We had three rooms reservation on cliff tower but two of the rooms had complete construction view which wasn’t great. One room had nice clean ocean view. The disappointment was that we paid same price for all three rooms so it’s unfair that two had construction views.

I HONESTLY WAS LOST FOR WORDS !! i was GOB SMACKED
I really dont know how to explain my experience except that it was BREATH TAKING & I didnt want to leave.
My room, the staff, the property, the amenities EVERY SINGLE THING down to toilet paper & cutlery of the DINNING
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE, AMAZING OUTRAGEOUSLY INSANE, it really blew my mind!
I WILL COME BACK !!!

Initially gave me a construction view when I'd booked ocean view. Had to change that for the two rooms I'd booked on the night I arrived. Not ideal. But, the rest of the trip was fine, and the hotel has great views and a fantastic setting; great restaurants too!

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Bali Resort for 10 nights in May 2026. This choice was for many factors such as the beautiful grounds, variety of restaurant options, and the reviews I had read from many recent travelers. First and foremost, this hotel’s true beauty comes from the people that work there. We have never encountered a friendlier and more attentive culture, and it was every single person. They worked tirelessly, tending to the lush vegetation, amazing architecture, and our rooms was always spotless after service. The hotel restaurants and staff are incredible too. We tried most of them and were never disappointed. The Grain puts out the largest variety of food during breakfast that it was hard to choose, so I changed it up every morning to ensure I tried multiple elements of their food culture. The beach and pools have everything you need to enjoy an amazing day by the water. We elected to take advantage of the daily all inclusive packages during the days we hung out at the hotel and beach and did not buy them on days we took excursions. I can’t say it enough; the hotel staff are second to none and that will be the biggest reason we return here again. We loved meeting all of you and are forever grateful for the experiences we got to share with you.

We spent a week at Hilton Resort Bali on our first trip to Bali. Location is on the southern end of Nusa Dua and it is a bit away from any shops / external restaurants - in our view this was a plus. Getting around is very easy - there are drivers / taxis / grab available 24/7 for very good prices. Hotel itself is very clean, but showing its age - rooms are clean and functional - pool area is lovely with staff always wanting to please. There is a small private beach which is also convenient to have a swim in the ocean if desired. There are several restaurants on the property - by the pool and up near the lobby. We ate at Grain ( breakfast and buffet ) Paon (Balinese) The Shore and the Breeze ( by the pool / beach ) Food at restaurants was good along with service. Pizzas by the pool are exceptional. We didnt enjoy the dinner buffet at Grain ( sub par food offering and expensive ) in contrast to this Breakfast at Grain was very good. Overall had a great time.

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Bali Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile.

The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning views, excellent facilities, and a fantastic atmosphere. The pools were outstanding and perfect for both adults and children. The beach access was also great and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality food, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, the service, cleanliness, amenities, and hospitality exceeded our expectations.

Thank you to the entire Hilton Bali Resort team for making our family vacation so memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali.

This was our third visit in 6 months for my wife and I and after a long trip back from Europe the staff at Hilton Bali were like a breath of fresh air as usual. Such beautiful people, eager to serve and with a pride and ownership mentality rarely seen elsewhere. Our second day, was a perfect combination of an excellent buffet breakfast, followed by a relaxing massage at the Spa, a refreshing swim in the ocean, a light lunch at The Shore restaurant, back to our Deluxe Ocean View room for a nap and then dinner and drinks at Paon Bali. All in all, the best possible experience before our flight back to Australia the next day. Our thanks and gratitude to the team at Hilton Bali.

Beautiful resort with amazing views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the property felt well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection and a lovely resort feel in the morning. The pool and beach areas were also beautiful and made it easy to fully relax.

The resort feels secure, peaceful and more upscale, which is exactly what you want for a Bali escape. The only thing to note is that it is quite resort-style and slightly removed from the busier Bali areas, so it is better for relaxing than nightlife. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend it for anyone wanting a comfortable luxury resort experience in Nusa Dua.

Swimming poo ls are great and fun with water slide so the only thing was missing was that we couldn't get to swim in the ocean do to lot of people throwing garbage in the water..Also I have to say thank you for my beautiful little cake and card for my birthday !!

Our 3-night stay at Hilton Bali Resort was outstanding and exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were beyond excellent: warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable.
The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The restaurants were excellent, with great food and service, and the pool area was absolutely 5-star. Although we were travelling as a couple, the resort also appeared very suitable for families with children, with plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere.
We would highly recommend Hilton Bali Resort to anyone visiting Bali. It was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return.

