We really enjoyed our four night stay in October. Hotel is well located and reasonably priced. The room was good and nice bathroom. Quiet at night.

Generally we enjoyed our stay, from the very courteous and helpful welcome to some very thoughtful touches in the room. Our room was larger than others we've had in Europe. It was quiet at night and the crowds near Termini always made the area feel safe.

We had an incredible stay here while in Rome for 3 days before heading out in a cruise. Clean a d comfortable rooms, 5 minute walk from Termini and 20 minute walk from the Colosseum and Forum. Family owned hotel and they were so kind and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!

The owners Mike and Yuri, were very kind, friendly and flexible, allowing us to store luggage on our final day after check out. Nice small eatery across the street. No issues, stay was smooth, room was clean and they even left snacks and a bottle of bubbly for us in the room. The only thing that happened was Mike allowed us a later checkout and the cleaning guy was rushing us that morning to leave; other than that annoyance we were very happy

This property is in a building that has other private apartments. The room was clean, air conditioning was great, and there was a Nespresso machine, champagne, water, and snacks in the room, all included. It is extremely convenient to Roma Termini station, so easy to catch trains and metro to other areas of Rome or Italy. Would recommend staying here.

The place is amazing with very high ceiling. The host provides snacks, water, drinks and wine as complimentary gift. The place is closed to Trevi Foundain and Colosseum as walking 20 minutes. Overrall, we loved it.

It is a family-run guesthouse hotel, located within a short walking distance of Termini Centrale, Rome’s main train station. The neighborhood is safe, and the hotel is managed by two brothers, Micki and Uri, who are very helpful and trustworthy. They are always ready to provide any information you may need. The hotel is quiet and offers a variety of snacks along with a bottle of Italian wine. We had a wonderful four-night stay there!

We stayed in 3 different places similar, but this was our favorite. Not only is the staff friendly and the room nice, but the little complementary items made a world of difference! From being able to make coffee or tea in the room to a razor kit and dental kit waiting in the restroom. They let us leave our luggage free of charge on our checkout day so that we could catch one last tour. If I come back to Rome this will be where I stay.

We stayed at this accommodation one night before catching train, the location was convenient and the room was nice and the bathroom looked newly renovated. Our room faced the street so there was some noise but we managed to sleep.

This pleasant guest house is a quiet oasis is this busy and chaotic area of Rome. Although just minutes away from Termini, you would never know it. Our comfortable room overlooked an inner court yard and you could hear birds singing in the morning! Coffee, water, snacks and a small bottle of bubbly provided. Staff helpful and considerate. A nice alternative near Termini
The accommodation is a room in a set of apartments in a lovely 1883 building between Termini Station and St. Mary Major Basilica. The location is convenient to public transit, and there are many excellent food options for any time of day.
Our room was small, with very little storage space and limited counter or shelf space in either the room or bath. The bath is very stylish, but not the most practical. The shower is quite narrow, and there is little counter space of any kind, but we made do.
The beds are more firm than we are used to, but not as brutally hard as in most Italian hotels. We were able to sleep rather well, and there is a variety of pillows to choose from. The linens were very nice, and the room was clean. There are limited electrical outlets in the room, so charging devices could be tricky. The television did not work properly. The walls are very thin, and we could hear every word said in nearby rooms, as well as footsteps, etc.
The proprietor was helpful and kind. The biggest problem was having only one set of keys. There are three doors to traverse to get to the room, and the doors lock automatically when leaving, so with only one set of keys it is essential for one person to remain in the room if the other wants to go out on his own. During the day the proprietor is on the premises to open the doors if needed, but not at night, so know that this can be an issue.

We loved our stay here! We were in Rome for 12 days and this was a very comfortable and nice place the whole time. The location was perfect for getting around Rome and taking the train for some day trips to other cities. The room was better than we expected. Air conditioned, comfortable bed and several comfortable chairs, and a little kitchenette so we were able to cook. They have many different rooms so If you are only staying a night or two you might be in a smaller room with a mini fridge and no kitchen, maybe. We could tell that they obviously saw how long we would be there and gave us what we think is one of the bigger rooms. They clearly put a lot of thought into accommodating people they best they can. They were always friendly especially Yuri who we talked with the most. He had great recommendations for anything we asked, including food, nearby attractions and day trips to beaches. We were made to feel like family and are very glad we chose Casa di Amy for our first visit to Italy!

