I have very mixed feelings about the holiday. The hotel was nice, but our room wasn't. The private pool was full of flies and other insects and was tiny. There is no separate bathroom, it's all quite open plan which wasn't pleasant at times. The staff were lovely, especially Sofia in the bar, Paloma in the restaurant (very professional, hard-working and lovely) and Maria from the shop (amazing, kind, lovely woman). The food was also amazing (particularly the desserts which were incredible). But there was no air-conditioning in the main parts of the hotel except for the main bar, which didn't work when the bar was open because all the doors were open. The air-con in our room was good, thank god. Travellers should also be aware that the hotel is built on a cliff and there is only one lift in the whole complex so mostly, it is stairs (a lot of them) and slopes. Terrible if you have mobility issues. The swimming pool and sun-lounge area was also an issue. Sun beds and loungers were full right from sun-up till sun-down. Despite signs on them to say that people could not put towels on them and then disappear, this happened all the time and nobody rectified it. Suffice to say, we were pool-less for the entire holiday. Very mixed review. The views were stunning, the sea was crystal clear, the food was lush and the staff were lovely. But I don't understand how this is listed as a 5-star hotel. It is a 3-star by the standard of the rooms. £3500 wasted.

Hotel was beautiful, but service subpar—especially prior to arrival. Sent email to me to set up airport pickup to which I replied and didn’t hear back, for example. Very costly, but not worth it. Food was just meh as well. Also, daybeds at pool more comfortable than actual bed.

Rooms, food, staff and on site gym excellent. Nothing around the hotel apart from small pebble beach but difficult to get in and out of the sea due to slippery rock surface. There is a bus schedule but bus didn’t arrive on the day we chose and round trip to Heraklion cost €100 in a taxi. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurants at the hotel. It felt like a bit of a scam to get you to spend extra on alcohol when the food wasn’t of a higher quality than the excellent all inclusive buffet. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay though and will visit again.

Amazing property. Staff and front desk were super nice and courteous. One thing I didn’t realize is you’d have to stay there for a minimum 3 nights to dine at one of their fine restaurants. The best solo trip I have been on. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way for you. Loved the 8am morning yoga sessions and the teachers were excellent. The pool and amenities were amazing. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. I had a sea view room and the morning sunrise was incredible. I will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful resort, amazing customer service. The Oceana restaurant (the only one with any availability the week we were there, one slot @8:30pm) was only ok, I think the buffet was better. We had a problem with our room and the electricity going out, each room in the 010-019 stretch seem to be on individual breakers. Our new room was great with no issues. The contents of our fridge from the first room were not carried over, including a bottle of Prosecco from outside the resort. The manager found us on our last night and gave us a bottle of their own Prosecco, which was a very nice gesture. For anyone in the market for this kind of stay, I would definitely recommend this resort.

Went as a quick birthday trip. It’s a really nice hotel, modern and calming decor with breathtaking view of the sea. We had a room with a sea view which was lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food was really nice with plenty of options. It was hard to get a reservation at the a la carte restaurants but we didn’t mind as much given that the main restaurant was really good. The grounds are really big and plenty of options to Lounge. Highly recommend and would go again!

The only good things about the resort are the staff who tirelessly keep it running smoothly, and are super friendly; and the location which has nice views. There's a small public beach nearby as well.

Everything else was average at best. The food gave my partner food poisoning on our last night there. Our room had a very inconvenient layout. The toilet was right behind the bed's headboard with no exhaust or ventilation - and you cannot flush TP at this resort.

We got spa services which were quite nice and again, the staff was great, but the spa area itself smelled bad and was not very clean.

We stayed at multiple other smaller hotels in Greece and had much much better experiences. I would avoid this resort unless you're absolutely sold on the all inclusive idea. The pictures of the amenities and common areas are a lot nicer than their condition in real life.

Property is quite isolated which was fine for what we wanted but if you’re not here to relax it might not be ideal. There are some stunning views from the hotel, we did have a private pool but unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side and we didn’t get much use but still enjoyed the views. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they do respond to issues very quickly for example our bathroom window wouldn’t close but maintenance was at our room in less than 30 minutes to fix. The food was excellent and the buffet was different each night which was nice.

