The food at the buffet was terrible and cold. We weren't provided the internet access at checkin. The hotel has definitely seen better days you could tell the grounds and facilities have not been well maintained. There were no towels at the pools and one pool had very loud entertainment that totally ruined any relaxation one may have wanted on vacation. In addition, they played music until 1 am in the morning, so I got very little sleep.

Terrible experience

Oh, this place is in terrible disrepair! Peeling wallpaper, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, breakfast was poor. At least parking was no problem since we were one of the very few guests on property.

Off season don't go. Nothing open. No place to go. 1 restaurant, same food everyday lunch and dinner. Snack bar not much. Swimming pool very nice. Whole pool to myself. But if you have kids, no lifeguard. Come go to desolate beach and they'd be out to see w/no one knowing. Noisy. No shuttle to airport. They take you to town but they also take your money. Do not recommend. Barely speak English too.

Unfortunately this is a hotel well past its used by date. I needed a one night cheap hotel near to Palermo Airport. From the key rack at the counter, only 2 or 3 other people were in the hotel. I got to my room, and the electricity switched off 20 mins later. I asked for it to be fixed, and it wasn't, until 30 minutes later when the people across the hall went to ask. The room has safety issues: the fire detector was missing, and one of the light switches was broken. The shower head did not hang on the wall and the pressure and temperature was low. Dogs howled close by. The interior of the room and the hotel was severely dated and clearly in a dilapidated condition. I skipped breakfast in the morning: just wanted to leave. The hotel was a ghost town. Would not recommend to any one.

Good for a night before the Airport

We stayed for one night before our morning flight from the Palermo airport. The hotel is located 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from downtown Terrasini, which is a lively little town with a nice assortment of restaurants and cafes. The hotel has a beautiful pool which overlooks the sea.

Nice Hotel in the Summer probably

We did not arrive until nearly 11.00pm after a very fraught journey with lots of problems. Finding the hotel was difficult even though I speak Italian. I rang to ask for co-ordinates but he gave me the wrong ones. When we arrived, there was no bar and no food available, not even for breakfast the next day, even though there was a sign up with meal times for breakfast, lunch and dinner during the season. Patently they were doing work at the hotel and I do not feel they should have accepted our booking. We had booked for two nights so had to find breakfast on two mornings and dinner on the second evening.

Don't be tempted by the cheap price

This hotel is in a remote location with nothing of interest or use in the surrounding area. The hotel does not compensate with the provision of services or facilities, not even wifi. Don't go there unless you are desperate.

Loved the staff! We were able to travel in August and enjoyed the activities the hotel provided and the food. One thing I did not like was the hotel turning off the AC in the morning until about 3pm. My room did not receive enough breeze. Other then the AC we would love to go back.

I would look eslewhere. The hotel pool is very nice, and there is a newly renovated soccer court. However, a large portion of this hotel is rundown or under construction. It looks like the resort is too large for the staff to manage. there were several tiki bars and tennis courts that were completely run down and shut off. The ocean and landscape is beautiful in the area, but says nothing of the actual hotel. The front desk staff gave us very poor advice to walk to a neighboring town, Terrasini. They said it was a 30 minute walk, but it was over 6 km away. We had to walk back in the dark and the route to get there was dangerous. We were approached 2xs by a man trying to get us in his car. Be aware, there is a lot of trash on the streets outside the hotel, and not much around the hotel unless you go into town. The resturant closed a half an hour before the front desk said they would, but the chef kindly made us a small meal, although VERY over-priced. Wouldn't recommend. The hotel very much takes away from being in such a beautiful place.

god frukost och fina rummet. 2 fantastiska pooler och en med salt vatten. Går att bada i havet från klippor.
Resturang i resort och ner vid poolen var utmärkt

Bo et andet sted.. men tag forbi til drinks!

Vi havde bestilt en overnatning da vi skulle flyve tidligt næste morgen. Vi ankom til hotellet kl 20 om aftenen men hotellet insisterede stadig på at vi skulle betale Club-fee for brug af deres faciliteter såsom pool, trollies mm. De talte meget dårligt engelsk og det eneste mad var på hotellet til 25€ pr mand… vi fandt et pizzaria i nærheden.
Deres bar ved vandet er skøn og med en flot solnedgang.
Hotellet meget slidt og de holdte club fest ude foran alle værelserne til kl 00.00 med meget højt musik og italiensk råben i højtaler. Ikke optimalt når nogle måske gerne vil sove og skal tidligt op… Derfor ikke den bedste oplevelse at bo der.

Molto gradevole.

