We probably should have complained about the smell, but we were gone on tours everyday! Thankfully window opened and we had bathroom spray along.

Place was clean but fairly basic in terms of amenities in the room (no coffee maker, bottled water not replenished on my second night, no iron) - it does have a mini fridge and air con worked fine. Unfortunately my room was so noisy - a constant loud TV so soundproofing is clearly deficient. I played white noise on my phone all night to sleep. BUT it is 2 steps from Termini so you couldn’t get more convenient (especially if you don’t like getting up early for a train!)

Very close to Roma Termini, the hotel was adequate for one night. No tea or coffee facilities in room, but we were given a jug etc on request, which we appreciated. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There was also no ironing board or iron in the room. The breakfast was great and it was handy that this was included. Check when booking you room what is included, the staff were great and happy to help. Thank you

Found the property well maintained. Next to the transit system. Nice roof top area for breakfast. Did not have it open in the evening which is a shame. Would have been nice to sit up there to have a cocktail to wind down after a long day sightseeing. There is way to many people trying to sell you things while sitting and having dinner at a sidewalk cafe. The city was way too congested which took away from our stay. Best time to come to Rome is December, January and February.

This might have been one of our best experiences ever. The hotel is no more than 100 meters from the train station, honestly could not be closer. The area is a bit chaotic and might seem a bit run down to a first time visitor but, remember this is Rome and even the new buildings are old. There are many, many great restaurants within 200 to 300 meters - wish I had time to try them all. Hop On / Hop Off bus is 300 meters away. All in all, a wonderful experience and we will be back !!!

We went to check in and I was told we needed to pay 30 Euros more as the reservation only showed up in the system as one person. I always book as two people. The rate was already $255 Canadian so I was not paying more. They conceded and we didn't have to pay anymore.

Checked into the room and there was minimal power available. There was a card system on the wall and the key card we had been given wasn't the right one. Took contacting the front desk three times to rectify the situation. The room temperature was 24.5 C and you couldn't adjust the temperature. You had to open the window.

Went to get a shower and there was no hot water, not even luke warm. Mentioned that when we checked out and we were told it was a maintenance issue and was the whole hotel. We had talked to a couple at breakfast who had been there a few days and they had no issues with hot water at all.

The room was clean and it was a great location. Breakfast was good.

Overall very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Basically we were told it is what it is. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience of no hot water.

The location for this hotel is excellent if you’re wanting to come to the termini station quickly and easily. It’s literally just across the street.
Unfortunately, the area is a little bit rough at night with a lot of sketchy people around, even at the very entrance to the hotel.
There is a strange smell in the hallways and in the room, we were guessing it’s some kind of cleaning product, but it was quite unpleasant. The breakfast buffet was just OK. The staff were pleasant and the room was good overall (although do not expect a nice view!)
Overall, it was a good choice for us as we wanted to be back-and-forth from termini quickly with our bags.

The best part of the this hotel was the rooftop breakfast. The selections were excellent, and the staff were friendly, and attentive, and keep the tables, and food all in order, and well stocked. Cappuccino from their coffee machine was excellent! The location was good for getting to the buses, and metro quickly. The air conditioning was good and kept the room at good temperature. But I would recommend staying further away from the main train terminal. The area was just too busy, and too loud even with the windows closed. It didn't always feel safe when stepping outside. The room had very large scuff marks on the walls, and could use a good deep clean. The room was not as large as pictured in their own photos. I would recommend spending a bit more and going at least 2-3 blocks from the main terminal in any direction. Or find another hotel near another metro stop. There were some restaurants nearby, but more further away. stayed April 2026.

Hotel is conveniently located, very close to Termni Station. Breakfast was okay, not much variety over the week we stayed there. On the downside, we came back from a day tour to find that the maid had left the door to our room wide open, held open by a wedge. The room had a refrigerator in it but it didn't work and when I reported it, no one showed up to look at it.

The location of this hotel is great. It is half a block from the main train station, Termini. The staff is attentive to any need you might have. The breakfast buffet is good. Air Conditioner work well. Now, the shortcomings. The shower is incredibly small and difficult to turn around in or bend over to pick up anything: about the size of a phone booth. There is no cabinet space to put out any tolietries

Located in a convenient location by the station. Breakfast was great. Room was clean, though the shower leaked (a lot). However, the AC did not work and it was around 25c in the room overnight. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they indicated that the AC is not switched on at the moment throughout the hotel. They insisted that the temperature would drop overnight but it seemed to get warmer! The only solution was to leave the windows open all night which, due to the location, meant a lot of noise.

The hotel has good sized rooms. The location is good with easy access to all of Rome (and the rest of Italy) by walking or public transport. The Termini area does attract less desirable people but we never had a problem and that has to be balanced against the convenience of the location (and it is well policed with plenty of people about). Rooms around the back had no problem with road noise. The breakfast was decent with a good range on offer and an outside terrace in warm weather along with a warm welcome from Paola and her colleagues. Rooms in reasonable condition and comfortable beds. Helpful team on reception. No food or drink options in hotel other than breakfast and vending machines/in room coffee and tea, but lots of nearby choice.

