Was a beautiful area, beautiful building to stay at on way to airport. Close to the water, lots of food options. The owner was great. The rooms were very nice, with lots of other areas to sit and relax, read or eat your take out with a glass of wine. Would stay again.

Beautiful B & B. Only problem is it's not staffed. We got there at 6pm on a Wednesday and had to call a local # to get Nino to show up and let us in. Took 20 minutes and 2 calls to get him there. He was very nice and accommodating but not on site. In the AM, woman showed up to set up continental breakfast and was gone in an hour. Never had our room cleaned and had to track down Nino for towels. If you're looking for a very pretty B& B in a good location at a good price, this is it. If you're looking for service and on-site personnel, don't stay here

We stayed here one night before our flight, and it was the most disappointing of our 9 stays in Italy. The owner asked us to text when we were close, which I did 30 minutes before arrival. After a quick stop, he called and told us to hurry because it was Sunday, which felt unwelcoming.

When we arrived, the owner wasn’t there. His son let us in, gave us the key, and left. He answered some questions but wasn’t helpful.

The room was for three, but there were only two towels—one stained orange, likely from a rusted rack. I messaged the owner but got no reply. There were also ants on my bed.

The breakfast room looked neglected. Some fruit seemed old, and a few pieces were rotten.

The B&B itself is cute and the balcony is lovely, but none of the warm and welcoming experience described in the listing matched reality.
When we arrived, everything nearby was closed, and no one was around to help or give advice.

We left early morning for our flight. The owner provided shuttle service with extra charged- cheaper than a taxi!

Overall, it lacked care, cleanliness, and hospitality. Only the proximity to the airport was a plus.

Pro’s: huge room, overall clean

Cons: Had to call a number to check in at 4:30 pm (not a problem) but it really felt like we were inconveniencing the owner; he sent his son (great kid by the way). We were looking for a place close to the airport for an early flight and we were told owner would meet us at 4:00 am to get the key. 4:00 am no one to get key. Bed heavily sagged in the middle, wife and I did not get a great night of sleep.

We stayed for one night because of the location to the Palermo airport (early flight next morning), the house and the room were beautiful, Nino the owner was more than accommodating, he arranged for a private cab ride to the airport that morning for us. The center of town with shops and restaurants are two small streets from the house, everyone in town were friendly. We walked around and felt safe even at night. We will definitely stay there again probably for a longer stay.

This property is located just a few streets away from restaurants and some shopping. Very bright and cheerful accommodations, and rooms are spacious. Shuttle to and from airport was prompt and easy with a minimal fee. Only 10 minutes from airport too! This is a gem of a quaint town close to the beach.

Nico was a wonderful host great personality and very accommodating. He opened the bar for an early happy hour and arranging our transportation to the airport for an early morning departure. He made our last night in Sicily so much fun. The accommodations were nice and updated. A great value for price and super convenient to the airport. 5 stars!!!

We only stayed for the night before an early flight, so did not have breakfast, but the terrace and common areas are lovely. The location is convenient for returning a rental car very early, about a 15 minute drive to the rental lot. There was ample free parking on the narrow street in front of the B&B. The street behind the hotel under our window was a bit loud, but only because a group of young people were out late (it’s otherwise a quiet neighborhood). Restaurants are plentiful within walking distance a few blocks away.

Every inch of this property there was something beautiful to look at. Such a beautiful property and the morning staff so kind and friendly
It tucked into a neighborhood with very narrow streets that at first I found hard to navigate. But by the time I was leaving I had no problems. Just go slow and you’ll make it. And the neighborhood is so friendly and I felt safe to walk around even in the evening. List of restaurants and Bars.
Lovely one of a kind property. I hope to go back here soon

Booked this hotel for its close proximity to the Palermo Airport as I had a very early 05.45 flight and did not wish a long commute. This property was excelent. The manager was fantastic and got up and drove me to the airport himself at 3.00 am . He offered us pizza and salad roomservice but ewe went out. The room was lovely despite some used toiletry wrapper in the shower from the prevvious guest. Lovely bed , lounging and reading area . I am sure the breakfast looked and sounded good but unfortunately I missed it due to an early check out. I highly recommend walking around and going for a drink or eating in the small village wher the hotel is. Great history and memorial to anti Mafia efforts. A great bakey Palazzolo, best Canolis, coffee and desserts, all home made. Voglia di pizza , great pizza cafe, outside seating , local pizza variation with anchovies amazing.

