Spa wasn't open however, we were notified prior about this although the staff were very accommodating allowing me to purchase items Irequired.
All staff went over and above to help and support our stay.
All foods were lovely and everything reasonably priced.
Fantastic views and weather was lovely.
Will definitely be returning and already advised many of this lovely hotel

We stayed in a family room for two nights and overall had a good stay. The room was comfortable with nice view, but housekeeping needs improvement. There were sweets left from the previous guest on arrival, the toilet had a bad smell with no refresher, and the toilet tissue was partially used and not properly replenished we ran out on the last day and eventually gave up calling reception.

We also assumed housekeeping was daily, but it wasn’t, and we had to request service after running out of bin space. The spa was okay, but overall cleanliness could be better.

The food was to a extremely high standard yet the whole facility was very relaxed and easy to settle in to.

When we arrived at 320 the room wasn’t ready. We had a spa booking at 4 and couldn’t change it as the spa was full. We managed to get into our room at 350 and quickly changed to go to the spa. The spa was full. 8 in the jacuzzi. A woman lying down on the top seating area and making it uncomfortable for anyone else to go in there and sit. The pool was Luke warm and very limited seating areas around the pool so you had no choice but to stay in the pool. The floors in the changing rooms soaking wet and only 2 changing rooms in the ladies and 1 in the men’s. The room was lovely and fantastic view.
We booked a table for 730 for the restaurant and we got there at 720 ordered our food. Our drinks came quickly and waited a further hour with no food. Asked the waiter where our food was and the kitchen had lost our order and therefore ended up eating at 9pm. When the food eventually come it was delicious cannot fault that but the wait was unbearable and starving at this point but even though the staff apologised no money was reduced from our final bill. Steak was asked for medium rare and came medium well.
Breakfast in the morning someone told us where to sit and the when we went to the drinks machine no tea bags available for tea. When asked staff for tea bags they said that we should have had a pot of tea but no.one came to ask us this. Very limited Amount of eggs available. Toast machine one side was hardly done and if you put it back in then the toast was burnt. Beautiful views.

Our stay was very pleasant with a lovely clean room and great dinners in the restaurant. The staff were very good and helpful. Only a couple of small negatives, as a gluten-free person, the breakfast was a bit limited, but the staff did get me gf toast. The path at the back of the hotel to the right looked like we could go on a nice long coastal walk, but we found it fenced off at the farm park just a couple of hundred metres along. The spa was also a bit crowded, we were booked in and there were no spare seats, and the hot tub and sauna were quite busy. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

I booked a single room which was ok. A little tired but obviously, the main rooms with a view possibly being sorted first. The other rooms left early in the morning and left the doors slam which kept me awake from the early hours. Door fixings need to b more gentle when they close. I did ring down to reception but failed to get an answer as I was having trouble with the tv remote. Unable to get the volume increased. I’m sure, in time, all the rooms will b renovated.

The hotel has easy parking, although this time it was extremely bizzy, The spa is a relaxing experience, in our allocated slot 3pm the shower in the spas was not working and rather a lot of glasses on the tables in the seating area, The room we stayed in was smaller than usual, standerd with balcony, sadly front views
was part of the roof (of the bar ), Bathroom bin rusty/ no coffee/ tea /milk /sugar in room , had to ask at reception, Its a lovely calming location with short walks. However

We thoroughly enjoyed the spa.
Our room didn't have a view but it was very comfortable and quiet even though there was a wedding.
The breakfast was not great unfortunately as nothing was hot and the coffee machine produced undrinkable cappuccino, I asked a young guy if one could be made from the proper coffee machine behind the bar but he said that there was no one to do it.

This top customer service continued throughout my stay, from the spa, restaurant staff and the cleaners!
Beautiful hotel, very clean, stunning location and the spa was gorgeous spotlessly clean.

My room was small (I did only book a single and at £65 for bed, breakfast and use of the spa was a bargain), but it was really comfy and very clean!

I only had breakfast, and it was again the best I’ve had at a hotel in ages. Good clouds, great coffee, perfect poached eggs and a sea view. I was there on business but wish I could have stayed longer!
Hope to be back soon :)

Check in was friendly and professional. Cleanliness was excellent and comfort in room was fantastic. Complementary spa use was a nice extra as well. One comment on the spa was the steam room and sauna weren't particularly hot. Perhaps just personal preference. Also the liner on the spa pool has come loose, feels a bit lumpy under foot.

The hotel & staff were first class. The spa treatments excellent but a bit expensive.
The food was outstanding. The room with a sea view was amazing, every night we had a fantastic view of the sunset in Feb!! The sister hotel opposite served excellent food too. The only downside for us was the state of the car park which looked rather scrappy on arrival & rather let the hotel down.

We last had a reunion 20 years ago when the hotel was looking a little tired but now what a difference.
The Restaurant and breakfast facilities and meals were very good with no delays even with a full hotel

Unfortunately a few small negatives for the room a large amount of dust from the extractor fan which was like confetti when the fan was activated. Not sure when it was last cleaned
The sink in the bathroom was too small and dangerous with a glass shelf directly above it.

Great spot for the ferry

Took the ferry from Fishguard and wanted a pleasant place to stay the night before. This was a great pick! The only disappointing thing was my massage, otherwise it was all great. Solid food, lovely view, friendly staff, great.

The room is basic, and the double bed was two singles pushed together, so you're still effectively in a twin as the gap is very noticeable.

food and the waiting staff were very good. Sadly, I doubt we will book an overnight stay again. This was our second stay and the rooms are ridiculously, unbearably hot during the night. We've mentioned this before, and other guests were discussing this at breakfast also. There is no AC in the rooms, and sadly with the location when we opened the window, the airflow caused an almost constant banging of the bedroom door.

This is such a shame, as the location is great and the staff are professional and friendly. We barely got any sleep due to the ridiculous temperature and it's disappointing this hasn't been addressed.

The reception was very good and helpful, the restaurant food was amazing and the staff very attentive, the room however although looked good there was a large amount of cobwebs, in the bathroom area and a number of flys on and around the bath, the tiles had a large amount of water marks and the taps and shower had water marks and scale. The standard double was two beds put together so a very uncomfortable night sleep as well kept going down the dip in the middle

The experience was amazing from check in to check out. Really enjoyed using the spa. Which was followed by outstanding food in the restaurant. Breakfast was also very nice this morning with a very good choice.
The staff were extremely pleasant in all areas of the hotel. But a special mention for John on reception, who couldn’t do enough for all visitors. Also Cici was the waitress was informative and very funny a great asset to the restaurant.
