Good solid performance in all aspects. All personal was friendly, accommodating and professional in our interactions. Requests were promptly taken care of. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. Missing was the hot milk option in the automated coffee maker.
The rooms could need another option for cloth storage.
Excellent location for public transportation, safe walkable neighborhood and plenty of restaurants around. We would without hesitation rebook another stay.

I can’t fault this place at all. Initially when booking, I was sceptical at booking somewhere that wasn’t in the centre of the old town. But once you see how busy the old town is, I’m certainly glad I chose this hotel! There isn’t too much around but there is a small Tesco next door, and a nice cafe the other side of the railway bridge.
The hotel felt like it was in a purpose built building despite apparently being a former printing press. Everything was perfect in the hotel and very clean. Breakfast was great, I was sceptical of what an Eastern European breakfast would look like. It had everything you’d expect at any major European city, plus Czech breads and pastries.
One day we arrived to a lovely Happy Birthday Cake and bottle of Prosecco- Thank you so much again! Highly recommend.

The Hermitage is a very clean, comfortable, updated hotel with spacious, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable beds, a wonderful breakfast, excellent fitness center and very friendly staff. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town, and is an easy tram ride or beautiful walk along the river to get around. I hope to return for a future stay!

Group bus tours stay at hotel, but they're not too invasive. Garage spaces are a bit small. Bed was comfortable. Wasn't able to adjust room temperature setting effectively but at least it wasn't too hot outside at night.

It is a really nice hotel. Very close to the Vyšehrad where you can visit the beautiful Saint Peter and Paul Basilica and have a pleasant walk through the adjacent park. On the highest floor, some rooms have terraces facing east- great for morning coffee. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had in any of the hotels I stayed.

This was our first time in Prague and we wanted a hotel not located in the city centre. We fully embraced Prague's excellent public transport options to get from the airport and the hotel is less than five minutes from the nearest tram stop. It's an ideal base for exploring the city, the rooms are large and secure, the breakfast buffet has something for everyone and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would happily stay again.

I stayed at the Hermitage with my husband and 18 month old and it was brilliant!
For us it was the perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere, we got to most sights within 30 minutes and got up to the castle in under an hour. There are great transport links nearby but we never used these.
The hotel provided a cot for my son which was clean and sturdy, with a small blanket too.
The room itself was huge and had a bathroom with a bath, and a second toilet.
We found the hotel perfect for us as a family! We will be returning to Prague in June and October for my husband's work and will definitely return to the Hermitage!

Hotel Review

This was the perfect hotel for our visit. Typically we would drive to our destination, but EU car rental companies do not allow vehicles to travel to the Czech Republic. We took a train instead and used Uber to get around Prague. This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms had lots of room to relax when needed. The hotel responded positively to a pre-visit email asking for an accommodation and it was happily provided. Loved this hotel! They also had breakfast and dinner options right at the hotel. There are eateries close by and a small grocery store just around the corner.

Our stay at the Hermitage was lovely. The room was perfect for two people, and we had a very nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was unbelievable and is highly recommended. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was equally unbelievable and we enjoyed coffee and drinks at the bar as well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, easily accessible by public transportation and walking. The staff at the hotel was beyond kind.

Staff are absolutely lovely - very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are well-sized and incredibly clean with enough space to unpack a suitcase and hangers and wardrobe space too. Bathroom is spacious with a lovely big shower! Breakfast options were fab - so much variety and continually stocked throughout the morning. We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the burger is delicious! Absolutely would recommend a stay at the Hermitage :)

Bonus points for the supermarket next door and being right between two public transport stations (4 min walk) that get you across the city to see the sights!

It was one of the best hotel stay’s in the EU! The description and images do not justice to the quality of the hotel property and its amazing upkeep. The staff were professional and courteous. Food was excellent and the location is amazing for all categories of travel!

The restaurant was very good. Most of the staff was excellent. It was very quiet. Close to tram stop. The parking garage was small and the spaces were small, but it was nice to have although at an additional cost. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Lovely hotel! Breakfast every morning was very nice and the room is kept clean and towels replaced daily. Close to the river and the boat bars so perfect for the evening! We were also given a list of local restaurants which was very helpful and all were amazing!!