Very reasonably priced B&B in a residential neighborhood. Not a lot of restaurant options but a very good pizzaria 4 minute walk away. Had to call to get someone to open the door but they showed up quickly and for a fee they provided excellent service to the Palermo airport. Staff had little English but could not have been nicer and more accomodating.

This property was ridiculously cute. I would stay here a month. I had read that reception wasn’t staffed, so I made a point to over communicate my arrival expectations. It seems the general policy is to call upon arrival and stand/sit/wait outside til Nino arrives. The entrance is on a side street that is big by Sicilian standards (meaning 2 small cars would JUST fit). Very little traffic, quiet at 1pm, clean. Felt safe. A distant view to the Mediterranean. Waiting was fine for us but might annoy some. Nino was friendly with enough English to check us in, recommend dining, show us our room, but since my Italian is limited to about 25 words, conversation was limited. The air conditioning of the room was a blessing. The water was adequate and cold To be fair, I tried to conserve it so it might have gotten warmer if I let it run, but given the Sicilian heat a cool shower was refreshing. Hope to try breakfast next time - reviews make it sound good.

Lovely little BNB loved all the little family touches, good beds and shower and lovely welcoming by the owner and her son, didn’t get to enjoy breakfast but the set up looked good we were able to get an espresso and a yoghurt into us before our 4am departure which was useful and shuttle to airport by owner in early hours was easily organised very good value for our little stay would have liked to have seen more of Cinisi a vibrant community town

This B&B is gorgeous! However, there is not staff at the front desk the entire time, as advertised. I arrived in the evening and no staff were on duty. You had to call or text to let them know you were there, and this was consistent with each time I came and left the B&B. The only exception was in the morning during breakfast time. They advertise by the front desk having unique wines at the bar during the evenings, but no one was around to ask about it in the evenings. I had issues with the AC unit remote in my room and no one got back to me, so I had to use a chair and find something long toanually turn it on (as it was secured high above the door). Some rooms are advertised as having a swa view from the balcony, but when walking out on the balcony, you are miles from the beach and the airport is in direct eyeline, which would block any views of you were closer to the sea. If the accommodations were advertised properly, then I would have not had disappointed expectations for the B&B. It is gorgeous inside, just difficult to get inside and then find staff to help you when you need it (either texting, calling, or in person).

The hotel is as charming as the pictures show. Expect to have to call when you arrive, because although they show that the reception is open late, they do not staff it. I also emailed them ahead of time to let them know when I would arrive and was told to call upon arrival.

The ladies in the morning staffing the breakfast and cleaning were very sweet and concerned about me getting a ride into Palermo. The breakfast choices were adequate and my room was spacious. There was a wonderful pizza place on the Main Street a bit east of the B&B with outdoor seating. The bed was a little harder than I like, but I still slept ok.

This property I was so pleasantly surprised by, I had been in Sicily for three weeks and had been moving around from place to place. This was one of the nicest, cleanest places I stayed in. The staff was fantastic and so welcoming. The breakfast room and what they offer is really something special. Most of all, this place was very comfortable and the bed was so nice with a very clean and comfortable bathroom. It was close to Palermo airport (15 mins) which was perfect for my very early morning flight from there. I recommend this place for many reasons that I mentioned. They even accommodate for shuttle service to airport. I rate high for cleanliness and spacious room, comfortable bed, breakfast and nice staff.

upon arriving at the hotel at 11:30 PM, I was shocked to find that there was no staff available to open the door. Instead, a sign indicated that the staff was out, along with a phone number to call. Despite multiple attempts, nobody answered the phone, leaving me stranded outside the hotel.

