O melhor serviço pet que já tive contato, sem detrimento do demais aspectos. O atendimento foi excelente do início ao fim, o quarto estava limpo e o café da manhã é muito bem feito, mas acima de tudo os cuidados com o pet foram inegáveis. Esse hotel entrega um kit pet na recepção, que inclui um tapete higiênico e um pacotinho com petisco, ainda emprestando uma caminha e um pote para comida e água do animal. Uma excelente opção de hotel em geral.

Razoável. O controle da TV estava com pilhas oxidadas e tive que pedir novas pilhas para que a TV funcionasse. A noite estava fria e o quarto não tinha cobertores, sendo necessário solicitar à recepção. O banheiro não tem box de vidro e as cortinas não vedam o suficiente, molhando todo o banheiro após o banho.

A TV é muito pequena e com resolução horrível não entrava em streaming e não tinhha todas as espn, tive que ver o jogo do meu time pelo notebook. café da manhã também é bom, mas nada de especial. Pelo preço alto para uma cidade bem pequena eu acho que deveria ter algum diferencial (como por exemplo algo a mais no café e a tv boa), o hotel é simplesmente o \"básico bem feito\", academia \"só pra dizer que tem\" e piscina não tem. Repito, achei o hotel bem bom, mas não corresponde ao preço e localização.

Preços abusivos nas bebidas na recepção.

Ótimo hotel, com relação ao atendimento, cafe da manhã, apartamento.

Só não merece nota mais alta pela falta de respeito com os valores de bebidas.

Não tem nenhum restaurante, bar ou conveniência por perto.
Dai o hóspede necessita usar as bebidas disponíveis na recepção.

Haver um sobre preço justo, concordo. Mas cobrarem uma latinha 300 ml de cerveja comum (nem é artesanal) o valor de 17 reais, mostra uma falta dec respeito.

Ótimo hotel, o atendimento é excelente.

Um funcionário, Jonas, deixou eu utilizar as dependências do hotel antes de fazer o check- In, precisava fazer uma reunião de trabalho, ele me disponibilizou uma mesa e internet.

O hotel é moderno e confortável, é a segunda vez que me hospedo lá. Voltarei mais vezes se necessário.

Péssima experiência noturna

Após uma longa viagem e um merecido descanso o exaustor do banheiro começou a disparar na madrugada a cada 10 minutos. Um barulho estarrecedor. Liguei na portaria e o problema foi rapidamente resolvido. Se foi , é porque sugere ser um problema já conhecido .
Infelizmente não consegui descansar, tendo uma péssima experiência.

Tudo novinho e limpo. Cama de casal grande e confortável (talvez king). Janelas com blackout muito bom. Chuveiro com ducha forte e quentinha. Shampoo e sabonetes disponíveis. Dormimos muito bem e o café da manhã tinha uma variedade grande de alimentos: ovos mexidos com salsicha, pães variados, frios, torta de frango, iogurtes, frutas, cereais, granola, café, achocolatado, sucos, tudo a vontade. Os funcionários são muito educados. Voltaremos com certeza.

Bom, mas precisa melhorar alguns aspectos

Hotel limpo, organizado, aconchegante e bem localizado. Staff atencioso e educado. Café da manhã simples, porém tem tudo q se precisa. Ar condicionado não dá conta em duas muito quentes. Só começou a refrescar mesmo de madrugada. A geladeira não gela, apenas mantém a temperatura do que for colocado lá. Foi isso a recepcionista me disse quando vi que não gelava. Então se precisar comprar algo, já compre gelado de preferência fora do hotel, pois no hotel, paguei 16 reais em duas águas de 300 ml. Surreal pq nem se trata de um lugar ultra sofisticado, muito menos de uma cidade turística.

Na chegada, 10 pessoas para atender e apenas um atendente que brincava o tempo todo. Quando chega o outro atendente, o primeiro vai explicar como trabalha para o segundo e as pessoas esperando. Quanto ao hotel só fui para dormir, mas vou pensar duas vezes para voltar.

O Hotel é bom e moderno. Quando cheguei no quarto o secador estava queimado e não funcionava. Precisei aguardar um tempo para que solucionassem o problema. Café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza ótima no quarto.

Pessimo ... 30 minutos para fazer un check in. Fomos tomar café da manhã e ribha acabado a conida. Uma fila fe gente reclamando. E agora na segunda chance que demos ao hotel ficamos hospedados 3 dias e ninguém apareceu para linpar o quarto. No terceiro dia apos reclamação fomos infornados qye somente a camareira das 14 h poderia limpar porque quando saimos as 9h da manhã não avisamos a recepção.
