Hotel and staff are great , highly recommend, will be back next time.
Sergio
Best in Sao Jose dos Campos
Very nice and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. Relaxing external pool. Excellent location.
Isabelle
Good breakfast and nice pool. The hotel is very outdated. Our first room had a strong moldy smell and when I pulled back the curtains, they were covered in mold. The hotel was good about quickly providing us with another room though. However the shower in the new room was also moldy (or maybe dirty?).
Marcelo
Fonda

Alejandro
The property was below expectations for a Novotel
Marcio
I think that the room need some renovation and updating.
Fernando
Conveniently located one block from the highway. But there is nothing to do in the neighborhood, no restaurants or shops. It was difficult to find the parking lot. There was no clear sign.
Sergio
The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is really good!
Alvino Cesario
Outstanding staff and food.

Terrible hotel worst experience in an Accor hotel so far.
Slept in the executive suite the only one in this hotel and it was literally falling apart, shower was full of mildew, tiles in the jacuzzi fell within 10min in the room leaving rotten wood exposed.
Door handle from my room to the living room of the suite fell down and door was blocked.
Towels were smelling like rust.
I rarely leave reviews and travel a lot for business but this need to be avoided at all cost...

Nice but a little expensive
Overall it was a very nice stay. Excellent service, facilities, amenities, cleanness. Food at their restaurant is gorgeous. My only complain is the price. I have the impression everything is a little above what I'd expect.
Jairo
It was nice in all instances even not being a new hotel it is nice and clean good mattress
Leon

Steven
Great for business travel.
This is by far the best hotel in the city for US business travelers. It is very convenient to reach and it is very close to the shopping malls and restaurants in town. The hotel itself is very safe but can be noisy next to the freeway at times. The restaurant is very good and the pool patio area is a great place to relax.
Mr.HU
Old hotel but well kept up as much as possible must have constant remodeling and is acceptable. Things I did not like and probably major to fix is the drainage of the shower, toilet and sink. Water took for ever to drain at least in my room it did. The other is the poor cable or satellite service they have, if I would change channel and I was watching CNN if I wanted to go back to CNN it was impossible. Real bad WiFi service as well very intermittent
Mr.Who

Always the best hotel in SJC
Always a consistent hotel, and attentive staff. Food selection can be a bit challenging for those wanted a lighter meal, but not impossible. Always the best hotel in SJC
James
Very convenient hotel
The hotel has good facilities! It is not a fancy and luxurious hotel but has everything that is necessary for a good staying. The best of all about this hotel is the staff! Very friendly and well educated! The breakfast is good however, compared with others places that I visited before needs more quality! The items are nothing out of the ordinary considering that the food in Brazil is awesome! The room is regular in terms of space, clean and looks modern! The towels needs to be changed! It seemed a lit bit old for me! Despite the explanation that the front desk staff gave me, there was a remodelation happening in the hotel by the time that I was staying. The website didn’t show anything about that what was a surprise for me! Very noisy in the morning! I had difficulty staying in the room!
Overall my stay was great! The Expedia booking didn’t work very well ! For more than three times I tried to correct a mistake and they didn’t give back to me!! When it comes to charge they do very well! But to solve a problem with the booking most of the time don’t work very well! Unfortunately! I

Nice and simple hotel very well located for my purposes. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is really good, with great variety and the shower is very nice too.

Pleasant clean room in Sao Jose dos Campos
I had 20 hours in Sao Jose dos Campos, so the hotel was perfectly located, close to the toll road from Sao Paulo. 24 hour check-in accommodated my late (3am) check-id due to flight delays from the US. Room was clean, well appointed. All I would say that was missing from the room was an iron.

Best hotel in the city.
Best hotel in the city. I have stayed in different hotels in the area and this is by far the best.

Comfortable Hotel with Excellent Customer Service
Beside a near by shopping center, not much to do around the hotel. However, the staff is excellent and do their utmost to make your stay enjoyable.

Confusing to find
The hotel location on the GPS is wrong, so it is very difficult to find. The hotel informed that they had requested the change of address in Google.

Good place for business stays
This is a good hotel, with no frills, but good food, courteous staff, and very well located, near the main highway. Rates are reasonable.

good hotel in center of city
Good in all respects. Strong wifi. No complaints,...except perhaps that breakfast was not included in the room cost.

Novotel Sao Jose dos Campos
Very friendly staff. Currently going through renovations of bar and restaurant, due to end in a couple of weeks. However quality of service has not been affected by it.

If you like to have a shower after business
The ceiling mounted shower must satisfy your want.

Amadeu

Equipe atenciosa e prestativa.

Marcia

Davi
Tudo organizado e bem conservado.

RENATA BORSOIS SOLDO
Recomendo!

Onde joguei as meias sujas.

Really great and friendly staff.
