Our experience overall was disappointing. The hotel itself is just okay, it’s facilities like the pool area and the furniture inside the room were a bit dated; nothing too bad, but it seemed expensive for its condition. I think this is the norm for Ischia though. The breakfast was good—variety of options and better than what was provided by other hotels on our trip to the coast. One hugely disappointing factor was the service at the front desk—they weren’t warm or inviting at check in, and were unhelpful with an incident that occurred after check out. I realized I had left my wedding ring in the room shortly after check out, and called them as soon as we arrived at our hotel later that day. The manager stated that the cleaning lady allegedly hadn’t found anything, and there was nothing they could do until the current occupants left the room. They did not take the initiative to get back to me on the issue, so my husband ended up having to call back multiple times to get them to actually do something, and I also sent them an email with a picture of the ring, to which they never responded. I still feel sick about the whole thing; the ring was handmade with diamonds passed down by my husband’s grandmother, so can’t really be replaced. I never take it off except to wash my face, so there was no question as to where I would have left it. I understand these things happen during travel, but due to the lack of service and compassion on the hotel’s part, I can’t recommend a stay here.

We had a Relaxing time. Very nice pool and gardens. The hotel is within walking distance of the castle and the port. We had a few problems with our room, but the hotel staff sited it out quickly.

Just got back from a girls holiday in Ischia with three friends, we stayed at Central Park Hotel Terme for a week of relaxation and it really was that! The hotel exceeded our expectations and after spending a while researching hotels we are very glad we found this gem! The pool area was a tropical paradise, surrounded by lemon trees and palm trees. The pool was cool rather than thermal which was exactly what we needed in the heat. One of our rooms got upgraded on arrival to the three person suite which was lovely, very spacious! The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, we had black out curtains, a great shower and excellent air con, good wifi-all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Moritzio and Antonio on the outside bar. The breakfast was better than expected, with a selection of pastries, cereal, fruit and even some scrabbled egg and bacon! The lady on reception spoke English and was very helpful at telling us about the different trips and bus routes we could take and she booked a trip to Pompeii for us which was great. We loved Ischia itself, somewhat undiscovered by Brits yet! Lots of Italians holiday in Ischia which made it a very Italian experience. The location of the hotel was great, a 10 minute walk to the port and beach in one direction and a 10 minute walk to the castle area in the other direction, both had plenty of restaurants to choose from.Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

An excellent hotel

Our second stay at Central Park, it continues up near the top of our list of places to stay. Rooms are very comfortable and immaculately clean. Hotel facilities are excellent with a lovely outdoor pool surrounded by trees and shrubs; unlike many similar hotels, the pool is refreshingly cool on a hot day rather than being thermal. Mosquitos were a problem this year after recent rains, and management should consider a programme of spraying; we even got bitten in mid morning and had to liberally use insect repellents. The indoor spa is excellent. Staff are more than helpful, though it would be helpful if there were more English speakers.
The only significant downside is the quality of food, which was not good - a view shared by other guests. Breakfast choice was limited - fruit 'salad' was tinned fruit; juices were from cartons, and selection of continental cold cuts very limited. Evening meal - only had one as ours was a b&b stay - very disappointing. One course was a chicken drumstick, a sausage, and tinned carrots -this is not commensurate with a 4 star rating, though not uncommon in Italy in our experience. Hotel management should address this, as it detracts from an otherwise first-rate hotel.

wold come back - good base for relaxing break

Very comfortable hotel in good location - easy walking distance of Port, shops, beach and loads of restaurants. We stayed on breakfast only deal which suited us. Breakfast was OK although not much choice and they can't make English tea! Staff were all very friendly and as helpful as possible.

Centrally located hotel

Good location close to the centre of town. The hotel is very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful, though English is little spoken on an island where German tourism prevails.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the hotel.

Great hotel!