They get instagrammers there for free and give them a luxury experience to promote but it’s not like that for the real paying guests. Wrote a lengthy detail review as to why on Google. Expedia only has a certain amount of characters & no way to cut down how awful & fake this resort is. My advice, please do your research before you get fooled by the gram. Plenty of other wonderful places in Crete to stay at

Honeymoon stay for 6 nights. Overall a good hotel. Had a great room with private pool overlooking the water which we really didn't leave most of the trip, Well worth the extra money for this type of room after seeing the rest of the property layout. Staff were all exceptional and friendly. It did lack however in the drinks category. Very weak selection of cocktails at the bars and the drinks themselves aren't that great and very small. One issue I really had is that the All-Inclusive really isn't all-inclusive. They have 3 restaurants on property but these are only inclusive with a 7+ night stay. We however stayed 6 nights and if we wanted to do these restaurants it is $25 per person and then regardless of length of stay you have to pay for cocktails/wine which is unlike any all-inclusive I have stayed. The buffet was really good however which saved it for us (the pizza maker at brick oven makes an awesome pizza). One must do is go down the the Tavern (last one on the right) at the beach it is incredible.

Overall it was a good stay but wouldn't quite give it the 5 star it is rated. Definitely room for improvement.

Would be good to have more sun loungers- get rid of the bean bag loungers, they look dirty and probably have a lot of mould in them.

There were a few areas that need a bit of health and safety review- wobbly railings, gaps in fence on a ledge.

Nice choice for couples

This hotel is very nice for lazing by the pool and an unrushed feeling of relaxation.
There are few children - understandably as it's on a hillside and there are many places that children could fall off of barriers/sides of pools etc. This means the general feeling of the hotel is quite grown up and it was particularly quiet. It's also not suitable for those with mobility issues due to the hills.
The rooms are nicely furnished, the beds and bedding are very comfortable and good quality. We heard every single bit of noise from our neighbours through the (closed) patio doors. We couldn't hear anything else, just the sea and the parties in the room/balcony next door.
The room with shared pool is completely worth the extra cost. I loved rolling out of bed into my sun lounger.
The restaurant is nice, lots of choice for all, but for vegetarians you'll find very few 'main' choices and will be relying on salads etc.
The beach is quite dull but with a car you can hop along to any of the pretty local beaches. You will need a car if you want to go anywhere from the hotel.
Overall, we would return, and would recommend this hotel.

The beach should not be mentioned! it is to small and even off-season crowded. For the long chairs you have to pay 3.50 Euros. There are several pools, one for kids and one for adults. The long chairs are reserved early in th morning…! too small considering that the beach is not what could be expected.

I loved the adult pool area, there were always a variety of loungers available and the drink/coffee bar had a good selection. The food at the buffet was tasty and had a good variety. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the nightly activities/entertainment could use some work but overall we had an amazing time!

Overall we had a great stay at the Seaside resort. The views were fantastic and there is two beaches nearby. The sea view room we had was beautiful right next to the sea and very quiet. The hotel had two pools, an action pool and an adults only pool with a bar which is great if you want some quiet time. Would recommend hiring a car as the area is quite isolated, which is good if you aren’t looking to go clubbing. The food was fantastic, large selection on the buffet, which is good if you are a vegetarian. They was also other specialists restaurants, however we never used as the buffet food was always great. Would recommend going full board as it includes alcohol drinks and snacks, we decided to upgrade towards the end of the holiday. There was some good entertainment such as folklore dancing night and a pool party. The staff were exceptional good they where always very accommodating and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful, perched upon a hill side, commanding fantastic views over the sea.
The location does mean that there are plenty of steps and hills but the hotel does offer a 'golf buggy' service if you are too relaxed to walk.
The hotel whilst full didn't seem to be too busy and had the benefit of an adults only pool for a more relaxing break.
The hotels food was varied with plenty of choice but like most all-inclusive hotels did seem a little repetitive after several days. There was also the choice of 3 excellent a la carte restaurants available.
The 'entertainment' was a little poor but personally enjoyed the quiet evenings by the bar overlooking the sea with a few cocktails.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a junior suite with a sea view and it was 100% worth it! We were upgraded to a room with a private pool and the experience was just incredible. (As a side note, it’s definitely worth booking a nicer room. On our last day we wanted to keep the room until 6pm and therefore were moved to a much more basic room. Had we had a room like this from the start of our holiday we definitely wouldn’t have had as nice a time. It was very basic and not as fresh and modern as the newer rooms).
The only problem with the room was that the floor always felt dirty or covered in sand and we never felt like we had clean feet.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The thalassa pool was lovely, comfortable and very relaxing however the drinks were definitely better from the pelagos bar because they weren’t as watered down.
The most disappointing part about the hotel was the food. Breakfast was ok, lunch was definitely better in Pelagos instead of the main restaurant and dinner was of poor quality and pretty much always the exact same food.
The Taverna restaurant wasn’t our favourite. Jasmine was ok. But the kullinarium was lovely and with beautiful views overlooking the sea.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return however not until the food has improved. 4* maximum overall.

