Whistle stop tour , travelled for a long weekend .
Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Stayed in a garden view ,room, which was beautiful and modern .
Staff cannot do enough for you . Special thanks to Memhet at the pool bar who made the best cocktails.
Hassan too. We miss your rollerskating though. The entertainment team were great too. And the evening shows were fab.
Ate at the quentine Al a cart which was really nice.

Lovely first experience at an all-inclusive

Stayed here for 3 nights in September, it was our first visit to an all inclusive so we didn't really know what to expect. Almost everything was excellent, loved the variety of restaurants/bars. Pool area wasn't too busy, we were always able to find sunbeds. Same with the private beach which adjoins the hotel. We also got upgraded to a suite which we loved.

The only minor complaints I would have is firstly, the car park security guard who greeted us when we first arrived was quite unfriendly/angry. He couldn't seem to understand why we didn't have wristbands yet and it took a few attempts to convince him to let us in as he didn't understand the word 'check-in'. The only other small complaint is the room preparation - the shower gel was empty, and the water didn't get restocked.

This is absolutely the easiest review I could ever write. When we first arrived I was initially put off by our room (we reserved a suite) and how busy the main restaurant was (quite overwhelming when you’re tired and hungry). However when I expressed our disappointment with the room, we were moved the next day and once we settled in and were well rested, we really saw how fantastic this hotel was. The staff are what makes Paloma Perissia special; it was spotless and they worked very hard with a smile and friendliness that was genuine. I have a gluten intolerance and as soon as I made them aware, I was introduced to the head chef or restaurant manager every day and they helped me navigate the huge buffet (with endless choices) at the restaurant as well as making me special gluten free dishes, without even asking! I was blown away! The staff at every bar were also very welcoming and often made us cocktails off of the menu.
We would definitely return to Paloma Perissia, and would recommend it to anybody that asks! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Absolute bliss 🌳🌴🌲🍃 serenity with luxury at its best. We booked our 4 days short break with Paloma perissia & we have enjoyed and still enjoying our stay here. ❤️👌 Hotel is perfect all-rounder.

Top level service by all the staff members - from Reception to the kitchen & cleaning. They are welcoming and always happy to help. 🌟

Food - even a week won't be enough for everything they offfer. Delicious 😋 meals all the time. A-la carte restaurants are pure gems. 🌟❤️ Main buffet restaurant also offers plenty of selection from all around the world cuisine.

Pools and hotel premises are upto date and lively. Lifeguard on duty are taking there jobs seriously 👍

All different bars has their own vibe ❤️🌟

Location of the hotel is perfect in Side area. Walking distance to ancient town of side and other attractions.

Private beach and beach bar 🍻 hotel grounds are so lush green 💚 with very well maintained grass & trees.

Entertainment team are amazing. Everyday different games , lige performance, live music & dj with full blast energy. 🎯🎲🥁🎤

Will definitely come back to paloma Perissia.

The layout of property was excellent with easy access to beach and pools and sea view from all communal areas. Staff were friendly and polite and approachable. The entertainment team were very friendly but not pushy which is perfect. The mini club was also very good and my daughter loved going every day especially the mini disco. The ladies in the mini club doing a great job. Special thanks to Katrina in the mini club and Mario in the animation team.
Although my overall experience was good, and I would consider staying again, I think management should consider providing a heated Swimming pool. Better shower facilities in sauna area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also a little small for a five star hotel and not very luxurious like other hotels I have stayed in Antalya.

The newly refurbished theme throughout the hotel, is greateverything looked so stylish. It is right on the beach, not too far from Side town. The restaurant staff are very friendly. Our chambermaid was excellent and are room was spotless. It’s a very comfortable hotel. Only complaint would be that the reception staff could be more friendly and welcomimg.

Very nice stay in May

Great experience, nice hotel, endless choice of delicious food, extremely friendly and polite staff everywhere (never experienced that anywhere before). The May was a perfect choice, not so many people, 32 to 35 degrees every day, sea was warm enough and clean, walking distance to Side along the beach was perfect, easy bikes rental directly in the hotel, sauna, hamam - perfect combination of relax and sporty holiday. Can only recommend!

Amazing hotel!