Vert Nice hotel. One of the men at the front had some great food recommendations for us!
The spa is opened from 8 to 8, and is free for guests so that's great. The pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon and the rooms clean although not that spacious.
We had a great time and would certainly recommend it!

Vi havde 7 gode dage på dette dejlige hotel. Alt var lige i nærheden, og faciliteterne på hotellet var i top. Vores værelse var blevet opgraderet da vi ankom, og det nød vi godt af hele ugen. Personalet var venlig og imødekommende.

Det var helt ok! Enkla rum med en rymlig balkong. Badrummet var stort och rent men en dag låg det kvar en äcklig svamp på våra grejer på handfatet efter de städat…

Poolen var mycket trevlig och hade en bra poolbar. Läget var toppen!

Dejligt, rent hotel i god stand

Dejligt hotel med super beliggenhed. Pænt rent og fin service med strandstole på Medusa stranden. Eneste mindre minus er at poolen er badekars temperatur, fitness er outdated og trænger til en overhaling og prisniveauet på frokost i poolbaren. Men man må gerne medbringe egne drikkevarer. Alt i alt et godt valg!

Pleasant experience with my family

Pleasant experience with my family. The hotel is well located, close to everything. The shopping area, several restaurants and the main beach are easily reachable. The Aragona Castle is also not far. It's a nice evening walk! Good breakfast and dinner. Recommended!

Una piacevole esperienza. L'hotel è in zona centrale, vicino al centro, al porto e alla spiaggia principale della zona porto. In più è dotato di ottime terme. Le restrizioni COVID-19 richiedono una prenotazione, che in vantaggio consente di usufruire delle terme da soli. Colazione varia e buona. Consigliato.

Accoglienza distratta e unwelcoming. Camera deludente per design e stato degli arredi, bagno decadente e non proprio pulitissimo, ristorante bordo piscina e colazione: no comment. Per il resto, staff giovane molto cordiale e attento, gli ambienti esterni molto belli, lussureggianti e ben tenuti. In sintesi per quello che si paga delude le aspettative.

Bra och prisvärt hotel

Hotelet ligger ca 5-10 minuters taxiresa från ankomsthamnen i Ischia Porto
Promenadsavstånd till både stränder och mängder med resturanger
Ligger inbäddat i grönska med en bra pool och en ok PoolBar/ Resturang.
Vi åt en middag på hotelet där de serverade bara 3 rätters till middag. Frukosten var väl såder, men kanske ganska typiskt Italiensk med mycket sött
Där var till största delen Italienare på hotelet och i alla åldrar.
Rummet var helt ok (lite lyhört)och med en rejäl terras
I poolbaren fick vi mycket tips och information från personalen som jobbade där, speciellt från
Maurizio som var från ön och varit länge på hotelet.
Helt klart ett bra hotel och prisvärt med bra läge

La struttura risente di una insufficiente manutenzione a livello generale la pulizia delle camere è poco curata i corridoi ai piani hanno guide molto sporche basterebbero dieci minuti per passare l'aspirapolvere ma non viene fatto ,fuori dalla nostra camera sulla guida c'erano formiche quasi ovunque.Gestione poco curata delle piscine termali.

Buongiorno, siamo stati con mia moglie 3 giorni ad Ischia tutto sommato è stata un'esperienza positiva, le cose da migliorare per un 4 stelle sono: i letti a molla, non sono il massimo, la palestra non è funzionante il parcheggio libero è una promessa sulla carta, il bagno turco funziona solo il pomeriggio, la colazione minimale, la cucina buona. Helt ok boende, dock så levde det inte upp till våra förväntningar.
Vi fick ett ganska litet rum med en halvstor säng.
Rummet hade en trevlig balkong som saknade en stol för att kunna nyttjas av 2 personer.
Detta påpekades 2 gånger och inget hände.
Spa avdelningen var inte som vi hade tänkt oss , dock så fanns det bastu, pool mm
Utomhus poolen var stor & trevlig.
Personal i så väl frukost som baren höll en bra servicenivå
Hotellet erbjuder både gratis parkering och privat parkering om detta är fullt så går det att stå på gatan utanför
Frukost & bar utbud bra
Hotellet ligger ett stenkast från restauranger, gågata, stranden etc

