The hotel is fantastic for its design, the room and the view. I regret the quality of the food at the restaurant as well as its design which made me think I better cross the street to go to the Mac Donald. The Spa is great but its opening hours till 9PM makes it difficult to enjoy a business day, a restaurant and finishing the day at the spa. So sad.

I prefer a firm mattress but this king bed was a rock. Staff added a padding upon request but it did little to make it more comfortable. The room was also too hot and difficult to cool (end of January!). Worst hotel sleeps in a long time. Otherwise, great location. Friendly staff and large room for Europe.

Our recently renovated room was extremely hot even when we turned the temperature as low as possible. There was no fan or air circulation. The bed was very comfortable.

My wife and I had an amazingly pleasant experience at the Panorama Sheraton, and wish we had planned to stay longer than the 1 night transiting from Frankfurt to Lake Garda.
The room on the 9th floor was clean, modern, comfortable and very practical. All drains were working perfectly and so did the AC. The bedding was just perfect for us and provided us with a great night sleep.
Breakfast was among the best we have ever experienced in our travels. It takes place on the 11th floor from where you get a top notch panoramic view of the entire region. You may even sit outside if you wish. I saw a Zeppelin airship flying over the local mountains while having breakfast. The selection was vast and included unusual items like champagne, smoked salmon, gluten free bread, horseradish, papaya and a few very efficient coffee machines.
The personnel was absolutely wonderful, cheerful, accommodating and provided us even with a great suggestion to experience the Karren funicular nearby which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
Parking is very safe and only cost 12 euros per night.
In our opinion this hotel could possibly turn into a 5 star given the high quality of service we have received. Thank you so much to everyone that made this stay so special for us.

The hotel advertises that it has AC but it didn’t work in either of the rooms we had. It was in the 30’s outside and we were able to open a window and somehow, the room was still very hot to sleep in. That would be my only complaint. The hotel is nice and the bed is very comfortable.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The rooms are amazing with massive windows and views. The hotel has a great indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness room. The restaurant was very good. The breakfast was in a room on the roof with 360 degree views and it was very good. Definitely worth a stay!

Same probelms for years here, wifi connection is awful hard to use. Your wifi is canclled from early next day even before checkout. Cant connect an IPad, Macbook works eventually. Bed very broken down and uncomfortable. Quick to charge slow to act.

The hotel is brand new and still under construction but noise was not an issue. The food was very good, checkin was friendly and quick. The highlight for us was the indoor hydro therapy pool and outdoor pool areas. Both were very large and there were also many sauna rooms to choose from. A fabulous place to relax and recharge. We would highly recommend this property.

Great hotel, pity about the service

Overall the hotel was great apart from our restaurant experience. We went to the restaurant at 21.10 (closes 22.00) and were greeted by the manager who instructed one of the waiters to prepare our table.
The same waiter came to take our order but did so by leaning over the table in the next row with his arm on the back of the chair. As we ordered, he interrupted us to have a look at his phone and then inform us that we could only have a main course as it is 21.30. I took out my phone and it was 21.20 so I informed him that is was not 21.30 to which he then agreed that we could have our starters (bare in mind that there was on 2 other tables in the restaurant and they appeared to be finished and 4/5 members of staff on the floor). He then asked that we repeat the order as he didn't remember it (starters).

We quickly received our starter followed by our main course (steak AMAZING, pasta dish very bland). Having finished our main we were not offered dessert, tea/coffee and the manager pulled a curtain (divides bar/restaurant) half way which indicated we should leave. I requested the bill which was missing the bottle of wine but we highlighted this as the wine was very good and worth the 40 euro.

Overall, I would stay here again as the pros definitely outweighed the cons. The room was great, amazing bed.

The only additional recommendations I would give is that the Gym, pool, spa close too early on a weekend 20.00 and provide ceramic cups in the room for tea/coffee.

Night from hell!

Well first of all I got served a raw cordon bleu chicken which ruined our meal and our evening. The Air conditioning did not work in our room. They brought up a window unit that couldn't provide cool air and with the window open the traffic kept us up all night. It was a night from hell. And since we booked through this site, the hotel would NOT reimburse us!

Incredible pools and spa. The restaurant manager made me laugh, when we got there (around 19:00pm) he asked if we had a reservation...I said \"No\"...He then proceeded to tell me \"it's very difficult tonight as we are fully booked....also, you are not wearing long trousers so you either need to go and change or you have to sit in the outside area \"
It was 28 degrees and roasting and we wanted to sit outside anyway (in my shorts ).