From the time we arrived, to the date of our departure we found all the staff to be friendly, helpful and nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself was great. Lovely sea views. Wish we had booked the shared pools. We were very envious. That said, we spent most days at the adult pool bar. Time to chill and relax. The quality of the food at the main buffet was superb, very varied and excellent quality. The restaurants were all lovely. Got to try the Jasmine and Kullinarium restaurants. Easily our favourites. Took a taxi to neighbouring Agia Pelagia beach. Had a great day at the beach, with lots a bars and taverna's. Great prawns and lovely wine at Le Gourmet. Really nice family run restaurant. Overall we had a fab time.

Good room, nice size. I think we were in one of the newer ones. Adult pool was nice although salt water. The children pool looked old and outdated, with loud (bad) music playing on very poor speakers. Again salt water pool.

Food was ok, although the buffet was very much the same every time (lunch and dinner) which made it a little boring after day three. They had theme nights which didn’t really translate to the buffet as it looked and tasted same.

Lot of miscommunication with reception like no baby cot on arrival, forgot to bring and pick up luggage. Taxi issues and unhelpful when we asked to get water as housekeeping didn’t show up that day.

Housekeeping very flakey.

Good panoramic views, although somewhat remote. Rooms are basic, although clean and functional (Junior suite). The food in the main buffet restaurant could be hotter & the quality of the meats/main course
better. The a la carte restaurants were much better, especially the Asian restaurant.Staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment could also be better. All in all for us it was a nice relaxing break. I would recommend hiring a car, which is very good value at 100 euros for 3 days all inclusive & no hidden extras.

Amazing views and friendly people

This was my first time staying at this hotel and island, me and my husband had an amazing time. From the time we arrived we were met by friendly and a warm welcoming staff. The food was great, the rooms were clean, the beach was just a quick walk down a path or by taking the hotel elevator. I was very satisfied with my stay and would love to go back there in the future.

Good value all inclusive

If you like all inclusive hotels, then this is ideal. Good range of food, including 3 a la carte restaurants. 2 of which you can dine at once during your stay and the third is chargeable, but we had a lovely lobster meal there. We ate at the Tripadvisor No.1 restaurant, Taverna Bar Vasilis, which was 5 mins walk where we had such a good meal that we went twice. We hired a car from the airport at €119 for the week and this was useful even just for the airport transfers (we were quoted €45 each way), as we went to the next bay to hire a boat for 3 hours (Blue Water Club) which would have been to far a walk. It's very disappointing that people reserved the sun beds with their towels in the best locations prior to eating their breakfast, despite their being a rule not to.
All in all a very good value holiday.

We stayed here for a 4 night break. Our room was really nice. A 2 storey apartment very modern. The resort was clean and the staff nice enough. Not a practical resort for people with walking issues as it built into the side of hill. There are ramps around but would be hard going. The drinks are premier brands.eg Smirnoff, Gordon's etc. There are nice touches like crisps and popcorn available in the afternoon as well as the regular snacks. My only moan would be the food. A big choice of food but not a great selection plus it was barely warm. We opted for the omelettes at breakfast because they was freshly made and the kebabs or carvery for the same reason. Generally a nice hotel in a quite location.

Overall the trip was awesome, nice service, food and entertainment. The only problem was that we ordered a room with a shared pool and the pictures on the site don't represent all the shared pool rooms. We got a room with a sea view balcony but the pool wasn't sea view and wasn't so nice as the one shown on the site. Only after we talked with the reception they helped us and moved us the next day to the room we wanted. I recommend to send them e-mail when ordering the room to ensure you get the one shown here in the photos.

