Good location, good food available at all times. Good rooms and clean bathrooms. Good big balcony space as well.

The only issue was the staff was slow to respond due to overwork. Staff were polite and friendly. They changed our room to another because we weren't happy. The booking of the A La Carte restaurants was the only bit that was dissapointing as there is a limited booking time (10-12) and we were unable to fit any bookings due to it being fully booked.

The resort is east facing, so one can expect to catch sunshine until late afternoon. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools (1 indoor) with good number of sunbeds. With close proximity to the beach, I think there is enough space to cater to large audience during high season. Outdoor cleaning staff does a pretty good job in picking up any litter and keeping the surface constantly clean and tidy.
Food and Restaurants - Food in the main restaurant is pretty good with a wide selection of hot/cold food and salads. One can find a large selection of pastries and breads during breakfast. Similarly, there is a large selection of yougurt based salads during dinner. In the afternoon, as food is served in multiple locations i.e. main and the tapas bar, one might find that the number of items in the main restaurant is considerably less. Food served in tapas bar is pretty much like pub food. Also, in the evening there are some snacks viz. waffles etc. served in the tapas bar. During peak times, i.e. 9am or 7pm, the main restaurant can get very busy so best try and avoid those times. We found that the selection of fresh fruits is pretty limited especially during lunch and dinner. Also, I would like to give a shout out to cleaning staff who do an amazing job in picking up litter on the floor very quickly and also for clearing dishes from tables.
There are 3 ala carte restaurants viz. Olive tree, Turkish and Chinese Garden, we did not dine in any of them due to lack of vegetarian options

Good value

Good off season all inclusive rate. Nice modern clean room. Beautiful view from the sky bar. Very good food.

I should not complain much for the price I paied, but there were a few issues. Terrible wifi reception in room. The receptionists were not so friendly nor efficient. A male receptionist never smiled. A female receptionist promised to send someone to fix the wifi issue but no one came. A lot of family with loud kids so I don't recommend for couples.

hotel supervisor and receiptionist(name: Alper) for our friends were staying at another hotel to meet us at the hotel demanded 50 TL per person. It was a shamelessly manner.

Staff were amazing. Best we've ever had.
Hotel had many relaxing areas & comfortable beds. Food could have been better, choice a bit limited but plenty of it.

something went wrong when I booked this hotel through expedia for 4 nights, when I came to chech in , the reception employees told me that I don't have reservation , I called expedia , but the hotel managment told that the hotel is fully booked, unfortunately they gave us 1 night only to stay in this hotel

Beautifully located near sea with great views

This supposedly 5 star hotel had good facilities with great location but falls very short of a five star experience. Customer service is appalling with a 'take it or leave it' approach. The restaurant offer a range of choice but the menu is on the cheap end akin to a 3 star - eg chicken, turkey, pork in stews. The dining area is cream coloured so after only a few months is grubby. The table cloths and cutlery often stained or dirty. Reception staff are inconsistent in their behaviour with a few helpful and cheery but many surly and unhelpful. On several occasions we had to chase cleaners to change towels etc which is a standard daily offer. The bar facilities are lovely but completely inadequate for the size of the hotel and volume of guests . Our recent stay demonstrated this hotel had been significantly overbooked with a number of people (including us) not having the rooms we had booked several months ago. As a result two adult males in our party had to share a double bed!! No attempts made by reservation team or reception staff to change this or keep it reviewed. They had to be chased up daily and because they had mismanaged reservations there was no flexibility to move during our stay. The reservation manager gave orders from the back office never appearing but I'm sure will write a lovely bland response to reviews! There are some fabulous truly 5 star hotels in that area. Don't waste your money on this one. It is an overpromoted hotel offering a very average stay

We visited this hotel post 3 months of it being newly opened. The hotel was not 5 star quality with poor finish of many areas. The hotel staff were new and untrained. The hotel beach is rocky and it feels very cramped.

Nice 4 star Hotel - I recommend it

We stayed here for 8 days in mid-June 2015 and despite all the bad reviews I read before we enjoyed it a lot. First of all kudos to all Orka Sentido staff who are working tirelessly day and night to please the hotel guests. I hope the management appreciate their hard work and compensate them well. There are few thing worth mentioning.
- The amount of food waste was staggering. I was shocked to see how people pour food into their plate at least 3 to 4 times more than their stomach capacity. Come on people, show some respect and be civilized. There are ashtray everywhere and still smokers put out their cigarette on the floor, in the stairways, in the beach,... very disgusting and disappointing for lack of respect to the environment. The hotel management seem to be lagging. There were some nightly shows and daily activities cancelled, without any notice which was annoying. Okan at the lobby bar is great. Make sure you don't miss the Friday night live music by \"4 example\" band also Turkish traditional dance. As far as location Block 1 sea view rooms are the best. It is far from the noise. If you are ordering photos or buying bags at the hotel store make sure you bargain the price. They will go even up to 50% off their original price. Same thing for spa services. There are some hens with their babies in the garden area near aqua park. Please feed them with oats from breakfast. They like it a lot. The rooms are good size and beds are comfortable.