Very convenient location, great breakfast with patio access to enjoy a relaxed start to the day, otherwise a very good hotel. However, as a customer staying 5 nights, I suffered through next to no sleep the entire visit because the elderly neighbour in the room backing on to our hotel room on the 2nd floor is a resident in the adjoining building who blasted her TV from 8:30pm every night, all night and well into the following day. The staff were unable to do anything about it (and had clearly had complaints before). Effectively, if you're an all-night reveler and don't care about sleep, you won't mind. If however, you do wish to have rest and you are allocated room 218 at the end of the hall, I'd encourage you to request to be moved to another room whilst you can. This experience completely ruined what would've otherwise been a fantastic stay.

Hi there is totally no air conditioning and the room is hot and you know what when you open the window as there is restaurant around and all the greasy small will come in. Not to mention it’s so noisy there is no way to have a good night sleep. The room is dirty and the bathroom is mouldy. I cankor understand why it’s a 4 star hotel. Please do not book this hotel in anyway. I have taken pictures if there is anyway to post it

Fantastic hotel, really nice. Friendly staff, rooms were very clean and they kept on top of all the basics (changing towels, toiletries, etc).

Nice breakfast every morning, even a little gym which was awesome to use! Very near Termini station, which is super handy.

Room is very tired and the shower is leaking causing water everywhere. Hotel refused to change a room, it was still leaking next day after they claim it was fixed. This hotel is 3 star at best. Not only they’re kidding themselves by call ing them 4 star, it means I have pay more city tax (variable depends on star rating). On the plus side they provide free breakfast and the location is great.

I was blown away by this unassuming hotel. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who asked “Are you Sara?”. Of course I immediately felt welcome and he said oh it’s because you’re the last check in. It was so cute! The staff were friendly and made me feel important. I got a huge room and my requests were received and given. My bed was comfortable and also more quiet than I was expecting. The location was also perfect. If I were to come to Italy again this hotel would be my choice.

The pros: Staff were friendly, hotel room was acceptably clean and ideally located next to Termini with some great food options. Twenty minute walk to the coliseum, so I’d consider it a walkable location.
The cons: Room 505, thermostat would not go below 22 Celsius so it’s a sauna and the windows wouldn’t open. The shower leaked everywhere so I had to cover the floor with towels. The door had to be shut with the force of Thor to lock properly and only one plug worked. The fridge did not work. The breakfast I would consider poor, warm milk and yoghurts and stale pastries. The bed was reasonably comfortable and was two singles pushed together to make a double.

It’s a solid three star and is a place to lay your head but definitely no frills.

The hotel was only a two-minute walk from the main train/metro/bus station, which made it convenient for getting around in Rome.

The room was clean and breakfast buffet was good.

The staff were couteous and, whenever I had a problem, for example with the TV and the safe, they immediately sent someone to resolve the issue.

Located few minutes away from the main train, bus and metro station, Roma Termini. From the airport, take an express train, Leonardo Express €18/pp, to Roma Termini and exit through street level. Lot of businesses, restaurants, minimarts and people standing outside so beware of pickpockets. Check-in process was expedite and friendly by Lorenzo. He was friendly and helpful getting us oriented and provided great advices regarding transportation via metro. Surrounding the hotel are 2 very famous basilica: Saint Maria Major and Saint Maria Angels. Room size is very decent.. not a lot of storage spaces, bed & pillows are firm. Breakfast is very very standard with same daily men: scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, cereal, yogurt, melon and oranges…

Stay very far away from this “motel” because they were far from a hotel. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. Marco was rude, and spoke to us like he was doing us a favor with any answers he gave us. The room was small, dirty, and we felt extremely unsafe in the neighborhood. The description of the hotel and neighborhood is misleading. The shower didn’t work properly, the walls were dirty, there was hair everywhere, the toilet seat was yellow, and when I showed Marco a picture of the toilet seat, his answer, in a very nasty way, was “it’s old but clean. It’s all we have.” I asked for an iron, and they brought me a burnt iron with a disgusting iron board. The iron ruined my shirt. We went out for NYE and put a do not disturb sign on our door. When we got back that night, we noticed someone went in to our room. The iron and board were missing. I immediately called Expedia and asked that I be allowed to leave the hotel and I quickly made a reservation elsewhere. We left the next day. When I told Marco someone entered my room, he said impossible and wouldn’t believe us. I suggest the hotel check their cameras. The only nice thing about this place is Lorenzo, who was very sympathetic and nice to us. Thank you Lorenzo. This place doesn’t deserve you. NO NOT STAY HERE. There are so many more options in Rome for the same price and better value.

The first night I was not very happy with the room the carpet was a very stained and it needs an update but the second night was great! the room had tile floor throughout, very clean. The front desk was beyond nice in allowing us to check in early which was great as we were jetlagged. The breakfast was pretty standard but the same for the two nights we stayed. The location is fantastic as you are within walking distance to the Rome Termini which pretty much gives you access to everything you need. Overall, I would stay here again an would recommend the hotel.

The breakfast is horrible due to the food being undercooked and cold. The property staff was not welcoming at all. They came into my room 3 times without knocking to clean the room. This was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The area around the hotel is unsafe with a lot of homeless people either sleeping in the streets or begging. The shower does not have hot water. Don’t book this hotel at all trust me!

Great location right next to the main train station so everything is super accessible. Amazing staff, So so helpful.
