Good start to my trip.

Very convenient for the train from the airport. The concierge accommodated my early arrival and everything was of good quality in the room. The various noises at night were loud, but to be expected in such a location.
Ear plugs were provided.

In general, it is an ok budjet friendly hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights so it did not allowed us to have the room cleaned. That also means that we had to keep the same towel and sheets which was not convient. When we arrived the room was clean but we saw some part of the room not perfectly clean like a bit of dust on the sheets or dirt on the bathroom door handle. Also, in our unit, the shower head was somewhat broken, the water would go in different directions and the position of the glass door was odd, the water could easily go on the floor if you were not carefull. The bed was not confortable at all, when you sit, you would touch the base… my back hurted in the morning. But the hotel was very safe, there’s multiples doors with codes. It is located in a shady streets but us 2 young women never had a problem. The main issue is that they didnt put lights in front of the building so at night you have to be carefull to not miss it. It is also very noisy because of the tram train outside but if you don’t open the window it is fine. We didnt have any problem sleeping because of the noise. Finally, the staff was also very friendly but they are only there from 9am to 4 pm.

It was a okay stay.

The location is close to the main train station, however, there's a tram way right outside your window and it is loud with a window open.
The room was big enough for 3 adults, clean, but has some weird order from the air vent.
The property had problem with WIFI and it didn't work for two nights we were there and it sure was frustrating.

It was near the main train station walking distance. Although a little hard to find from the directions given by the hotel. Maybe if those can get re looked. Walked everywhere from hotel since it was close. Room smelled good and you felt secured in the neighborhood. Staff is very helpful. I would go back for sure!

Modern room with a classic Italian touch.

The place is a little tricky to find the first time unless you really study the information they give you in your confirmation email. I only recognized it from the Google Maps street view I looked at before arriving. The location is great in terms of transportation with the Roma Termini station literally right down the road. Very crowded station but allows for easy access throughout the whole city. There was a nice restaurant down the street we ate at that had great pizza and an ice cream place not much further. The room itself was nice and clean with a nice modern bathroom. The only real complaint I would make is the comfort of our beds. Probably one of the most uncomfortable twin beds I have even slept on, even the ones from college.

Good location but that's about it

Manin Suites felt more like up market hostel than a proper hotel. All in all, the location was close to Termini station and about 10 min walk to the Colosseum. The cons of this hotel was it was noisy due to tram lines outside the window and that the hot water didn't work in our room.

It was good though we had a hard time looking for it. The neighborhood is crowded but when you get inside the room it was fine. The only problem nobody assists you round the clock especially when you have to check out at wee hours like what happened to us. I left my trench coat and i cant return to my room to get it coz the door is locked already as i left the the key thinking i had all my things with me!

Newly renovated, value for money

We were a bit dubious upon approaching the entry but so surprised when we saw our room. It was a little on the small side but had been completely renovated only a week before our stay so everything was brand new. The bed was extremely comfortable and the suite was suitable for our 4 day stay. The lift is tiny but it works. It is very convenient to Rome Termini Station and within walking distance of some of the major sights. There are plenty of good restaurants right at the doorstep and the tour buses stop one block away. Good value for money.

The people were very nice and answered questions we had about Rome. The room was a really good size and in a really good location! Only a 2 minute walk to Termini Station. The big bus was also a 2 minute walk in the opposite direction. Heaps of restaurants around the area. Overall the accommodation was great! And I definitely would stay here again.

A lovely gem in heart of Rome

The front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful. The room, bed, and bathroom were all large, clean, and very comfortable. I very much enjoyed staying here and would do so again. Because it is in a busy part of town near the train station there is definitely some street noise but that is to be expected. The location is excellent in regards to proximity to transportation and attractions.

Little bit disappointed...

I have told the front desk I don't want room service and no disturbing, but we found some repairs tools in our room after all and the front desk admitted they have brought some repairing guys into my room. I was very angry about that they ignored my request, and they should let me know beforehands.

Great place to stay but entrance a bit dingy.