Muy buena ubicación

Es un hotel de 4 estrellas con carencias, se ve ligeramente anticuado, pero los colchones de la habitación son muy cómodos al igual que la ducha. Nos tocó la habitación 105 y teniamos una pequeña terraza que daba a una pared y la ropa de la playa nunca se secaba, quizás en pisos superiores o habitaciones pares tienen mejores vistas, pero ni idea. El desayuno correcto, siempre había lo mismo pero estaba muy rico, aunque los zumos nos eran naturales, al menos el de naranja no. Eso sí el personal un 10, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
Desde el ferry al hotel con maletas hay unos 20' cuesta arriba, lo digo porque valdría la pena ir en taxi, llegamos agotadas.

Hotelli ja allas olivat todella miellyttäviä. Huoneemme ilmastointi oli melko äänekäs, samoin ulkoa kuului jonkin verran ääniä. Suihku oli hassu, sillä siinä piti säätää erikseen kylmä- ja kuumahanoista. Pääasiassa kuitenkin kiva hotelli hyvällä paikalla.

3 relaxing days in Ischia

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in hotel, Camere pulite, servizio buono in generale, colazione discreta ma migliorabile.
La struttura si trova a 1 km dal porto pertanto la comodità di arrivare direttamente dal porto con una breve passeggiata non è da sottovalutare.
La posizione è inoltre veramente centralissima e comoda.

Mini vacanza di 6 notti

Albergo carino e tutti molto gentili e disponibili. È situato in una zona perfetta, a 10 minuti ca. dal porto e a dieci ca. dal castello aragonese a piedi.
La pulizia purtroppo non è al massimo...in camera nell'armadio non era tanto pulito e i bagni abbastanza puliti ma un po' vecchiotti, spina vecchia e il sciacquone perdeva acqua quando si riempiva; Le finestre del terrazzo sarebbero anche ora di cambiarle...
Reparto spa i servizi in questo periodo finivano presto, volendo fare un trattamento dopo le 18/19.00 non era possibile e di mattina sempre tutto pieno...
Nelle terme stesse poco igiene,si poteva entrare con le scarpe da fuori...
La colazione ottima, ma essendo noi eravamo una delle ultime, le tovaglie sempre un po' sporche e non venivano cambiate.
Questi giudizi sono pervia che è un'albergo di 4*
Nel sommato andava bene, solo un po' di dettagli che potrebbero migliorare

Staff pessimo e scortese, direttore in primis. Fanno economia su tutto anche su climatizzatori.
Colazione pessima addirittura i succhi sono solo acqua colorata.
Camere con frigo bar caldo e aria condizionata che non funzionava. Da evitare assolutamente.

Il parcheggio dell'hotel è minuscolo e subito dal servizio addetto alla ricezione viene proposta soluzione di altro parcheggio sempre nell'area dell'hotel a pagamento nonostante nelle condizioni di prenotazione si parlasse di parcheggio gratuito. L'ascensore durante il percorso è accompagnato da rumori sinistri che fanno percepire scarsa sicurezza. Il miscelatore acqua della doccia praticamente non miscela nulla e modifica continuamente il getto d'acqua. La colazione supera appena la sufficienza, almeno per quanto riguarda la qualità.L'albergo si trova in una buona posizione ed è facilmente raggiungibile.La camera è ampia, luminosa e ben pulita, ma non completamente oscurabile. Manca in camera l'accappatoio nonostante all'interno dell'albergo vi siano le terme. Il personale addetto alla ricezione non si è assolutamente preoccupato di fornirci spiegazioni sui servizi forniti dall'hotel.
