Beautiful Suite if you don't have a rental car

Great location for unlimited restaurant possibilities. Beautiful suite perfect for a couple. I'm not going to decrease the review in stars but my biggest negative is the parking near this is difficult to find a spot after 7am on any day and is next to impossible after 6pm every day. The next closest parking options are also quite difficult lending to a quite frustrating experience if you are out during the day and arrive home ready for dinner and you spend 30+ minutes trying to find a parking spot. This issue will plague all hotels/rentals in and around old town Chania

While the location is excellent, walkable to the port with easy access to municipal parking—our stay at Querini Luxury Suites was unfortunately horrendous. The apartment was overwhelmed by a disgusting sewage smell that hit you the second you walked in. There’s no door separating the bathroom, so the smell spread instantly. We didn’t even unpack our clothes out of fear they would absorb the stench. Every time we used the sink or toilet, the smell returned in full force. Chlorine was poured down the drains in an attempt to mask it, but this was a band-aid fix for what’s clearly a longstanding plumbing issue. We stayed out of the apartment as much as possible because being inside was unbearable.

The only positive part of the experience was the incredible point of contact, who handled things with grace and professionalism. Unfortunately, the property manager clearly did not care about guest experience. We were offered “alternatives” that were nothing short of insulting: a 15sqm ground-floor room or a dog-themed hotel room—both obvious downgrades. A better room at a sister hotel was offered on the final night, but by then we were already at the beach. We weren’t going to cut our day short to move last-minute because of their negligence.

The suite itself felt neglected and outdated: no oven, no induction hob, a broken tub, and mood lighting that didn’t work. For the price, this was far from luxury. Unless the unit undergoes proper renovation, do yourself a favour—don’t stay here

The absolute best place to stay in Chania! The suites are located one block from the busy streets, so you’re very close to everything but are also able to have a quiet sleep. But above all, Maria (the property manager) is the most lovely person on earth. She went above and beyond to make sure our time in Crete was incredible.

we LOVED it!

It was just so perfect! And with a very attentive host who made sure we had all we could possibly need. the flat is simply beautiful and the area is perfect for walking around shops or visiting the coast. The rooftop terrace is a real luxury....and that bath....wow!

Top notch service! From the moment arriving from the airport taxi we were met by Manolis Kalaitzaks to walk with us to our roof top suite. He was helpful with suggestions and made a reservation for us with complimentary desert. Plus he tried to help us with lost baggage so we could enjoy our few days in the Old Port town. The room is excellent with a view! Highly recommended. Thank you for all your help and excellent service. I would return again!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Very spacious, modern, clean and well appointed. Located in the heart of Chania with shopping, market and restaurants just outside the door. Special mention must go to Manolis, our host. An amazing and generous man, who went out his way to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a great stay. We had a wonderful time in Chania, thanks to the kind help of Manolis. We would love to return to Chania someday and would book here again if available.

Wonderful apartment, great location

Really close to all amenities and in the heart of the city but the apartment was peaceful and very comfortable. Our host Manolis was so helpful and kind and gave is lots of useful information. He was always on hand to answer our questions and arrived one day with an orange cake his mother had made. Chania is really beautiful we also did lots of day trips. Hope to return some day.

Fantastic place to stay with a fantastic host

The location was very central with everything walking distance and great restaurants and shops surrounding it.the room itself was very modern and extremely clean, which was kept immaculate by the daily maid.what really sets the hotel apart was the fantastic host Manolis. He makes the stay more than special by giving u great insight into the area and being more than hospitable being the perfect host.

The place is amazing! Thw suite is so beautiful and clean, and the host was so kind and generous. He made sure to bring us everything we needed for our holiday. Thw suit is in a great place, near the Agora market and a lot of restaurants and stores. We couldn’t ask for better hotel than this one and we can’t wait to come back!

Everything couldn’t have been better

The room was beautiful, had everything we could want and more, and was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The bath behind the bed was massive and lovely, and the bath on the roof is just amazing. Manolis is such a kind and generous man, making our stay truly memorable. If there is any nothing wrong, he is there to help immediately. One night we couldn’t find the light switch for the underfloor lighting (it’s by the suitcase area!) and text him at nearly midnight. He replied straight away, as if it was a hotel reception. The welcome gifts of fruit and cookies and wine were most appreciated, as were the great recommendations during our stay. Do not hesitate to stay here, everything will be perfect and you’ll love the room. It is also in the perfect location, with great sound proofing.

Best Suite in Chania

I wish we were in Chania longer so we could've stay at this property a few more nights. It was wonderful! This place is just a short taxi ride from the airport and Manolis set up our transfer both from and to the airport. He was amazing. He greeted us when we arrived and explained all of the amenities in the room (wine, fruit, water, cake, etc all included in the room rate.) The roof top deck and jacuzzi were incredible and easy to us. Manolis also provided us with a map of the local area so we could explore during our free time.

Location wise, this place was exactly what we were looking for. Its just steps away from Agora market and tons of other shops and restaurants. It was also a three minute walk from the pick up location of our wine and olive oil tour.

I can't wait to plan another trip so we can stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a fun area!

The hotel was immaculate! It was right in the heart of the old shopping district, not far from the wharf. Manolis, our hotel contact, gave us exceptional recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants in western Crete. The hotel room was clean and modern and looks to have been newly renovated. There were shops and bars and wonderful restaurants all within walking distance from us. We had a great stay.