Could be a great place but...

+ Very friendly, helpful staff at the restaurants (Mara, Stella, and others), adult pool and the maintenance guy (Niko).
+ Very good views from hotel, and pretty surrounding areas (especially Mononaftis and Agia Pelagia beaches). Hiring a boat is highly recommended.
+ Peaceful and quiet.

- The room was clean and decorated nicely but there was clearly a drainage issue - bad smell in our room constantly during our stay, our shower blocked and the toilet made noise non-stop. Air con was also weak and could not be left on when we were out.
- The management of the place was disorganised. Reception called our room to ask us to check out the evening before our departure and when we arrived at reception we were told we didn't need to. We then had to queue again on the day of our departure to return our key card, even though we were told this would not be necessary.
- The food was mediocre at best - although there was a wide range available, it changed very little over the course of our 10 day stay. Particularly bad was the Greek Taverna, a 'treat' meal we were offered that was a huge waste of food (16 poor quality dishes for 2 people that remained largely uneaten).
- Air con in the gym broken throughout our stay, making it impossible to use in the heat.
- Tennis court resembles a battlefield as it is so full of craters and bumps - not playable.
- Inclusive cocktails were cheap and nasty. Staff in the main bar were unfriendly.
- No nighttime atmosphere at all.

Beautiful hotel for a relaxing holiday

We loved our stay at Seaside from the moment we arrived.

Our flight arrived late at night and Seaside was ready with midnight snacks and refreshments, before taking us in a golf cart to our beautiful sea-view room. The room was stunning - very tasteful, clean and comfortable. We couldn't fault it.

We enjoyed a week of relaxation, mostly lying by the pool or exploring the hotel's various other activities i.e. tennis courts. We went down to the beach and hired a boat (highly recommend this) and also took the opportunity to dine in some of the other restaurants at the hotel - we had an incredible lobster dinner at the main a la carte restaurant (45 euros each) and a great chinese too.

Our flight home was late in the evening and the hotel kindly lets guests store their luggage and continue using the facilities until its time to head to the airport. Lovely.

Beautiful hotel near the beach

We stayed for 5 nights and only experienced one day of rain. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and staff were polite. On arrival, the reception staff asked us to leave our luggage on the side and showed us to lunch. Once finished they booked us in and showed us to our room. The room was spacious for 3 ppls and bathroom was very clean. Our outside views was absolutely beautiful..Seaside views and mountains. The cons- if you want to just relax and absorb the surroundings and sun then this was the place. You can take long walks to the near village, but alot of uphill waking, so be warned. In terms of entertainment, there wasn't much for ages 20-30. Just to note, the hotel reopened for business a week ago, so the entertainment side wasn't up and running fully. The resort was very much for young families, couples and 40+. Overall, had a nice 5 days and may consider to return for a relaxing holiday.

Celebrating in style!

Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making my birthday celebration a fantastic event. From the beautiful upgraded room near the seafront, to the complimentary dinner with a birthday cake to the wonderful staff who catered to our every need. Particular mention to Tonia and Eleni who remembered our drinks order a day after meeting us and were so thoughtful and kind. We will definitely come again. April is a good month to visit as it was hot but not too hot and it was not crowded. Thank you Sea Side Resort and Spa.

Five days break

Wonderful experience at this hotel, it was coming to the end of the Season but we had the best relaxing time.
We enjoyed our Spa treatment, the reception staff was very friendly and her knowledge, experience helped us to choice the right treatments.
The staff in the whole at the Seaside Hotel was friendly, helpful towards my group of four. Looking forward to return.

Very Disappointing, Poor value for the Money

Staff Was Impolite telling us That Dinner should be with Casual dressing includes \"Closed Shoes\". I told them that i came for casual vacation without Closed Shoes, Just Sandals, and they told me i should go and buy a Pair...
the dress code was never mentioned in the Reservation Page, other than that, in the hotel brochure the dress code was mentioned but when i asked the dining room manager why he let Women get through without \"closed shoes\" he told me he can not enforce it on Ladies...