Fermo restando che la perfezione non esiste e non contando alcune lacune strutturali che, da quanto ho potuto vedere, stanno per essere risolte, il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole specie per la parte culinaria (cuoco da lodare) e per la cordialità e simpatia del personale. Bellissimo il panorama dalle stanze con vista mare (inizialmente non assegnateci per un disguido temporale brillantemente e rapidamente risolto) Unica nota stonata un piccolo problema con relativa discussione sull'utilizzo della piscina, ma anche questo prontamente risolto dalla direzione.
Grazie Hotel Perla del Golfo.

Ottima esperienza, pulizia delle camere buona, qualita' dei servizi in generale ottima, la posizione dell'Hotel e' definire unica il panorama dalle terrazze piscine e ' meraviglioso. I ragazzi del'animazione sono veramente bravi,professionali e coinvolgenti, come anche tutto lo staff della ristorazione senza dimenticare la gentilezza dello staff della receptin,ed i ragazzi della gestione piscine.

Il villaggio si trova in una posizione molto bella. Siamo arrivate di sera tardi e ci è stata assegnata una stanza rinnovata con una splendida vista sul mare.
Nel complesso la struttura è tenuta bene ma c’è una vaga aria decadente di villaggio che ha conosciuto i suoi tempi d’oro 15 anni fa. Nota di demerito la colazione. Davvero insufficienze in varietà di prodotti ma soprattutto in qualità. Credo davvero si possa fare di meglio.

Unmöglicher Kontakt

Ich habe mittels Formular angefragt, für einen Flughafenshuttle. Es stand \" rund um die Uhr\".
Habe keine Antwort vom Hotel erhalten und niergends eine mailadresse gefunden.
Die habe ich dann im Netz auf der Hotelhomepage gefunden.
Zuerst bekam ich keine Antwort, die Zeit drängte, dann kam die Frage \"witch date????\" Was ich nicht gerade als sehr freundlich empfand. Klar, es war mein Fehler, aber mein Name und, dass ich über Hotels gebucht habe, wäre nicht schwierig gewesen es herauszufinden.
Dann kam eine Antwort \"zu spät, ich solle ein Taxi nehmen\". Ich habe dann eine andere Unterkunft genommen. Übrigens habe ich mich bemüht in italienisch, deutsch und english zu schreiben.

Séjour en famille, chambres sans grand luxe mais correctes et confortables, personnel agréable, personnel d'animation très sympathique sans être lourd ou insistant pour les activités, nourriture de bonne qualité pour une formule buffet à volonté mais peut-être pas assez variée (légumes que dans les antipasti, petit-déjeuner un peu simple...).
Piscines bien équipées. Bémol: la \"plage\" n'est qu'une terrasse en béton à laquelle on ne pouvait pas toujours accéder à cause du courant qui empêchait l'entrée dans l'eau.

チェックインして、部屋に行くと、エアコンはおろか、電気がつかない。
フロントに苦情を言うとこの地域は電気事情が悪く、停電すると言う。
フロントやバーは電気が通ってるのに、おかしい。ホテル側の作為があったに違いない。

À fuir si vous cherchez du calme!

Impossible de dormir à cause du bruit d'une fête. Tir d'un feu d'artifice à minuit puis musique infernale jusqu'à 3 h du matin. J'aurais mieux fait de prendre une chambre en discothèque. De plus l'hôtel fait payer obligatoirement un supplément pour l'accès piscine et l'animation. La veille les chiens de l'hôtel ont aboyé dans la nuit. Le personnel est même pas sympa. Dommage car les piscines sont grandes. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un club!!!

Gros potentiel de par sa localisation.

Salles d'eau à rénover pour mériter 3 étoiles.
Modernisation nécessaire.
Maintenance à assurer notamment pour l'électricité et le Système de Sécurité Incendie.
Panique au niveau du non fonctionnement de certaines prises électriques alors qu'il s'agissait de faire fonctionner un appareil d'assistance respiratoire
L'établissement était sûrement très bien à l'époque de sa création

Super hôtel avec un accueil de qualité doté d'un des plus bel emplacement de la Sicile
Des infrastructures de qualité ( 3 piscines, accès à la mer, terrain de sport,...) une équipe d'animation performante.... Un ensemble qui vous feront oublier des chambres vieillissantes mais qui seront bientôt restaurées après la création d'un spa et d'une pizzeria extérieure

E' stata la prima volta che ho visitato questo hotel e resort,rapporto qualità prezzo inesistente.La pulizia della camera sconcertante, un buco sul pavimento, dentro gli armadi e uno sul muro, il bagno in condizioni igieniche terrificanti, si capiva benissimo che non veniva pulito da mesi!Camera con balcone e vista sul mare eccezionale, l' unico lato positivo. È stata una grande delusione, non lo consiglio e non ci tornerei.

