I have stayed there a few times before, but it was the first time in 5 years. Surprised to see the rooms are the same, no improvement or upgrades. Same old issues, elevator not working, standing water in the shower. Staff is helpful, efficient and polite. Still a good option in Sao José, but needs improvement.

Very good hotel, need add microwave, and upgrade furniture

Discover a quintessential spot nestled near the bustling city center. This charming location offers a unique retreat from the urban hustle. Experience the perfect blend of tranquility and vibrancy in this hidden gem. Enjoy the convenience of being close to the action while still savoring a sense of escape. It's an ideal destination for those seeking a memorable experience.

Recommended small hotel in good location
Good small hotel in Sao Jose dos Campos city. It is located close to restaurants and brazilian bars (walking distance). The hotel has a restaurant as well and a nice outdoors pool. The parking is free in a closed lot (safe). The bedroom was very clean and it was comfortable and spacious. The shower are was huge and nice.

Good area; works out for a short business trip
Came to SJC for a business trip; Ema Palace is very dated and service is average. Location is excellent as the neighborhood is lovely, safe, and there are many walking distance options. Included in your stay is a pass to a fitness club one street over so that is very nice. Overall the property is clean and safe but rooms need an overhaul.

Has the potential to be a very nice hotel
Very good neighborhood! The hotel has the potential to be really nice once some flaws are resolved: Carpets and breakfast are not nice!
We have also disliked the fact that there was barely no warm/hot water in the shower and spa. The receptionist told us that they had experienced plumbing issues, and that it would be solved in no time. But it hasn’t!
On the other hand, the hotel has a very nice pool, wide rooms and is located in a very attractive neighborhood!

Adoro ficar neste hotel.

Maria Lucia
Hotel ótimo, bom atendimento, limpo , quarto confortável, silencioso, dormimos bem, jantamos no hotel, estava bem feita a comida , gostamos bastante .

No geral o hotel é bom, confortável.
Silvia
O Hotel é ótimo. Refeição deixou a desejar.