As a result, I had no choice but to book an alternative hotel for the night. This unexpected inconvenience not only caused considerable stress but also led to additional expenses that were not part of my initial travel plans, i contacted expedia asking for refund, but expedia told me that the manager refused to refune my money.

The room we stayed in was nice enough. Some furnishings were older looking but bathroom was recently done and more modern.
What was the problem was our check-in. Arrived to find front door locked. I tried to text, email and called at least 4 different numbers until someone finally answered. Waited 10 minutes for someone to arrive and check us in.
Since we were from the U.S. it was lucky I had internet and phone service. Many travelers do not. If I didn’t I’m not sure what would have happened.
The gentleman who checked us in did recommend a nice pizza place within a 3 minute walk. It was delicious.
We also hired him to drive us to the airport in the morning. He was punctual and a good driver!

We arrived at 12:30pm for check in. The front door was locked and there were no instructions on how to access the lobby. We rang the bell and knocked for about 10 minutes. No one came. We waited on the narrow street with our luggage until another guest walked out and opened the door for us.

We walked into the empty lobby and looked at an empty welcome desk. We finally found a business card on the desk. We called the numbers. The first was disconnected. The 2nd was answered by a gentleman who shared he'd be over shortly. 15 minutes later, he arrived and asked us to pay before entering our rooms (They charged an extra 10 euro above what our initial reservation was for 'fees.')

We booked two rooms for adults and kids.

The room in the main bulding was spectacular. Exactly like the website pictures and what we expected.

The other room was actually an adjacent facility and was nothing like the pictures.

The AC downstairs did not work making the rooms unusable. We called and told it'd be fixed. It was not.

The beds in the master were a twin and a child's princess bed (see pic).

There was debris, ants, broken glass, random nails, broken shower spigot, trash in the appliances.

The shower had very little water pressure.

The front door had to be wrestled open

There was a bag of used shoes in the master bedroom.

The kids room had no AC.

When we asked about other options, we were told this was all they had.

Enjoyed dinner and dessert on the main street of the town. Room was comfortable. We had to depart before breakfast at 8 am. Would stay here again. Host is great! We needed a place to stay with close access to the Palermo airport. This is super convenient, about a 15 minute drive. The area is pretty quiet. Two streets over is the Main Street with some shops and restaurants. They do all close for siesta. We had a hard time finding a late lunch spot and most shops were closed for the afternoon and early evening. The B&B was cutely decorated, The room was clean. The shower had good pressure and the bed was firm and comfortable enough. A little maintenance was needed; the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor and there was a small infestation of bugs coming in on one wall. We understand things like this happen and it may have been just timing. We did arrive to check in and found the property locked and unattended. There was a sign on the door with a number. We called and were told 10 minutes, but we waited 45. We would go back. The host was friendly and gave us a dinner recommendation.

Avoid at all costs!

It is a beautiful little place which is a shame because the service and attitudes are so bad. I waited outside in the dark for 30 minutes before i waa able to reach the owner on the phone. When he came and saw an older American with a lot of luggage the price of a ground floor room magically increased 10 euros. The staff started practically screaming in the hallway at 7:30 on Sunday morning so i decided to take a shower since sleep was no longer and option. When there is limited water pressure and hot water it is not a good idea to install waterfall shower heads. It is also nice if the bathroom light fixture holds 5 bulbs if more than 1 works! I went in to breakfast which should be renamed morning dessert - nothing but sugary pastries, cookies....really great if you are diabetic! And the woman in the breakfast room insisted on giving me green tea when i repeatedly asked for black. She even brought it to the table after i said no 6 times. I realized she didn't have any black tea so i went to get my own. This place was so stressful and unpleasant that i gathered my belongings and waited by the front door praying my scheduled car and driver would arrive early.

