Good breakfast and nice pool. The hotel is very outdated. Our first room had a strong moldy smell and when I pulled back the curtains, they were covered in mold. The hotel was good about quickly providing us with another room though. However the shower in the new room was also moldy (or maybe dirty?).

Great for business travel.
This is by far the best hotel in the city for US business travelers. It is very convenient to reach and it is very close to the shopping malls and restaurants in town. The hotel itself is very safe but can be noisy next to the freeway at times. The restaurant is very good and the pool patio area is a great place to relax.

Old hotel but well kept up as much as possible must have constant remodeling and is acceptable. Things I did not like and probably major to fix is the drainage of the shower, toilet and sink. Water took for ever to drain at least in my room it did. The other is the poor cable or satellite service they have, if I would change channel and I was watching CNN if I wanted to go back to CNN it was impossible. Real bad WiFi service as well very intermittent

The hotel has good facilities! It is not a fancy and luxurious hotel but has everything that is necessary for a good staying. The best of all about this hotel is the staff! Very friendly and well educated! The breakfast is good however, compared with others places that I visited before needs more quality! The items are nothing out of the ordinary considering that the food in Brazil is awesome! The room is regular in terms of space, clean and looks modern! The towels needs to be changed! It seemed a lit bit old for me! Despite the explanation that the front desk staff gave me, there was a remodelation happening in the hotel by the time that I was staying. The website didn’t show anything about that what was a surprise for me! Very noisy in the morning! I had difficulty staying in the room!

I had 20 hours in Sao Jose dos Campos, so the hotel was perfectly located, close to the toll road from Sao Paulo. 24 hour check-in accommodated my late (3am) check-id due to flight delays from the US. Room was clean, well appointed. All I would say that was missing from the room was an iron.

Hotel maravilhoso e limpo. Atendimento da recepção incrível, dos melhores que já fui. Gosto muito do hotel e já me hospedei várias vezes. Recomendo. O único problema é que agora o estacionamento é pago (antes não era) e não é cobrado por noite e sim por 24 horas. Se passar 1 hora, já cobram outra diária. Acho que o estacionamento deveria estar incluído na diária, com antes, aí tudo ficaria perfeito.

Gostei das instalações, boa organização e aparentemente tudo muito limpo. Quarto espaçoso, tudo novo e conservado e serviço de limpeza e arrumação muito bons. Funcionários muito educados e bem treinados.
As ressalvas são para o café da manhã oferecido e falta de observação da condição geral do hospede. No final de semana que estava cheio faltaram muitos itens e alguns ficaram até fora da refrigeração por esquecimento de algum funcionário.
Eu estava sozinho e também ficavam toda hora retirando o que eu ainda estava comendo da mesa também.
No dia seguinte quando a maior parte dos hospedes foi embora achei estranho que estavam fazendo a manutenção da refrigeração durante a hora do café, achei pouco higienico e também atrapalhou o acesso aos itens do café. E o funcionário que faz omeletes também estava ausente e nem tinha uma campainha para chama-lo a não ser ir procurando e pedindo para outros funcionários.
Embora não obrigatório, eu também esperava algo a mais, porque fui passar o meu aniversário no hotel e não teve nem um cartão desejando os parabéns. Até avisei na recepção que seria meu aniversário mas não teve nada de mais.
Mas como disse, não obrigatório. Apenas seria um agrado que deixaria a experiencia melhor. Considero que os problemas do café sim são problemas.
As ressalvas são para o café da manhã oferecido e falta de observação da condição geral do hospede. No final de semana que estava cheio faltaram muitos itens e alguns ficaram até fora da refrigeração por esquecimento de algum funcionário.
Eu estava sozinho e também ficavam toda hora retirando o que eu ainda estava comendo da mesa também.
No dia seguinte quando a maior parte dos hospedes foi embora achei estranho que estavam fazendo a manutenção da refrigeração durante a hora do café, achei pouco higienico e também atrapalhou o acesso aos itens do café. E o funcionário que faz omeletes também estava ausente e nem tinha uma campainha para chama-lo a não ser ir procurando e pedindo para outros funcionários.
Embora não obrigatório, eu também esperava algo a mais, porque fui passar o meu aniversário no hotel e não teve nem um cartão desejando os parabéns. Até avisei na recepção que seria meu aniversário mas não teve nada de mais.
Mas como disse, não obrigatório. Apenas seria um agrado que deixaria a experiencia melhor. Considero que os problemas do café sim são problemas.

hotel muito bem organizado, desde o check-in, até o check-out. quarto bem limpo, camas e travesseiros confortáveis. o café da manhã estava delicioso e a academia está muito bem equipada. com certeza um dos melhores da cidade. a única coisa que sentimos falta foi da piscina ser aquecida, fica aí como sugestão :)