The room was cleaned everyday and was comfortable. Street noise was always present because of the trams that passsed throgh the street quite regularly. The room was very secure and never had any concerns about breakins ect. The entry way through the door was somewhat gloomy and run down. The cage lift could have had some notice to tell clients about how they could operate it and which floors the rooms were housed in. Lift a bit narrow and it was a squeeze to fit 2 persons and 2 suitcases in. The staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in reception (very secure) while we did more exploring before our evening departure. The thing I missed was a soap holder in the bath. Overall, a great and convenient place to stay if you are visiting Rome as a tourist and need a clean, comfortable and secure place to stay the night. Its close proximity to the Termini Station and the local tour company was an added bonus. I honestly would stay there again if I came back to Rome.

Fantastic find!

we stayed here for one night as we ended up staying one more night and the apt we rented was booked for the extra day. The price was amazing and the location is great , especially when you can walk to the Termini Station so quickly. The rooms have high ceilings and are very good size. We had plenty of room and it had a nice modern fell inside an old building. It had a small fridge, ac, nice, new shower and free Wi-Fi. The terrace is great and we will stay here the next time we head to Rome.

Home close to Termini

We arrived to this hotel one night after eight and the staff was waiting for us as offered. Once we got to our room we found a small but very clean room with pretty new furniture, a comfortable bead and a small bathroom. Its location is great, very close to the Termini Train Station and on a street with several tratorias. Despite such centric location the room is not noisy. Se we enjoyed very much our stay because the room had everything we could need for spending the night, it was very clean and we could rest very well after walking for hours.

A localização não é das melhores, só é boa pra quem pretende ficar próximo a estação termini, de resto é longe de todos os pontos turístico pra ir andando. O bairro é esquisito e perigoso a noite. A limpeza é boa, o quarto é reformado e banheiro bom. Na rua do hotel passa um bondinho que faz barulho o dia e noite inteiro. Achei de uma forma geral uma estadia mediana.

Rigtig fint værelse, meget tæt på Termini stationen. Der var lagt ørepropper til larmen fra sporvognen, men på vores værelse (orange) hørte vi intet til den. Der er dog meget lydt ud mod gangen, hvor man kan høre andre gæster. Tre dage uden rengøring eller skift af håndklæder er måske lige lidt for længe. Alt i alt et fint sted, som vi vil benytte igen hvis vi skal til Rom.

Reservamos este hotel con la ilusión de tener un lugar limpio para descansar teniendo en cuenta que no es un hotel 5 estrellas. Sin embargo la realidad fue otra. Llegar cansado de un día de caminar a las 10pm para que nos dejen sin luz ni agua en toda la noche. Solucionaron al otro día pero porque le dijimos a una persona de la limpieza pero sinceramente no lo recomendamos para nada. Aparte de dejarnos sin servicios, no tuvimos WiFi tampoco y uno necesitandolo. Teníamos que hacer un check in urgente y nos toco salir a las 5:30 am hasta el terminal para poder hacerlo. Adicionalmente nunca hicieron limpieza en la habitación ni cambiaron toallas. La habitación tenía un olor horrible y las sábanas de una cama sucias. Tiene una buena ubicación al terminal de transporte pero todo esto hace que no lo recomendemos para nada.

受付の場所は少しわかりづらいですが、一つ上がった階にありました。スタッフは親切で、部屋も清潔でした。
近くに食事できる場所も多いので、ホテルでは寝るだけという場合にとても良いかと思います。
夜でもトラムの音がするので、気になる方は対策があると良いかもです。

Overall good, very noisy from outside the room but you got a pair of earplugs for that reason. (Heavy sleeper so didn’t need to use them)
Quite hard beds, even for me who’s quite heavy and prefer a hard bed and had trouble sleeping for that reason.

Wifi was working good, nice with a TV and a small fridge in the room.
Very close to Termini and easy to find.

Primeiro que não é um hotel, a rua é mal frequentada, o quarto é amplo, mas sem conforto algum. Estávamos em um inverno severo, muito frio e a água não estava quente o suficiente. Se tiverem oportunidade de escolher outro lugar não pensem duas vezes.