Hotel was clean and tidy, safe and had good dining options like the beachfront restaurant where you can dine with your toes in the sand. Good private beach to swim at as well. Staff were amazing! Rita was the first to welcome us, and she was amazing throughout. I don't know how she does that, but with so many people, she remembers guests' names.

Breakfast was fantastic! Yunita, the F&B manager was great, and she gave us good recommendations too.

Rooms were gorgeous (even though we only slept there) and Mastra (who was looking after our room daily) was funny and proactive.

The pool bar staff were brilliant. We can't fault anything there.

While the hotel itself is not the most modern architecturally, the rooms are spacious and clean. The views from the cliff tower are amazing. Food options are plenty and quality and taste are outstanding.
Staff are attentive and friendly and really help making this a relaxing stay.
The pool area provides plenty of options for the kids and they don’t get bored.
If you are after a pure beach holiday, this is where the hotel falls short a bit due to its location. But while the beach isn’t huge, staff are keeping it clean and it’s safe to swim even for smaller kids.

We have had executive room looking at ocean and with wide balcony and private area. Got best of the better room. Was just extraordinary. Amenities, food, staffs and the experience, just wow. Can’t even think of Bali without Hilton. Thanks to all the staffs for making this so beautiful.

Our stayed was very short due to a flight cancelation and the hotel wasn't able to accommodate or refunds two days we didn't use. Bali is a developing country, where you will see a LOT of stray cats and dogs where they obviously look sick. I would love to hilton bali to spay and neuter those dogs by the beach, if you are a pet lover you will feel very discourage to enjoy the stay while they are hungry begging for food. I took an excursion to waterfalls places suggested by the hotel Taxi. I wish i didn't do that,
i wouldnt suggest.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton, with spacious and modern rooms that were comfortable and well presented.

However, we felt the hotel lacked daily activities to keep guests engaged, which made the experience feel a bit limited compared to other resorts. The pricing was also quite high coffee at $9 AUD, cocktails around $20-25 AUD, and even bottled water at $10 AUD felt excessive.

The kids club was more suited to younger children and appeared somewhat run down, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall, while the property has its strengths, we feel that for the price point there are better value options available in Nusa Dua and Jimbaran.

We stayed at the Hilton Nusa Dua in Bali, and it was a fantastic experience, especially for anyone traveling with a child. The reservation included a wonderful breakfast, and the rooms were very clean. The staff were all incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. They created a beautiful memory for us by surprising us with a birthday cake for my son. Overall, we truly loved our time there!

Don’t go.
If they survive on tourism then they need to do better. I had an issue getting my wife evisa because of her Jamaican passport but no issue with mine which is an American passport.
The room already paid for. I contacted the hotel to tell them my situation and that I have no other choice but to cancel.
I understand there would have been a penalty but I had no idea it would have been 100 % the cost.
How is that fair.
How do you charge someone full cost for a service they did not benefit from.
Is the country that poor or the Hilton that unfair to its customers and this is there way to earn revenue even if it’s an empty room.
They possibly rented the room twice, which is considered unethical and constitutes double dipping. But that’s possibly the culture.
$817 usd and I did not benefit from the service. That’s not fair.
This the county that preaches humility and compassion. But when there is a tourist it’s gone throw the window as tourist becomes a staple.
Again don’t go.

Everything about this resort was wonderful. We stayed in the royal room and it was beautiful and spotlessly cleaned daily. The staff were brilliant, the pools had lots of options for depth and location, the breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly need and the restaurant staff at all the restaurants we visited catered for our food allergies without issue.

While slightly south of Nusa Dua, a $5 taxi arranged by the concierge got us to bali collection in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this resort.

Amazing stay at Hilton Bali Resort! The buffet breakfast was excellent, the facilities were fantastic, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We loved the peaceful and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of our stay was the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. Was upsold to room with sea view but there was a massive construction that I was not told about resulting in a worse view and more noise and this was an upsell resulting me being charged more money. At the check it I was told that I forgot that detail and they called me a liar pretty much. At least I was offered a free cab ride to the airport. Worth 1/4 of the upsell cost.

The breakfast mind blowing so much variety you don’t know where to start I got excited until I started eating, the quality not that good dry croissants of the cheap quality, they had a barista that burnt the milk and never cleaned tools between coffees resulting into a burnt taste from the collection of reused grounds that were never even wiped off. Chia avocado mini bowls that tasted ok but had browning avocado on top and some wilted/moldy celery leaves.

Beef bacon was dry and cold. Eggs fried in canola oil.
Hotel rooms small and paid for king bed when I got queen. Even the music at the pool was bad an aftertaste of EDM remixed in a horrible way.