Our experiences was wonderful. We had a modern luxury suite while venturing out in a beautiful old town. The city had old and modern feel. Our landlord went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt we could contact him anytime with any questions. We spent a lot of time upstairs on a beautiful private patio and also used the soaker tub. It was an experience to have complete privacy while the busyness was all below us. As busy and noisy as it was outside, inside the windows were completely sound proof when closed. This was a place were you could relax and watch Netflix, movies or read. Or.... go out and enjoy the night life, amazing shopping, restaurant's and also site seeing beautiful old buildings. The spa like bathroom was very nice with a rain shower. the suite also had all the extras such as music speakers throughout, iPhone hook ups and motion detector lights in the bathroom, with ambiance lighting The kitchen had a tassimo coffee maker, kettle, ect.with stocked cupboards and everything in the fridge was included. There is free parking in the back. This was by far our nicest hotel/suite that we had stayed in during our 1 week in Greece. The value is defiantly there.

Amazing spot in the best part of Chania.

Highly recommend this hotel. First off, the Hotel manager is amazing. I had trouble finding parking because my GPS was outdated. He took the time to walk with me half a kilometer to where I ditched my car, and drove back with me showing me exactly where to find free parking.

Second, the room itself is beautiful. It is brand new with very handy amenities such as a fridge, eating table, beautiful shower and the comfiest bed I had in Greece. The balcony was very nice as well. My wife and I enjoyed having our morning coffee out there while watching the action in the pedestrian street below.

The location is fabulous. It is next to the old market and about a 5 minute walk to the old port. Many restaurants in the area with great food.

Ask the hotel manager to recommendations! He provided a map with a few hot spots highlighted and some information about what he recommends. We went to a few and were not disappointed.

Excellent Room and Host!

The suites are amazing and could not be more centrally located!
Easy access to the port of Chania, shops on main street, bars and restaurants. The room is even better than the photos and completely sound proof.

Manolis is the coolest host and has so many proposals for whoever visits Chania that ensure all main aspects are covered (key beaches, restaurants etc)

2 public parking stations are on each side of the suites - very short walking distance

The suite has everything you need and more. Beautiful rooftop with a jacuzzi. It's in the heart of Old Town Chania and close to everything you need to see and would want to eat. The host, Manolis was super helpful and accomadting. He provided us with lots of useful information about the city and where to eat. I highly recommend this place if you're staying in Chania!

Manolis warmly greets you on arrival and explains what the local area has to offer. The room has everything you need- clean, large comfortable bed, shwr/tub, hair dryer, iron, sofa, table/chairs, coffee- which is all new and designed beautifully. I have nothing to fault about this place. The apartment is very spacious and designed to a high spec. The host was very welcoming and thoughtful. The location is very central but quiet in the evening so could sleep peacefully. My favorite part was definitely the roof terrace with the sun loungers and the spa bath.

Luxury !

Manolis was a fantastic host.
The apartment was immaculate and finnished to a very high standard.
Fantastic location, 5 mins stroll to the harbour.
The care and attention was second to none. Manolis's mother even made us a cake , which was amazing !
The roof top terrace gives great views, plenty of room to sunbathe, but nice and private too.
Also a lovely wrap round terrace on the lower floor... great for having a drink and watching the world go by.
A very clean, well appointed and luxurious apartment, would highly recommend !
Housekeeping and clean towels and bed sheets everyday, cannot say anything negative at all.

Experiencia inmejorable y atención excelente

Desde el primer momento todo fue inmejorable. El alojamiento es moderno y decorado con gusto.. La cama comfortable y grande. Nos estaban esperando en una placita junto al alojamiento para dejarnos el sitio de su propio coche y asi poder aparcar el nuestro ya que estaba en la zona vieja (zona turistica) y es dificil emcontrar sitio.
Nos dieron una explicacion detallada de visitas y lugares para comer, tomar desayunos tipicos o tomar una copa. (toda la explucacion y los enlaces en la web nos los enviaron imediatamente por Whatsapp). Maria nos atendio con mucha amabilidad y detalle e incluso nos envio una tarde pastelitis de queso tipicos para que los probasemos.
Tambien es importante decir que el apartamento esta muy bien equipado: tiene plancha y tabla, secador, caja fuerte, toallas de baño y toallas de pmaua.Tiene una cafetera con capsulas de cafe, refrescos y zumo incluidos. Tambien nos recibieron con fruta fresca. Maria nos vino a despedir el ultimo dia
Fue atenta y detallista hasta el final.

A hidden gem in beautiful Chania

Excellent location, on a quiet street. Great layout and a big plus for the balcony overlooking the street. I appreciated the bidet, as you can’t flush toilet paper in Greece. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance.

I have to say, the real star of this place is the host, Maria ! She was there to greet me and give me all the details of the suite and tips for the city. Truly amazing hospitality, she goes above and beyond for her guests.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Querini again, it was my favorite hotel during my trip around Greece !

Séjour en amoureux

Avec mon mari nous avons passer 4 jours dans chacune des 2 suites que compose cet hôtel et nous avons vraiment apprécier, les suites sont luxueuses et confortables et surtout très bien situées, la vieille ville et le port venitien sont accessible à pied( A peine 5 minutes) , une des suites comprend une terrasse avec un jaccuzi très agréable avec peu de vis à vis.
Mais le point fort était surtout l hospitalité de son hôte très serviable il nous a même aidé à louer une voiture afin de visiter l'île,il nous a conseillé des choses à voir et donner de bonne adresse dans la ville ou se restaurer et prendre un verre.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter surtout que la crete est vraiment une île très agréable.