I really wanted a boutique style hotel for our stay in Rome. The rustic doors, marble stairs and pretty courtyard added to the charm, and the air conditioning was much appreciated in July. Convenient to Termini train station and we were able to walk to our destinations. I would recommend La Casa di Amy. It enhanced to our Roma experience!

I was scared to be there!
This was a really bad experience! So much so that I almost booked another place once I got to the room. I felt like I was in a broken down hostel. It was so sterile and dark. I will say that the host Miky I believe was nice and addressed issues that arose, but so many issues arose it was too much! He knocked on my door three times, once to assist with the WiFi as it did not work at all! Then he knocked to see if I had got water cause the guy across from me did not. Then it was for something else, I can’t even remember, all I know is that I did not feel comfortable at all and I’m glad I was tired cause I fell asleep fast and knew that meant I didn’t have to be there long. The elevator also did not work when I came home tired that night and had to go up 3 flights of stairs! I was so angry! I feel like this place is one of the worst places I’ve stayed and do not recommend it at all.

We don’t recommend this hotel.
We’ve had a very unpleasant experience with La Casa di Amy. First, the person in charge of the hotel, who called himself Miky, overcharged us the Local City Tax upon check-in. Then he put us in a room with no TV signal. When we pointed this out, he was offended and became extremely impatient. He said that he had no time for this, that we didn’t need TV because we didn’t understand Italian. He asked us to pay heating、coffee maker、bottled water and snacks in a revenge manner, even though his assistant had told us all of these were free like other hotel guests. In the end we were switched to another room with no closet、no safe and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The room rate was cheaper than we had booked. This hotel doesn’t deserve a high rating. To make up to some people and look down on or even bully others is a shameful behavior that should be condemned.

Dangerous area of Rome with distracted management. We were not provided at check in with instructions for breakfast nor were we supported following a significant theft of personal property at nearby Termini Station. I had a lovely time staying at La Casa di Amy. The hotel is in a super convenient location, particularly to Termini station (which is less than a 5 minute walk away) and the surrounding neighborhoods are full of great restaurants and cafes. We are traveling through Europe for our honeymoon and this was one of our stops. We needed something close to the trial station. So, this place was perfect for us! We were bummed we stayed only one night. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. This place is less than a ten minute walk to the train station, and my husband needs a cane to walk, so it would probably be faster for a normal walk.
There are little shops and restaurants nearby. We had dinner in a restaurant practically next to the hotel, which was super convenient. Also, we did tours to the Vatican and the Colosseum, which was like a ten-fifteen minute taxi ride. If you’re up for it, you can walk there.

We stayed 3 nights. The location was excellent. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was accessible by elevator and very clean and even had slippers! First appearance - this place was not good. Its a hotel amongst other apartments. However, the room was lovely, very secure (actually three keys to get into the room from the street). Lovely courtyard. Close to all facilities, food and transport. Staff were helpful, but could have been a bit more pleasant (one time a staff member had to finish her cigarette outside before she attended to us). The room is wonderful, so after first impresssions the stay was lovely. Felt very secure in the room, room service was good and room facilities were good. A nice hotel and would stay again when in Rome!

So many things I loved about this hotel! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. My bf and I were so tired from our flight they let us unwind in the room before check-in time. They also offered breakfast in the room the morning of our departure which was super early at 5:30 am. The courtyard yard was nice to see every morning as we walked to breakfast, and I loved the dog at the front desk. It made me feel like I was home. Room was cleaned every day and there was a coffee maker with a mini fridge stacked with beverages.

We picked this place for the location and good reviews as we really just needed a place to stay while we were in Rome for one night to attend an event. We got the twin room (room 3 on 2nd floor) and unfortunately it had a cigarette smoke smell. We didn't get the room changed as we were only in the room for one short night and we also didn't know whether they had other vacancies. We thought we could air it out by opening the windows but the smell still lingered the whole night. Water pressure is a little weak for the shower head and didn't have hot water at times. There was a bit of noise with the garbage collection at 2am early Monday morning but lasted no longer than 30 minutes. Otherwise it was quite a good sleep as the bed was comfy (minus the smell of the cigarette smoke). WiFi also spotty.
