Convenient to Termini Station. Good Staff.
The room and plumbing needs maintenance.
The toilet wouldn't stop running all day and night. The shower is difficult to get into and out of and is very small.
If you drop the bar of soap, you would have to open the doors with the water spraying out, step outside to pick up the bar of soap and then get back into the shower.

Luggage storage was great! Across the street from a good restaurant. Close to the train station. Elevator was small. One person and their luggage at a time. Unable to adjust ac/heat so room was hot. Thankfully we opened the window. Beds were small & uncomfortable but it did the job. We were just there to stay the night and out all day.

But the sheets were stained and honestly it was equivalent to staying at a bad motel. We were just there for one night before we had ti catch the flight so made it through

I started and ended my trip to Italy here. Great location! 10 minute walk from train and airport accessible. Rooms are a bit dated and the mattress was hard (2nd floor). It takes a while, but the water does get hot. The staff is excellent - everyone is pleasant and helpful! I would definitely stay here again - on the 5th floor.

Don’t go to this property paid for three rooms in advance also arranged for shuttle service to pick us up at the airport.Our flight got delayed and we missed our connecting flights I emailed the property to let them know what was happening they asked to forward the time we were getting in they advised us that the driver would be there with sign with my name.When we arrived at the airport we did not see no one waiting for us I contacted the hotel they advised us they would get in touch with the driver they sent me the drivers number i contacted him by phone and he said it would be 30-40.minutes before he could pick us up I told the to cancel and took another taxi to the hotel When we got there the guy at the front desk told us the cab driver was angry we wait for him.The clerk then proceeded to tell us he was not going to check us in until we paid 120.dollars to the cab guy which we refused to pay.We ended up having to go check into another hotel for days we we there we are working with Expedia to be refunded our money 😒😒😒

The only thing good about this hotel is its a 5 min walk from the termini station. This is a terrible hotel, it is more like a hostel level. Upon arriving trying to use the tiny elevator, the doors closed and it didn’t move, after it finally opened we were still in the same place. The clerk had to be reset. You can telll he wasn’t happy about it.
There was no hot water, no breakfast/ restaurant,the beds are hard. This hotel also makes you leave your key at the front desk when you leave the hotel(they say it’s for your safety) I’ve NEvER had a hotel make you do that. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The windows in the rooms were nice to let cool air in. The streets were occasional noisy but it was just because Rome is a very popular place. It was a very nice place to explore Rome and was good walking distance from the Fountain and the Colosseum.

This hotel is near the main train, bus station withing 3 min. Walk. A lot of dining, shopping, markets and is very vibrant and safe. But the hotel need sone upgrades. The bed is hard and they need to clean alittle better the rooms i found splashing on bed frame like soda or maybe coffe. Also the bathroom is very small.

The hotel is fine, had an issue opening the door to my room. You should know that if you go out, you need to leave your key room in reception, something that I kind of didn't like to be honest. The room and bathroom was small, not a lot of space to walk. The bathroom is shaped oddly, the shower door is right beside the sink, so its kind of awkward getting in and out. Beside that is fine. The terminal is really close, and is fine for when you need to be close to the terminal.

Bedbugs galore!

Room would normally rate 2-stars, but I was absolutely eaten by bedbugs.

The staff did switch rooms after the 3rd night and refund a couple of nights we spent in the bug emporium, but I was just covered in bites. I managed to kill a few & show to the front desk so there’d be no argument about what was going on.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Terminal several times in the past few years. The location to the termini is perfect. There’s a couple good restaurants right across the street. The location is great, a 2 minute walk to the termini to do day trips while I’m in Rome. I will definitely go back again.

Great Value and Convenient Location

This hotel offers great value for the price. It’s just a five-minute walk to the train station, making it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the shower—it was extremely small and made showering a bit difficult. The bathroom overall was OK, though. Would still recommend for a short stay!

We were very happy to find this hotel when we found out our actual hotel was in France which was not our destination. We ended up close to every where we wanted to visit, This hotel was very affordable and the staff was accommodating and amazing. If you are going to Rome for a short time this hotel is a must.

We stayed 3 nights and changed our plans with an earlier departure. The evening and weekend were very helpful.
The internet was spotty most of the times. The interior bathroom knob was missing. The mattresses were average quality. It is a standard room at a standard hotel. We had a rental car which made parking difficult, it was mentioned on expedia. The closest Termini station is a great value.

Hotel is located within walking distance of Termini station. All of the tourist attractions are within walking distance of around 20-30 minutes. The metro is also close by and makes transport even easier.
The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful, reminding us to make use of the water cooler in reception.
The room was air conditioned, cleaned daily and spotless, bed was firm but comfortable. The hotel is absolutely perfect for a short break.
We didn't hear any noise from the street. Noise from other guests depends on how courteous they are when they're walking around the corridor. We didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms.
For what we paid I couldn't fault the hotel in anyway.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main tourist attractions. The room was spacious, but unfortunately, the heater wasn’t working properly, which was quite uncomfortable on a very cold day in mid-January. The day receptionist was unhelpful and made us wait two hours to check in, but the evening staff were much more accommodating and helpful. Overall, a mixed experience.

There were outdoor restaurants nearby, which was good. Not far to go for something to eat. Walking distance to the train station, however, was quite challenging with a large suitcase and carryon on the uneven sidewalks. Very happy that the wheels on the suitcase didn't break! Front desk staff were kind. Have never seen such a small elevator before though! Could only fit 1 person and 2 large suitcases. But apparently this is common in Italy.

Stayed with girlfriends 3 nights before going to Tuscany! Never used the train but it’s right there if you’re traveling light to and from the airport is a good option. Very basic hotel with nice coffee and breakfast shop within a few steps just outside!😃

More Like a Hostel - Listing Should Be Changed

My husband and I booked this “hotel” for our honeymoon. The neighborhood is terrible - dirty, ugly, and not safe to walk around in during the day, let alone at night. Upon check in, we were asked to turn in our keys to the front desk any time we left the hotel. This seemed strange, especially considering that their page on hotels.com says there is no late check-in because the front desk is NOT staffed 24/7, even though the clerk promised us it would be. The elevator stops and starts, and luckily we didn’t get stuck, but I read reviews where others have. The room was tiny. Not horribly unclean, but not especially clean either. The bed was terrible, the shower had no hot water, and the toilet brush next to the toilet was stained. We spent about an hour or so there looking for a new hotel and left the same day. If you’re there for a night and just need a place to crash, maybe it’ll do. If you’re there for vacation and to relax, this was more like a hostel than a hotel. Would not recommend.

El hotel queda a 5 min caminando de la estación de tren (tren que conecta a muchos lugares y el bus hacia los dos aeropuertos). Cerca del hotel hay muchas opciones de restaurantes y supermercados. La zona me parecio segura y normal en Roma.