The best view in Crete

The hotel is nice , the staff went out of their way to give the best service they could , extremely lovely people! The view from our room facing the Rock was A ONE Million dollar view - the hotel is built on a hill, great for good walkers. You can chose a room with a private pool if you wish.
The food was very good and with a great variety , yet above all the credit goes to the wonderful staff @reception and @the hotel restaurants.

Superb hotel in a wonderful location

This is the first time I stayed at the Seaside Hotel but I will definitely go back.
The location is idyllic. Our room was spotlessly clean and remained so all week. The staff are helpful and very professional. The food is extremely good and varied compared to other all inclusive hotels I have been to.
I would thoroughly recommend it.

Ok hotel, but needs some improvements

Hotel has different type of rooms. First one we were given was more like a hostel! really basic, old, and uncomfortable. But they changed it for us without a fuss. Unsure why they gave us that room in the first place, to try their luck?!
Hotel only gives one room key, which is annoying when you have several people in a room!
Reception needs some improvement; a bit warm, and no welcoming smiles and drinks as you'd expect when getting into a 5 star hotel (well, it is supposed to 5 stars, but I'd give it no more than a 4).
Hotel pictures show 5 swimming pools, but 3 of them are private to a specific range of rooms, and 1 is for adults only, and so as a family we only had access to 1 pool. That pool is small and not suitable for swimming lengths, just for playing in the water. But was next to lunch place which is good for kids.
Beach is a public beach. Not maintained. Wear a water shoe if you can to handle the slippery (and sometimes sharp) stones.
Views of the sea from hotel are gorgeous.
Room was good, two levels, two good aircons, two balconies, nice views of the sea, tea/coffee, safe, etc.
Bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and very hard working. Food was generally good and of a great variety.
Gym is ok, but small for the size of the hotel and doesn't have a good view, and not air conditioned. Only desperate ceiling fans. Saw kids using the gym equipment, which was dangerous to them, and annoying to others.

Stunning views!

The hotel grounds are very well maintained. This is a beautiful hotel! We recommend getting a room with a view of the sea. The food at the buffet is good, though I wish it opened sooner (if you leave for an excursion before 8am you don't get a real breakfast). Drinks were great also, although they start charging for drinks after 11pm.

Not sea side, cliff top family UNfriendly hotel

Absolutely disappointing experience: 1. What they advertised as 2 bedroom apartment turned out to be split level studio. We had to buy another room for my mother. The beds were just very old collapsible chairs, something you would not expect in the 5 star hotel. After several complaints we were given an old single bed, after more complaints they brought us two collapsible beds with bigger mattresses but they were soooo full of dust that my children ended up sniffing all the time! The furniture is incredibly old and dirty. 2. When we booked the hotel with the name 'sea side' we expected to be near the sea, but the sea is far away, as you are at the very top of the cliff and the way to the beach is long and very steep under the hot sun without any shade. 3. They are advertised as family friendly, but the families with children are highly discriminated: we were not allowed (in the rude manner) to the pool and bars, the only children's pool was high in the mountains and part of the sports pool, where water sports were played and it was very dangerous there. 4. The cleaners are totally untrained they are shouting all the time. 6. The only thing which we liked about our stay was very beautiful view.... PS the cars and motorcycles are going all the time at the territory.

We arrived around 9pm and were offered a late meal in the restaurant. Staff were friendly on checkout, I think maybe as a result of several emails we'd sent advising our holiday was for a birthday celebration. We were shown to room 355, with its own pool and on two levels. We'd booked a supreme sea view with own pool so we were happy. We got slippers and dressing gowns,but these were old and not very fluffy. As in previous reviews, the furniture and paintwork is tired, but the necessities are all there and we arrived to a bottle of wine and bowl of fruit in our room which we thought was a nice touch. The bedding was fresh and very clean, but only one UK TV station - news 24. The food was very varied, and we both found plenty to eat (we're both fussy eaters!) The private pool was a very good size, and we spent a majority of our time in it. The staff try very hard to make your holiday, from the room cleaners to waiting staff, everyone is friendly and smiley. Sadly definitely not a five star hotel as per UK standards, but well worth visiting.

Lovely hotel with the most attentive staff.

