The service is very good. People are ready to help anytime. But the building is falling a part. And the towels... you can get call it rags. Food is great, security is also great. I hope they can bring back up on the high end. Ive been there one year ago and what a difference!
Ben
Staff members are extremely nice and always willing to help.
Ben
Excellent hotel with a shopping mall nearby plus 5 minutes from downtown.

Disappointed
The hotel is really old and smells like mold. The towels and bed linen were see through thin, very old. The sheets were smaller than the bed and of really poor quality. When we arrived there was no towels.
Maria Gabriela
Great property with very helpful staff.
Lorenzo
OK for a short business trip.

everything was above expectations, they even had a place where I could spend time with the kids having fun games. Only thing is the towels were smelling bad, even the fresh ones.

Overnight
It was a short overnight stay and I could not comment on more them a comfortable bed and a good shower.

In general all good, not a luxury hotel, but a great option to stay for a short vacation.

A unica ressalva é o estacionamento.

Melhorar:

O hotel é bom, a equipe é atenciosa e gentil, a localização é ótima.
Voltaria, com certeza, a me hospedar neste hotel.

Super me atendeu.

Ótimo!
Fabio
Os quartos são antigos. Precisam de uma reforma urgente. Até são confortáveis, mas velhos. O ar condicionado é antigo demais. Muitas vezes barulhento. O hotel apresenta coisas boas e ruins. Porém, não voltaria a me hospedar.