We have just come back from a week stay at sentido. What a fab hotel with some amazing staff who will do anything for you! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left they were there to assist with whatever you needed. The assistant manager was so helpful! The food was so nice. Coudnt have asked for a better holiday! Sentido Perrisia should be proud of themselves what a great holiday that was! Definately going back next year!

A bad experiance on our 12th visit

This was a return visit our 12th and we were very disappointed in the room we were allocated. avery dark and dismal room with only a partial sea view most of the view was of a concrete wall and the outlook was over a rubish dump area of the next door hotel, Floor in the room was stained and chipped the floor requires repolishing. We found that the asian ala cart that we enjoyed on our last visit only 7 days prior had been closed for the winter.
Our request on booking in for a change of room was rejected.

Disappointing

We stayed here for 1 week in September and it was a below average hotel. Upon checking in they tried giving me and my wife a room with twin beds. When we asked for a double bed as per our booking they just pushed the single beds together. After a lot of arguing with the front desk we eventually got a room with a double bed. The food wasn't very good. Most of the food came from the freezer. I'm guessing this had something to do with the e-coli outbreak the hotel had prior to us arriving. The selection of alcohol was depressing. All bottom shelf liquors no one has ever heard of. In fact most bars wouldn't stock this as bottom shelf even. There was only one beer available, Efes. They didn't even offer different types of Efes. Just the one. There was 3 pools and they were all nice. They closed a couple of the pools during our stay but the hotel wasn't busy enough to where it affected us. The beach was also quite nice. Overall staff was friendly and the rooms were mediocre. We couldn't figure out why they wouldn't give us more than one towel in our room and the towels at the beach were very sad beach towels. Don't think we would ever come back here. I'm sure there are nicer hotels in Side.

Should not be rated as a 5 star! Turkey tends to rate all of their hotels too high. The air conditioner in the room had no temperature control, so it was hot in our room at night. The food was good, but there restaurants were really bad; especially the Chinese.

Beach and culture with amazing food!

We needed a relaxing break but were also looking for some culture. The amphitheatre and ruins at side are impressive and great to explore along the beach. There are several restaurants by the marina tho they are not very Turkish. We recommend the Karma,opened in april and looking like california with excellent food. Needed to be as the food at Sentido is amazing. We cannot recommend the hotel enough, such friendly service. There are several options fir lunch - a beach bar with salads and grills, a large buffet restaurant, a simple salad and grill bar and finally a Turkish lady rolling out sweet or savoury pancakes. In the evening you can book at 2 restaurants, Turkish and international with good ambience at both and the buffet is excellent. Cheap minibuses take you into town. Taxis are quite expensive at 8 euros. Indoor pool was welcome as weather a bit mixed in April.

A Relaxing Time at the Perissia

The hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. They had an all inclusive program which took care of everything from food to alcohol. You don't have to wear silly wrist bands, nor even give your room number. Everything is very casual and everyone is very friendly. The 7 swimming pools give everyone lots of room and the beach is gorgeous. Plenty of entertainment and things for everyone to do. It was mostly an adult crowd, did not see many children during our time there. The Spa was incredible, complete with Turkish baths and talented personnel. There was an incredible boardwalk to walk on and see other hotels.

THIS IS A GOOD 4 STAR HOTEL THE STAFF ARE SO RRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THERE ARE LOTS OF SEATING AREAS IN THE SUMMER BUT IN THE WINTER NEED MORE.
THE CHOICE AND SERVICE OF FOOD IS VERY GOOD SHOULD PUT MORE ENGLISH DISHES LIKE ROASTS AND PUDDINGS ON

Super godt

Fantastisk personale, mad, underholdning og service. Jeg var tit alene med min 1 årige datter på hotellet, og personalet var så søde og hjælpsomme til at hjælpe mig med drikkevare, bære ting og finde højstol. Restaurantpersonalet var hurtige, maden var super fin, god hygiejne og kæmpe udvalg af frisk mad.
Ingen støj på værelserne, sengene var gode og værelserne var rene.
Der var altid plads ved poolen, selv de dage hvor vi først var der kl 10.00.
Eneste minus ved hotellet er sælgerne ved poolen, samt at deres bestilling til poolen via App ikke virker (fjern skiltene?) og der kun er 1 tjener ved poolen.
Vi kommer helt sikkert igen næste år :)

Mustafa, que tiens aussi à remercier, est à votre écoute pour toutes questions et très efficace pour les réservations des restaurants de l’hôtel ainsi que pour le grand parc aquatique de l’hôtel qui se situe non loin de là et inclus dans le forfait.
Mes enfants et moi nous avons passés un agréable séjour de détente dans cet établissement de haute qualité.

