The hotel was super clean. It was beautiful. Unfortunately the people above us had 4 kids that were jumping off the beds and running around the hotel room just before 6am. I would stay again but in a king bed room instead of thr 2 queens to avoid the problem.

We stayed one night after a concert at the casino. It was great, the view from our room of the falls and the space wheel thingy had us just sitting in bed looking out. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful, especially Sandra Q. She was the star. We would stay here again if the need arises.

The manager at Check-in provided us a room in the 9th floor with a TERRIFIC view of the Niagara falls. Our son enjoyed a soak in the hot tub (under my supervision). There is a good selection of restaurants in walking distance. It was cold (by California standards 😁) when we got there

Our room was spacious and CLEAN… wood headboard which is always a plus for me (not looking for lice). Pool was large and the kids enjoyed access to the hot tube. Location was exceptional with easy access to restaurants and attractions.

I disliked the cost of parking $25 and my biggest complaint was that the lock on our door did not work, it just spun. I used the deadbolt and put something in-front of the door for additional safety. I was with my little daughter and it was unsettling to say the least. When me ruined it to the concierge on checkout… nothing! Maybe if it had been a woman she would have got it better.

If I had too I would go back.

This hotel was clean, modern, and well cared for. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. It felt like this hotel was a step above others we have stayed at in this area. From the good condition of the furnishings to the higher end finishes in the rooms and bathrooms, this hotel was just very well planned and executed. I was comfortable in the room and slept better than usual. I enjoyed the calming decor. The room was very spacious also and had everything we needed. I was happy that our fridge had a freezer in it so I could refreeze our icepacks. I would stay here again next time we are in the area. I feel like we got good value for our money.

We were put in an adjoining room with nosy neighbors. Unfortunately, they were fully booked so we couldn't be moved.

Then, the fire alarm went off in a few rooms at 7:30am, and one of those rooms was ours. We went down to the lobby and were guven no explaination, no apology or any sccommodation.

Hallways were loud and the rooms have thin walls I did not enjoy being kept awake from the people in the next room talking not to mention hearing them have sex keeping us from getting to sleep. Will not stay here again can get a quieter hotel for a few bucks more will go that route instead.

The room was nice very clean couple of small issues when taking a shower you got the choice of super super hot or cold. It was very difficult and nearly impossible to regulate the water temperature. Also, the room was so hot. We tried adjusting the heat source did not work made for a very uncomfortable night sleep and the pillows for some may be OK but they were too hard for my liking, but the bed itself was very comfortable. Pearl and Hot Tub area we’re very nice and relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a great location in Niagara Falls near the top of Clifton Hill and close proximity to many restaurants. The hotel was quiet, clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again as I’m very happy with this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness centre was nice and clean.
