This hotel is not far from all there is to do in Rome. It’s about 2 blocks from the main train/metro station. The staff here is exceptional. They messaged well before the trip to be sure we had what we needed to make our stay memorable. They assisted with directions, advice, and a take-away snack when we missed breakfast for an early day at the Vatican. The staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We will recommend this to our friends.

The location is two blocks from the Termini and is perfect for taking public transportation and getting around Rome. We bought an unlimited week pass that was good for the bus, the subway and the tram (29 euro per person) and we got our money’s worth. Special shout out to Marco, who I thought was AI, for being so responsive to our questions before we even got to Rome!

This is a wonderful hotel in the very heart of Rome. We were given a fantastic welcome by Marco at the reception desk. He provided help with our luggage and clearly demonstrated all the facilities of the room.
With ample dining and shopping opportunities nearby this was well located for our stay. Just two blocks from Rome Termini station it was easy to access, even with our cumbersome luggage.

My husband, two adult children and I booked a 6 night stay here. We had a hard time finding it, because more than 6 hotels use the same entrance. It looks like each floor is a different hotel. I should’ve done a little more research of the surrounding area. The convenience of having the train station near by sold me. We had to walk only a few blocks to get the metro, which is how we got around the whole time we were there. Still, there was a lot of loitering around that area, it was really loud all day long until about 1 in the morning. It’s not a pretty place. The hotel receptionist was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. The a/c worked, which was a plus. We also opened the windows a couple of nights when it was cool enough to do so. You def get what you pay for here.

My family needed a 1 night stay in a hotel before we headed to the airport the next morning. The staff at the hotel was very communicative, sending messages days before arrival to make sure we had all of the information we needed. We were provided with a map to get from the train terminal to the hotel, explicit directions on how to get to the elevator. The man who checked us in helped us with our luggage and walked us through how to get in the building after hours, access the WiFi, and check out early. It was a 1 or 2 floor hotel located on the 3rd floor of a building shared with other companies. Things might have been a little outdated but it was more renovated than other hotels in our trip. The bed was certainly comfortable compared to other places we’d stayed. Over all this was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in, with excellent messaging communication prior. Close location to Termini is why we chose this hotel (3 block easy walk). Hotel is very clean and bathroom modest but also very clean. Very safe inside hotel. I would not stay for a longer visit to Rome due to small space and long, hilly walk to historic center, but for Termini/Leonardo Express access is excellent - there is not a hotel shuttle service. Pretty noisy at night with people in the street yelling (on a Sunday night) and people wandering around on our 4am walk to Termini. No wooden shutters on window, just curtain so room did not get completely dark. Many restaurants and shopping close by. Perfect location and price for our one quick night.

We arrived early and we only meant to store our luggages so we can start going around. But Paolo was awesome he gave us a room earlier than expected. The rest of the staff was awesome. The hotel is super close to the train station like no worries carrying your big luggage and there’s a lot of restaurants around the area.

This is a shabby looking hotel with 1940 elevator system. There is a very paltry breakfast even though the price per night I paid was over $200. This is ridiculously high. The hotel needs upgrades. The room was kinda ok they put together two bunk beds together to form a queen bed. The bathroom was extremely small. I would never choose this place again you feel you're back in the 1940s

THE PROPERTY I WOULD DESCRIBE AS A HOSTEL WITH A DOOR THAT LOCKS. THE SHOWER IS WAY TOO SMALL IF YOU ARE MORBIDLY OBESE OR 6FT TALL. THE PICTURE INDICATES IT IS ITS OWN BUILDING BUT IT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR . NOT A BIG DEAL BUT CONFUSING AS TO WHERE YOU GO WHEN YOU GET THERE.