Reception con scarsa attenzione all'accoglienza del cliente. spiegazioni poco chiare dell'ubicazioni della palazzina e delle stanze.
Corridoio al buio.
Aria condizionata inesistente. alla richiesta di una spiegazione, hanno specificato che l'aria condizionata parte dalle 21;30 alle ore 06:00 del mattino.
Letti e materassi in pessime condizioni.
Pagamento della tassa di soggiorno all'arrivo, come se fossimo dei clienti pronti a scappare, nonostante il pagamento fosse avvenuto con anticipo alla prenotazione.

Va bene solo come resort e non come hotel

Questa struttura non è un hotel ma un resort, le camere sono prive di condizionatore o meglio è centralizzato ma lo accendono solo nel tardi pomeriggio quando non serve più, non esiste il frigo minibar e la colazione non è ricca.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, ma migliorabile...

Resort di grande impatto visivo con scorci da cartolina. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la posizione, molto panoramica, e la presenza di una piscina attrezzata e ben curata (anche se un po' troppo piccola per una struttura del genere). Le camere necessitano di un rinnovo. Ottima l'animazione e apprezzabile anche la cordialità dello staff.

Il soggiorno è andato bene. Il punto è situato realmente in una\" perla del golfo\". L'ingresso al mare è da sogno. No spiaggia, ma calette con acqua cristallina. La struttura è molto bella ma avrebbe bisogno di un rimordenamento. Manca di personale di accoglienza. Alla reception ho atteso molto perché, l'unico addetto, era continuamente impegnato più alle telefonate che arrivavano che per i clienti presenti. Nessuna informazione sul programma giornaliero delle attività e dei servizi. Animatori scadenti di numero. Bravi quelli che c'erano, ma solo 5 per accudire un'intera struttura, sono pochini e siamo ancora a metà agosto.

Gæster skal vide, at der er underholdning med meget høj musik som præger alle værelser til efter midnat. Hotellet er derfor ikke egnet til tidlig sengetid. Noget slidte værelser, fin beliggenhed ved havet men øde omgivelser.

La posizione dell'albergo è veramente splendida in una baia proprio al centro del golfo. La struttura però è davvero datata. LA colazione, anche nei festivi, si può fare solo sino alle 9,30 e non abbiamo potuto avere il piacere di provarla dato che abbiamo preferito dormire. Le camere sono parecchio antiche e la pulizia non è delle migliori. LA prima sera abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio morto nel corridoio ed un'invasione di formiche, la mattina siamo stati svegliati dal ddt spruzzato nel corridoio. L'aria condizionata non funzionava e forse meno male dato che la bocchetta sembrava non pulita da tempo.

E' stata un'esperienza singolare...arrivati all'hotel l'accoglienza è stata un po' fredda, non ci sono state date le solite informazioni tipo orari del ristorante o attività della struttura ma per il resto sembrava tutto normale: persone in piscina, musica, animazione, qualcuno al mare nella caletta in fondo alla discesa. Nel corso della prima giornata la situazione però si è molto, come dire, calmata. Via gli animatori, via la musica, via la gente. Abbiamo scoperto che nella struttura era stato organizzato un raduno spirituale. Quindi per 5 giorni non si è visto nessuno. Durante i pasti c'era confusione poi basta. La reception non ci aveva avvertito e in più il servizio navetta per arrivare al mare era guidato da un animatore che non avendo nessuno da animare era stato spostato in un altro hotel e quindi se volevi arrivare al mare dovevi fartela a piedi (un bel pezzo in salita). Privi di mezzi non è stato nemmeno facile ne tantomeno economico spostarsi (pare che bus non ne passino quindi o taxi o a piedi ma il centro più vicino è a 4/5 km). Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e il fatto che l'animazione non ci sia stata calcolata nel conto, ma non sarebbe stato male essere avvertiti al nostro arrivo. Personale del bar e di sala molto cordiale e gentile. Personale reception e pulizie migliorabile. Struttura ok. Un po' vecchiotta ma nel complesso accettabile. Bella piscina. Bella location.

Sicuramente l'albergo è situato in una posizione mozzafiato, purtroppo la struttura nel tempo non è stata manutenuta quindi per il mio metro valutativo non si può definire una sistemazione resort tre stelle.
