guests with animals (dogs) were in a different part of the hotel as we did have to listen to bark and call front desk.

Check in was a hassle as the staff did not know how to use my debit visa for a hold on the room. The suggested to cancel my stay and go to the Ramada who knows how to do this. It was unacceptable to try and make us go to a different hotel.