Fantastic

The hotel is absolutely stunning, the way its build around and surrounded by pine trees is breath taking. Whole hotel area is kept clean at all times. The scenery all around is stunning, with crystal clear water and mountainous background, just few steps away from you room. Staff is absolutely brilliant, extremely helpful and very friendly, they made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. Food is delicious, with such wide variety, there's something for everyone. Overall the hotel offers you everything that you need, I would highly recommend it, to everyone who is looking to have a luxurious and relaxing holiday.

Nice hotel but not established yet

There is a chaos , staff is trying to be helpful but nobody can help ! It seems like they don't know the facility much , they don't seem to be empowered to service and accommodate customers , 4 people took our phone number to get back to us to answer and we never heard back !! My aunt had to have a wheelchair due to her problems with walking , first wheelchair was broken then they replaced it ,The room access for her was not possible with the wheelchair , extra steps to the room ! I must add that Our last night , Metin from the restaurant services went out of his way to help us ! I am sure it will be established in a year or so , till then I would probably go somewhere else !!

New hotel with far too many teething troubles. Had to wait 45 minutes after check-in to be taken to our room as no buggy/bellboy available?! Given a map of the hotel in Russian. No welcome pack in room to advise how to use phone/air on etc..
No power to the sockets in our room on the 1st day and later on unable to lock the door to go out, had to traipse up three floors to reception every time we had an problem.
Over the next couple of days we had several other issues, no housekeeping for two days, when we did get our room cleaned we were left without bath towels one day, no shower mat another and another day the maids left the balcony door wide open!
Customer service was awful, communicating with staff was a nightmare as most spoke little English, but the worst thing was when they finally did understand the staff either shrugged and said it will be done at some point or promised to rectify straight away but then leave you hanging around for hours.
We stayed for a week and had Wi-Fi for about a day and a half.
If you are after a 5 star experience, stay elsewhere, the food is great and our view from the room was amazing, the hotel is well situated close to Icmeler but customer relations and service were a disgrace bar a handful of nice bar/waiting staff.

Leider hatten wir wiederholt immer wieder starken Geruch aus dem Kanal, dieser konnte bis zu Abreise nicht beseitigt werden. Wir mußten auch an der Rezeption mehrfach für dessen Beseitigung urgieren

Ramazam bayramı 1.gününde 1 gece kaldım. Bayrama hazırlıksız yakalanmış bir otel. Otel %100 dolu ve personel sayisi yetersiz. Yetersiz oldugu kadar hicbir bilgi verilmemis. Ornegin bardaki arkadasa birsey sordugunuzda verdigi cevap :\"bilmiyorum ben baslayali 3 gun oldu kimse bize bilgi vermedi ve beni buraya koydular gelene gidene icecek vereceksin dediler, siz oteli benden daha iyi gezmissinizdir\" . Ayrica 3 kez istenen nevresim 4 saatte gelmez, en sonunda resepsiyon telefonlara bile bakmaz olmustur. Odadan cikilir resepsiyona gidilir ukala tavirla on buro elemanlari sizi cevaplar. Daha sonra odaya gelen arkadas 3 saattir housekeeping departmanindan yetersizlikten dolayi restaurana kaydirildigini soyler ve kendi departmaninda kimse kalmadigini itiraf eder. Ayrica ultra hersey dahil diye gecen format sadece lobbydeki barda ve 2 tane dusuk kaliteli ithal viskiden ibaret. Oteldeki diger barlarda bira viski disinda alkollu icki bulamiyorsunuz. En sonunda otelden sikayet icin istedigim turizm bakanligi sikayet defteri 1 gun boyunca bana ulastirilmayip gizlendi. Hatta bu sektorde calisan oteldeki bir cok arkadas bile bu defterin varligindan bir haber. Sonucta sikayetlerimi oraya yazamadim defteri vermedikleri icin. Bunun gib epey bir sorun yasadim 1 gun icinde bu otelde. Butun bayram tatilini burada gecireceklere bol sabir diliyorum. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Beklentilerimi çok fazlasıyla karşıladı.Odalar çok düzenli zamanlarda temizlendi.Bütün personel çok iyi ve deneyimli.
Günün her saatinde farklı mekanlarda zaman geçirdik.Yemek saati beklemedik çünkü sürekli ikramlar vardı.Otelin animasyon ekibi ile çok eğlendik.Çocuk kulübünde çok güzel vakit geçirdik.Kızımın kendi elleri ile hazırladığı pizza ve kurabiyeleri birlikte yemenin mutluğunu yaşadık.Deniz hiçbir yerde bulamayacağınız kadar temiz ve güzel.
Çok güzel ve huzurlu hiç bitmese dediğimiz bir tatil geçirdik.