Das Gebäude ist schon älter, wurde aber renoviert . Dennoch sieht man an manchen Stellen das Alter. Gestört hat mich, wie dunkel es innerhalb des Gebäudes ist. Es kommt wenig Licht rein (womöglich im Sommer gut, um nicht aufzuheizen?!) beim Buffet hat es an nichts gefehlt, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und stets freundlich. Es wird Stundung geputzt, sodass es immer und überall sauber ist. Auch beim Programm, das abends geboten wird, ist für jede Altersgruppe etwas dabei. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden, aufgrund des Alters jedoch nicht für jemanden geeignet der auf das Neueste steht. Die Strandlage ist übrigens perfekt !

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen. Die liegen am Pool sind absolut zu wenig. Manche liegen werden schon um 5:00Uhr reserviert und sind manchmal bis späten Vormittag unbenutzt. Das sollte unterbunden werden.

Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Sauberkeit, Höflichkeit, Verpflegung und Getränke sind ebenfalls 5 Sterne Niveau. Immer wieder gerne und wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Toller Strandurlaub

Wir haben einen super Strandurlaub in Paloma Perissia gehabtt. Das Wetter war herrlich, um die 30° (Anfang Oktober). Das Hotel ist lässig eingeteilt, überall schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten, tolle Pools. Die Zimmer eher etwas klein, aber zweckmässig. Service war im allgemeinen sehr gut. Das Essen am Buffet könnte besser sein, leider war das Essen oft nicht richtig warm, hätte auch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Das Essen in die à la Carte restaurants jedoch sehr gut. Absolut empfehlenswert sind die Cabana's am Strand. Zwar muss man die gegen einen Aufpreis mieten, aber sie sind herrlich und mit super Service! Strand ist schön, bis Side ca. 1 Std. (über Strand oder Boulevard) zum laufen, oder 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi (8 Euro).

Zeer vriendelijk personeel zowel bij receptie, restaurants, bars, animatie, ... en genoegen om hier te mogen verblijven.
Heerlijk eten bij het strand, restaurant en à la carte.
Heerlijke cocktails.
Prachtige kamers met een super uitzicht op zee en side
Fantastische zwembaden en ligbedden.
Super ligging op 20 min wandelen van side.

Otelinizle ilgili negatif değerlendirmem sizden önce beni ve Ailemi üzdüğünü belirtmek isterim.
Adımıza yapılan hiçbir rezervasyon kaydının olmamasını atlattık derken odamıza geçmek üzere attığımız ilk adımda çok kötü ter kokusuyla karşılaşmamız 2 günlük konaklamamızın nasıl geçeceğinin işaretiydi. Resepsiyona bildirdikten sonra çalışan arkadaşlarınız yastık kılıfını değiştirmek üzere odamıza geldi fakat sorun kılıf yada nevresim değildi, çünkü herşey ter kokuyordu.
Yastık,yorgan, yatak, koltuk battaniye yani aklınıza ne gelirse herşey çok kötü ter koukuyordu, değişmesi gereken sadece kılıf değil odanın tüm eşyaları değişmeli bence.
Eğer odaya giripte kontrol etmek isterseniz mutlaka sizde göreceksiniz.Sadece bizim odamı? Hayır diğer odamızda aynı idi.İki geceyi yastıklara havlu sararak yattığımızı belirmek isterim.
Odalarda Bornoz ve terlik yoktu.Heryerde Kediler ,kediler, kediler bir Hayvan sever olarak yinede mutfakta kedilerin olması hoş değil.Koltuğa ilk oturup kalktıktan sonra bir daha minderli koltuğa oturmadık çünkü heryerimiz kedi kılı olmuştu.Yemek ler çok vasattı hele kahvaltıda gördüğüm KURU FASULYE tam bir şoktu, sanırım olmayan çeşit çoğalsın diye yapılmıştı.

Allgemein nette Anlage, jedoch aufgrund des Alters gibt es bessere Hotels.
Essen ist gut.
Strand, Pools und Aussenanlage nett!

