The room was just as described I got my hot tub and king size bed. There were 2 cons which was the bathroom being the main 1 the shower drains would flood the bathroom so it was a slip and fall waiting to happen and then there was a water bottle behind my bed which let me know the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned or inspected. Other than those 2 things everything else was good. It was close to all the restaurants and shopping area.

Perfect location in the city center, very nice and clean room. The service was perfect. My only negative point is the condition of the toilette & shower. While taking a shower the hole floor was getting full of water, and that was not so comfortable.

There was so much noise because of the cafe-bar under the elia potie. There was no reception and the breakfast was served 2blocks away at elia betolo where we stayed because of all the above.
Also when I booked the roon was bb and the staff informedvme that there was no breakfast included in my reservation at elia potie!
Elia betolo though was wonderful!

A nice modern clean hotel that nicely decorated but that is directly over and opposite 2 busy bars that finished at 3am on the night we stayed and reopened at 08am later that morning.

Nice clean room

The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would need, including toothbrushes etc. Nice design, looks like recently refurbished.
Location is very good - town centre, but unfortunately you can hear all the noise from bars which are located downstairs.
Tiny downside - there is no reception in this hotel, so you need to check-in/out in the main Elia Betolo Hotel which is located 1min walk away.

Nice hotel !!!

Good hotel, clean room. In the city center, near everything! Only one problem is a bit noisy at night... party party :)

The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was really central, which made it easily accessible - although it was slightly noisy at night during the weekend.

NOT AS EXPECTED ...NEVER AGAIN...

Probably our room was the worse because the shower had no door and there was no full body mirror which made our staying uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place for couples since there is a lot of noise in the neighbourhood unless they are willing to stay up until morning hours.We stayed there 6 days and not one day from our arrival they cleaned the balcony.There was a coffee maker but one day they forgot to clean the cups and put fresh coffee.The stuff was cold and unfriendly. Although there was no new reservation for the last day we were leaving they refused us for an extra 1-2 hour late check out. We would certainly never visit this hotel again.

Weekend visit 20-23rd May.

The Rooms were very well appointed with very comfortable beds and the location was excellent being only 5 minutes walk to the harbour.
On the minus side, the wash basin was blocked, we called the receptionist twice and notified the cleaner but nothing was done during our 3 day stay. There was a coffee machine in the room but no coffee, tea, milk or sugar, we were told to go to their other hotel around the corner to get some. There was cable TV but it didn't work. No toilet Paper on the 2nd day and room hadn't been cleaned. Below the hotel is a cafe bar and a Bar/ Bistro which was very noisy. The main problem is there is no reception in the Hotel, but someone should be on hand especially during the busy period to deal with problems.

Stayed 3 nights. The noisiest room I have ever stayed in. The streets below are lined with bars which are open most of the night. On the second day the air con broke down , was not fixed , so it was impossible to sleep with no air con. Would not recommend to anyone.

Modern, clean, and comfortable.

Cute little place in a central location. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. No front desk on the premises, but it's located in their other property about 1.5 blocks away. Unfortunately there is only one key per room. The lack of keys was apparent especially in the fact that when we arrived we could not immediately access our room, as the cleaning lady took the key home with her! Luckily she returned it rather quickly. No elevator, and there are stairs to climb, so take this into account. Overall, however, we were pleased.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, sauber, bequemes Bett, nettes Zimmer.
Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass es in einer Straße mit Bars und vielen Lokalen liegt. Wer gerne feiert ist hier richtig. Abends übertrumpfen sich die Bars mit extrem lauter Musik, man kann nicht mehr unterscheiden welche Musik in den Bars gespielt werden. Es dröhnt aus allen Richtungen. Schade. Wir waren über ein Wochenende dort und werden nicht mehr dort wohnen. Bevorzugen etwas ruhigere Gegenden.