Having read some of the reviews before I travelled, I was slightly concerned about my holiday.
We travelled as a party of four ladies, my mum, aunt, teenage daughter and myself. From the moment we arrived, we were treated fantastically. The reception staff are the most helpful friendly people I have ever come across, the four of us are very well travelled throughout the world and we all agreed that this hotel have got it right.
The room was spotless, cleaned everyday by a lovely maid. The pool bar was great, our thanks to Alexander, she really made our holiday. The grill staff were brilliant, as were Alex and Maria in the taverna. The maitre'd in the main restaurant was most helpful and a great host, the food was plentiful and varied.
As in all countries I have visited, I made the effort to speak in the local language, just the basics, hello, please, thank you.... This is greatly appreciated by the locals, who then go out of their way to befriend you and help you learn. I would definitely recommend this to all and will consider returning, even though I never go to the same place twice. Thank you all at the Seaside Resort and Spa, we had a fabulous time.

Terrible hotel.

Don't judge a book by its cover. The reception is nice but the rest is just disappointing. Don't trust the number of stars.of this hotel.
1) This is not all inclusive as they claim to say. No daily refreshments in the room not even a fresh bottle of water. That's just unacceptable for a 5* all inclusive considering my wife was pregnant and we have a young kid. We asked for an extra bottle and the only answer they had: \"Not in the policy\".
2) The rooms are outdated and dirty. The cleaning was not done everyday.
3) The staff who is supposed to help doesn't take any responsibilities when they make a mistake. Impossible to talk to the manager to complain.
4) The wifi was not working half of our holidays. Some can say it's useless during holiday but when you need it to work, it's really annoying.
5) The food that was supposed to be cook and hot, was mist of the time cold.
6) For non smokers like us, people can smoke everywhere in this hotel. Next to your table when you eat. Next to your swimming pool seat when your rest. This is disgusting.
Supposing it's a 5*, it's the worst 5* I've ever been. To avoid.

Lovely out-of-the-way resort, but noisy!

This holiday resort is beautifully located overlooking a bay on the coast near Agia Pelagia, and is a modern and well-equipped establishment. The rooms are very comfortable, with those overlooking the sea benefitting from a terrace or balcony. This is an ‘all-in’ package, and there is a large self-service restaurant with plenty of choice and at least a couple of specialist restaurants. The food was acceptable, but not exciting. The location is a bit remote, so it is difficult to get to and from the resort independently unless you have a car, and resort signage is not the most helpful.
We noted a couple of specific problems, the worst being the noise pollution from the twin resort across the other side of the bay, which pumps out music and DJ ‘chatter’ during the day and all evening at sound levels which would clearly be illegal in the UK. In addition the wi-fi coverage was intermittent and frustratingly weak throughout the resort.
In short, a lovely location and potentially a great place for an all-in sun-worshipping holiday stay (if that’s what you’re looking for) but much room for improvement, and they really need to sort out the noise problem and the wi-fi.

Really very nice hotel, so close to 5 star!

Delightful hotel with great buffet food, stunning location on cliff top near to small public beach.
Drinks OK and full bottles of wine available at evening meal as opposed to by the glass, although quality of cocktails was mediocre.
Room very nice and modern although mattress and Air con were not to the same standard, mattress thin and hard and A/C just about managed to keep the room bearable through the night.

Wonderful holiday, totally excelled all expectatio

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful island!
It is s hotel for everyone with a great spirit. The facilities are fabulous with a sharing pool for our room and a family pool and for everyone to enjoy with planned entertainment for all along with lunches music and loungers.
The Animation Chief was brilliant with the customers. The reception staff going all out to ensure everyone was happy. The managers taking personal interest in everyone.
What a fabulous set-up. Hopefully will go again!

NOT a 4 or 5 * hotel

Holiday let down by having a room that was not properly secure, Had to request that the Patio door lock be fixed 3 x before the room was properly secured, & on 2nd to last day the actual door side lock screws were exposed so anyone could have just unscrewed the lock from the door & gained entry. Still was not sorted when we checked out.
Acces to room was via patio unlike most other rooms which actually had a door that led into the room then through out to a Patio / Balcony.
Had to request that the bulb over the toilet was replaced as it was blown, also had to request the shower head be changed as this only had 6 - 8 of the holes not blocked.
Advice to anyone arriving at this hotel - If you get offered Room 101 AVOID IT, rooms 102 - 105, request a move a.s.a.p these are not rooms they are Caves.