Я была в этом отеле в июле 10 дней. Расскажу по подробнее. Отель новый и очень красивый. Номера новые, красивые и самое главное чистые. Что касается персонала, начиная с ресепшена особенное огромное спасибо Mr Dogan и его команде и заканчивая персоналом по обслуживанию все очень приветливые и проффесиональные. Если видят что вы в замешательстве, сами подходят предлагают свою помощь. Отличная еда, отличный берег.

Struttura piuttosto estesa, senza carattere

Arrivo con sorpresa non prendono la carta americani express. Stanza in pessime condizioni di pulizia con bruciature sulle tende e doccia nemmeno toccata dagli inservienti. Wi fi scadente, spesso senza accesso. Polli e galline che giravano libere per i giardini. Personale assilante per cercare di venderti qualcosa. Di contro le strutture per i piccoli erano gradevoli e la spiaggia carina. Il servizio all inclusive da accesso ad un ristorante, con menù limitato ai gusti locali, e a quasi tutti i bar. Il periodo in cui sono stato l'albergo era piuttosto pieno e il via vai continuo.
In definitiva sconsigliato sopratutto per il pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Zu viele Leute und zu wenig Personal.
Personal ist zwar bemüht aber nicht gut eingeschult und überfordert. An allen Ecken fehlt es an Personal.
Raucherbereich des Personals sollte auf keinen Fall am Gang sein.
Essen war okay. Auf Russen abgestimmt. Leider viel zu wenig Platz.
Gäste sind hauptsächlich Briten und Russen.

I stayed four nights with my son (11 years old

This is not yet a five star hotel but a 4 star.

+ The drive you to the room with the luggage
+ I got the room a little earlier than 14.00
+ It is very clean and no carpet in the room.
+ The room was spacious
+ Food is OK but not very tasty
+ There is a swimming pool with water sloopes and slides
+ Close to the beach
+ Security Guards outside the hotel
+ Really nice with the pines integrated in the building (just question mark how they got allowance to build this hotel on this spot which is \"protected\" according to locals.

- Half of the staff can not speak english
- The lunch and dinner is stressful and noisy.
- Smoking is aloud everywhere outside and with so many people you can never escape the smell and getting the smoke in your face
- Sometimes when you arrive by taxi you have to walk from the main road down to the lobby with luggage and everything.A security guard who decides.
- The concept restaurants are simple and boring.
- The swimming pools are too small. No showers by the pool.
- Hard to find the way. No signs directing you.
- The beverages served are pretty simple and often only local.
- Everything else is costing extra
- Strange opening hours for different restaurants and events like ping-pong (closes at 21.00)

A recommendation is to get all information you can about \"when and where\" otherwise you will be lost.

If you get a nice price I really recommend this hotel.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Fehlern

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, jedoch auf sehr engem Raum, an den Hang gebaut, wenig Sonne da viele Pinienbäume. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Im Speisesaal ist es sehr lärmig und wir waren froh, wenn wir diesen wieder verlassen konnten. Das Personal war manchmal mit den vielen Leuten überfordert.
Schade, dass es eine so grosse Anlage ist - uns war es zu unpersönlich.
Bei den Zimmern unbedingt ein superior Zimmer mit Meersicht wählen, sonst ist man irgenwio in einem Häuserblock in den hinteren Reihen untergebracht.
Die Dachlounge, sowie die Lobbybar sind sehr schön.
Schade, dass man die Spezialitäten-Restaurant nur 1 x besuchen kann, wäre ideal, wenn man mal ein \"ruhiges\" Nachtessen geniessen möchte.
In den öffentlichen Räumen gibt es viele weisse Polstermöbel (Dachlounge, Bar), welche nach nur einem Monat (das Hotel wurde erst anfangs Mai eröffnet) total schmutzig waren - schade, denn es würde super aussehen.