Otel genel olarak güzeldi. Balayı çifti olarak gittik bu nedenle dinlenme ihtiyacımızı karşıladı. Hizmet ve ilgi yönünden çalışanları oldukça çabalıyor. Neredeyse 24 saat yemek bulabilirsiniz hem de her damağa hitap edebilecek. Yemekleri çok çeşitli ve et yemekleri çok lezzetli. Yabancı turist özellikle de 50 yaş üstü yabancı turist çok fazla tercih ediyor. Aile ve dinlenme üzerine bir tatil düşlüyorsanız beklentinizi karşılar bu eğlence yok demek değil, animasyonları da oldukça çeşitli uluslararası şovları barındırıyor. İyi tatiller :)

ilk kez eşimle beraber kaldığım tesisinizi devamlı müsafiriniz olan arkadaşım Osman Tufan'ın teklifi üzerine Osman ve ailesiyle beraber 2 gün geçirdik.

Eşim ve kızım ile birlikte güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Otelin genel durumu, havuz ve plaj iyi ve temiz, odalar hijyenik ve rahattı. Yemeklerin çoğu güzeldi aynı şekilde içecekler ve alkollü içecekler kaliteliydi. Ben trip advisor, trivago ve hotels.com üzerinden otele baktım aynen sitelerde bahsedildiği gibi. Bence 10/8 İyi bir otel gidilebilir.

Onmiddellijk bij het strand

Het hotel was wel ok,het eten ging maar niet echt mijn ding. Het dessert buffet was elke dag hetzelfde mocht wel meer variatie in zijn. De animatie door de dag was niets ook eigenlijk niet voor de kids club,moet zeker aan gewerkt worden toch voor een 5 sterren hotel. De avond animatie was heel goed omdat ze andere groepen gehuurd hadden de shows die de hotel animatoren zelf deden was een regelrechte ramp. Ik ga er wel niet meer naartoe prijs/kwaliteit te hoog.

Verdiente fünf Sterne

Mit meiner Mutter habe ich im März 8 Tage hier verbracht. Wir hatten all-inclusive gebucht und haben es nicht bereut. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig, mit abgetrennter Couch / Sitzecke und Blick auf den Strand. Das Personal ist über die Spitze weg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das fängt an der Rezeption an und geht über Kellner / Köche / Reinigungsfeen bis zum WC-Reiniger. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich : Es gibt sowohl Büffet als auch drei Á la carde Restaurants. Dank drei Regentagen konnten wir den flauschigen Lesesaal, die quirligen Bars als auch die leckere Patisserie genießen. Abends gabs Entertainment, das ist je nach Thema Geschmackssache. Leider gibt's kein Flughafen-Shuttle, aber das läßt sich dank Internet auch woanders günstig buchen. Bis zur \"City\" ist es ein ordentlicher Fußmarsch, aber die Taxen haben erschwingliche Festpreise. Vor dem Hotel gibt's eine Promenade.

Guter netter Empfang, freundliche kulinarische Versorgung, obwohl es schon sehr spät war, hervorragendes Zimmer mit Whirpool und Blick aufs Meer, verbindlicher Service, gutes, abwechslungsreiches, frisches Essen,

Avslapping, god bok, sol og full service

SENTIDO Perissia vil jeg anbefale på det varmeste. Jeg har aldri opplevd maken til gjestfrihet og service. Reiste alene med det formål å slappe av og hente nye krefter. Servicen på hotellet var max, fantastiske tur og treningsmuligheter, rent og pent, maten var av ypperste klasse. Været var helt tipp topp, litt vind og kun et par timer med regn. Mars måned var en fin tid å dra på. Jeg håper jeg får mulighet å dra tilbake

l’hôtel est surclasse a mon avis la chambre était vraiment sale et sa ne datait pas d’aujourd’hui mur de la salle de bain une mèche de cheveux blond trône toujours près de l évier surement celle du client précédent, porte du mini bar noire de crasse, sous la table de chevet plusieurs chewing-gum collés, sous le mobilier épaisseur de poussière , le mini bar était dégoutant .le MOBILIER ET LES RIDEAUX MÉRITERAIENT D ÊTRE REMPLACE SÉJOUR DU 13 AU 18 JUILLET 2012 CHAMBRE 2280