I would have rated this B&B higher but for the fact they had plumbing problems while we stayed there. It is nicely decorated and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was very good. It was a lovely place and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the staff and Nino's personal touch - excellent! We had a bit of an issue with charging our phones on our convertor but other than that it was a lovely place to stay

The property is recently updated and clean. It is kind of hard to find and not in the best of areas. Very close to the airport for convenience. Nothing really around it to do or eat. The owner was not really helpful or nice.

This accommodation was excellent and only 15 minutes to the airport by car. Our flight was at 7.20 so we were able to keep the car over night and return it to the airport around 6am and dropped the key into the convenient 'drop box' opposite the car rental counter within the airport.
The accommodation is spotless and beautifully renovated. My only negative comment is that the fitted sheet on our bed was scratchy and made from some sort of nylon material and was therefore hot. Every other amenity was comfortable and modern and as we had transport to the airport, this was very economical accommodation for us.

The good: Both the common areas and our room were attractive and clean. It's obvious the owner put a lot of work into renovating the interior.
The bad: There's no parking, and the streets are really, really narrow. On the one-way street on front of the hotel, we had literally two or three inches of clearance between our car, a parked car, and the curb, and that's with the mirrors folded in. A wider car (we were in a Fiat 500L) could not have made it, which would have made for a very stressful situation on a one-lane, one-way street.
The really bad: Expedia indicates the check in time is noon to midnight. We arrived at 8:30pm and there was literally no one at the hotel (guest or staff). We had to call from a local tobacco shop, and it was about 9:15pm before we finally got into the room. On top of that, the owner yelled at us for arriving so late. We had booked the room months in advance, so not only do they not follow their own policies on the Expedia website, they didn't bother to contact us until the day of our arrival, by which time we were unavailable. It was a pretty horrendous situation, and less-experienced travelers might have really been in trouble.

Exceeded Our Expectations

Our stay was the final night of a Family trip to Sicily. We wanted to be near the airport in Palermo for early flights the next morning. TAM Casa Vacanze EXCEEDED our expectations. It is located 2 blocks off the main street of Cinisi and was easy to walk and explore the area. Nino the owner was very welcoming and was a GREAT host. He provided 3 of our family members a ride to the airport at 5:30 am!!! We strongly recommend TAM.

NEVER EVER BOOK THIS FACILITY & NEVER LISTEN TO RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE EXPEDIA STAFF, THEY KNOW NOTHING.
Story line: We needed a place close to airport for early flight out of Palermo, Expedia staff found this for us but never said there is no desk or check in, it's a little B&B in the back streets of Cinisi. Instructions on confirmation say to contact them 48 hours B4 arrival, but does not give you a phone # or e mail. You need GPS to find this place. When we arrived no one was there, locked. Phone # on placard outside with # but no one answered. We called Expedia service, got someone who we could hardly understand and she had us on hold for 40 minutes, came back and said she called but they did not speak English. Send us to the next level up for help, by that time we left trying to find something else, it was getting dark. Now this supervisor has us on hold for 30 minutes and she can't do anything to find someplace else. She sendS us to a \"local\" support person, another 20 minutes on hold, he comes back and says the people are there waiting for us, by this time we had left and he tells us because they are waiting they cannot transfer the reservation and he has no solution. It's a good thing I have an AMEX Platinum Card. I called their travel service (in America) and they had a room for us in less than 10 minutes, not that much farther from the airport.
I am contesting the pre paid charges and will not pay them and will NEVER BOOK WITH EXPEDIA AGAIN. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE

The rooms are beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. It was very clean and centrally located to go to Terrasini or Palermo. Perfect for staying the night before a flight out of Palermo. It is only 3 or 4 miles to the airport. I would re omens to anyone