After finishing the food at 19:45pm, I sat in the bar watching the champions league game on my tablet.

Come half-time and the end of the game...the restaurant was about 1/6th full and nowhere near \"fully booked \" as the manager had told me.

I'm pretty broad shouldered and can deal with a lot of nonsense, but this time, just necause the hotel has the Sheraton name attached made it WAY more pretentious than it needs to be.

That aside, the barman was a blast, reception girls were great and the hotel itself is lovely.

Love this hotel, always stay here when I'm in the area. The gym, outdoor 24m pool (year round accessible from indoors) and massive hot tub are amazing. Love the running trails nearby. I've had multiple types of rooms and they all are very comfortable. Staff here is amazing and will help in any way they can. Restaurant and sky bar are great, wonderful view and very good food.

Great! What you've exactly expected from Sheraton

It's exactly what you expected from Sheraton or even better.
If you've been to couple of luxury chain hotels, you could easily imagine the quality of hotel. Their good looking outer appearance, neat interior, clean rooms, well organized service and comfortable facility.
I was impressed by reasonable price, its cleanliness, and good looking swim pool where located outside with peaceful scenery.
It's located quite rural area so if you have car, this hotel is great option to choose.

Nice hotel in Dornbirn with awesome pool!

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet and liked the little mini-bar fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast not included but an Interspar market is across the street. The indoor pool was awesome, was a bit too chilly to brave the outdoor pool. Our room had a great view! Only problem was the elevator to the pool/fitness area was being repaired the 1st day of our visit and the 2nd day we got locked out from being able to return to our room from the pool (separate elevator for hotel rooms) and had to take the stairs.......minor inconvenience. Overall we were happy with our stay there!!

Big rooms, state of the art room gadgets. A bit noisy if the room faces a busy intersecton, but the comfort and price are great. The free breakfast on the 9th floor was very good with excelent views of the nearby alps. Located in front of a shpping center. I would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at the Sheraton although it was still under construction when we were there (so we didnt see the indoor pool). The outdoor pool area was great though with beautiful views of the mountains. There is not a lot going on in Dornbirn, but we used it as a launch point for visiting Liechtenstein. The room was very clean and it had all of the amenities that one would expect from such a hotel. There is a grocery store across the street which is nice. The one negative is that it is pretty much impossible to get there without a car so it would have been nice if parking had been included in the rate.

The hotel was nice, but it was kind of hot.

First let me say that the temperature this year for Europe it's very hot comparing to previous years. So once we got to thte hotel the room temperature was kind of hot (28 C according to the AC) and the AC was not enough. We called the reception and they sent us an other \"portable\" AC which did the work. Other than that the hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful.

Zimmer an sich ok - wenn auch für eine Suite nur eine Dusche in der Badewanne beides separat wäre schön. Ansonsten muss einfach berücksichtigen dass das Hotel eben an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Dafür tolle Aussicht und auch ein umfangreiches Frühstück. Innen- und Aussenpool auch super.

Die Zimmer waren leider sehr hellhörig, wodurch man alles mitbekommen hat was auf dem Gang geredet wurde. Zusätzlich durfte der Pool trotz der kinderfreien Regelung von Kindern genutzt werden.

Das Hotel hat hier gar nichts gesagt und sich auch im Nachhinein nicht verständlich gezeigt.

Super Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und hochwertigen Produkten. Schöner Pool und Saunabereich, aber auch durch die Nicht-Hotel-Gäste war es recht voll.
Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Einkaufszentrum, wenn man doch noch was braucht.
Uns persönlich waren die Betten etwas hart, aber sonst war das Zimmer super! Es war groß und sauber! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Das Auto kann man gut in der Tiefgarage für 15€ am Tag parken.

und wir haben uns mal wieder sehr gefreut … auf alle Fälle unseren letzten Aufenthalt übertroffen … noch mehr und ausgefalleneres Frühstücksbuffet sowie das einfache Parken mit der Möglichkeit vorab zu bezahlen… sowie unser Favorit die Saunaoase mit der wirklich hingebungsvollen Pflege von Slatko - Klasse Saunadüfte und stimmungsvoller Beleuchtung sowie einem 1 a Service … Danke wir kommen wieder …