처음 숙소 찾을때 구글맵 키고 갔는데 도착했다고 뜨는데 간판이 없어서 찾기 힘들었어요 manin 어쩌고 써있는 건물로 들어가면 되고 체크인할때나 시설 이용할때 크게 불편한 점은 없었으나 숙소 바로 앞에 트램이 지나가서 소음은 좀 있습니다

Stanze pulite e ordinate. Ci tornei.

Ho scelto questa struttura per la possibilità di pagare in loco. Ho trovato un posto pulito e ordinato. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi. Mi sono trovata bene, lo consiglio a chi vuole passare qualche giorno a Roma e ha bisogno di un posto dove dormire.

Rent trevligt hotell nära till allt

Bra och billigt hotell som ligger centralt nära alla sevärdigheter. Hotellet ligger ungefär 5 min från termini där flygbussen släpper av dig massor av resturanger på samma gata. De enda är dålig wi-fi anslutning på hotellet men annars allt är perfekt. Gratis te och kaffe under vistelsen och till gång till Mikro. Skulle besöka det igen.

La stanza era piccolissima, con una mini-finestra su cortile interno (dato che avevo chiesto una stanza silenziosa). La testata del letto era consumata e la finta pelle si sbriciolava sui cuscini! Il bagno non aveva il bidet, ma solo la doccetta accanto al water.... inammissibile in Italia. Non viene offerto nulla, neanche una bottiglia d'acqua e la cosa che abbiamo sofferto di più è stata la mancanza di una macchinetta del caffè.La struttura si trova in posizione comoda rispetto alla stazione Termini, ma troppo vicino alla stazione e quindi in una zona non ben frequentata. Dall'altra parte però si è a due passi da Rione Monti, un bel quartiere!

Gutes Hotel in idealler Lage

Das Manin Hotel ist vom Termini aus innerhalb von nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Jedoch lohnt es sich vorher einen Blick auf GoogleMaps zu legen, da es etwas schwer zu erkennen ist.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilft zu jeder Zeit. Die Gegend ist sicher und bietet ein paar Restaurants, Kiosks und Supermärkte an. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert (Heizung im Winter, wichtig!) und gut ausgestattet (kleiner TV mit ital. Sendern, Fön). Die Betten sind gut und die Fenster lassen den Straßenlärm von draußen überhaupt nicht durch.
Vom Hotel aus sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten perfekt zu Fuß zu erreichen (Trevi, Spanische Treppe, Pantheon, Colloseum etc) bzw. schnell via Bahn zu erschließen (zb. Vatikan).
Insgesamt ist es kein 5* Hotel, erfüllt seinen Zweck aber vollkommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

方便整潔的酒店

地點方便，從火車站出來走5分鐘左右，拖着行李也沒差，只需要過一兩條馬路然後直走就是，酒店有電梯上落。房間不錯，兩個人入住剛好，行李箱也有足夠位置擺放。房間裏面有免費wifi，速度也可接受。唯一奇怪的是，入住時服務員告訴我們不會每天進行清潔房間服務，但是我們每一個晚上回到酒店都發現房間被清潔過。地點方便，附近有各式各樣的餐廳和售賣紀念品的店舖，步行到羅馬競技場只需大約15分鐘左右。

Fint og sentralt hotell. Kort vei fra togstasjonen, og lett å ta seg inn til sentrum og rundt med buss og trikk.
Rommet var fint og stilfullt. Sengene var litt harde, og på toalettet var det fuktigt og mugg på veggene. Dette trakk mye ned hotellrommet.

自宅に帰る感覚がするホテル

ホテルではなく、自分の家に帰る感覚が味わえる。　３階に宿泊者が自由使える屋外テラスがあり、大きな声を出さなければ、簡単なパーティーもＯＫ。
テルミニ駅の近くで、食事処も多いし、持ち帰ってテラスで食事なんてことも最高に良い。
ただし、日本人にはなじめないところも多少ある。　シャワーの出が悪いし、お湯になるまで少し時間がかかる。　トイレに入ると換気扇が回りだすのは良いのだが止め方がわからず、寝るにはトイレ側のベッドだと多少うるさい。英語が多少ができればよいが、日本語は全く通じない。　初めに困るのは、ホテルの位置がわかりずらい。　でもそれらがクリアーできれば素敵ですよ。　２度目があればまた宿泊したいホテルです。
