This place was very nice. The team was on it getting us in and settled. The accommodations were great. The only thing I would add to the space is a bit of color. The area was very walkable and clean absolutely a great stay close to the airport. Parking was easy on the street. The snacks provided were just what we needed at the end of a long drive. Would definitely stay here again when we come to town.

The hosts were incredibly lovely and helpful. They gave us really great recommendations and were really responsive to questions. It is located on a very quiet street but close to the town square. Love the style of the building and the pool and terrace were stunning. Would definitely recommend!

Quaint place, steep stairs

This is a family run business and in a typical sicilian style home with lots of steep stairs. Although friendly, we did not get any messages from them because they only sent texts and we had an esim so didn't see any of them. Email messages would have been better so unfortunately there was a mix up in accessing the room. Additionally, hotels.com messaging didnt work either. They did get us access and did tell us about good places to eat. And set us up kindly with a taxi for the next morning to get to the airport. The room was tidy but the towels were worn. The bathroom was nice, the beds were firm and comfortable however, we found the stairs to the top floor were too steep for us and for our luggage. The outside space was also nice with the splash pool and beautiful view of the rock face.

We had good communication and a nice greeting. However, the room smelled of sewage and every time we used the sink or the toilet, the smell got worse

We could hear the kids in the pool above our head jumping into the pool but luckily that stopped by the time we went to bed.

We were only staying one night and we liked the neighborhood. The room was very small, with an awkward bathroom that was all glass and that you had to walk through to get to the patio.

Overall not a bad stay but the smell was the problem.

Easy checkin, the town is amazing and the property is beautiful. Very helpful hosts.

As feedback there are just a couple awkward things in Room 2! We had the two-bedroom unit with a balcony. The AC is only in one of the rooms, so if they close the door they will be hot. The bathroom is open-air partial walls. Like an airport bathroom wall or so - meaning everyone will see your feet. And hear… everything. And the TV in the main room faces the door - you can’t watch from the bed. Only from the door.

The breakfast offerings are great, beds are comfy, the neighborhood of Cinisi is beautiful. The hosts are very nice.

Stay here - but you might find a couple of adjustments to make. :)

Expedia and the owner (I talk to her in person) offer that this is a Hotel and is not
This is an Airbnb with hotel custom name
Expedia said HOTEL and sale like that and when you arrive nothing to do with the pictures and what you expected
Transportation to Palermo, EXCELLENT round trip, the city need to be clean but the food is magic
The Cinisi town, very quiet but safe anytime, good places to eat and buy dessert and water.
The only thing I’m not agree with Expedia it’s lie about Hotel for Airbnb or what they call there B&B
Need to be careful when you select things in Expedia, I’m a Gold member and not feel good about this reservation

When I arrived at 21:30 there was no one at the hotel to check me in. I received a complicated whatsapp message with poorly translated instructions of where to find the key card on the counter. I found the keycard, but neither the rooms or the cards were labeled. I put the card in the first room I saw, and it opened, so I assumed it was correct and I slept inside. Around 1 am, while I was asleep, someone opened the door to my room, and I was very scared. I was sleeping in my nightgown and told them to close the door, but it was impossible to sleep the rest of the night without fear that someone else could enter my room. There was no way to lock the room from the inside, and as a women traveling alone this is very scary, I put on all my clothes and just laid there until I could leave the next morning. In the morning, when I was leaving, I told the man who worked at the hotel what happened and that I was scared, and he proceeded to yell at me and tell me it was my fault because I had taken the wrong keycard that was meant for someone else. When I tried to explain that the instructions were extremely unclear and that nothing was labeled, he yelled at me even more, to the point where I started crying and left. It was a horrible, aggressive experience on my first day of vacation that made me very sad the whole day.

Great hotel and friendly staff. The mattress of the beds are OK. Communication could be better. We had a little problem to communicate when arriving to get the codes and instructions but the host quickly fixed it when we called him. It could be a good idea to send it a fews days before arriving because not all north american travellers have access to phone calls and most do not use WhatsApp. Except of that everything was great. The lady who made the breakfast was really kind and breakfast was good. Air conditionning was working great. The room was renovated and they kept a bit of history (mosaic on the floor and on a wall) wich is great. Thank you.

Wonderful staff great check in. Lovely lady who looked after us for breakfast when we had an early tour booked. Not only did she look after the breakfast she also cleaned the rooms. Very friendly with a beautiful smile.
We stayed in the corner room very spacious great bathroom. But unfortunately it was noisy till about 2am. Even with double glazing on the windows and wearing ear plugs it was loud. I’m sure there are quiet rooms available so ask in advance.

Easy for early flights

Adorable little neighborhood that’s a quick, easy drive to the airport. Definitely a bare bones, pre flight stay. There is no one on property at this hotel. There is a phone number on the door to call on arrival and the host arrived in 7 minutes. It would have been nice to receive arrival instructions regarding this beforehand.

This property is great for 4 people and I would probably go again if we are 4 people booking but we were 5 and booked for 5 Adults. We were disappointed because it only had four places to sleep. Let us say a few of us had a very bad sleep. They should not have allowed us to book.

Free parking is parking on the streets.
It also advertises a pool. Only if you get the room with the pool. We felt catch-fished.

Clearly they wanted all rooms booked and they did not care about the number of individuals in the room. They did not accommodate for the extra person.

A quiet property in a quaint town very close to the airport but far enough away you never hear airport noise. It is very safe and clean property with restaurant options within a short walk and easy free street parking outside. I would definitely stay here again. The upstairs suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a large terrace with a pool that would be a perfect retreat on a hot day. It’s a great location as a home base for sites in the area or before or after a flight.

1800’s building in tiny town conveniently near Palermo airport. Easy check in, even late night. Brand new furnishings and wonderful snacks and amenities. The balcony with private pool is spectacular!!! Great price for a unique place to stay. Owner very pleasant and the free breakfast beat most I have had.

Overall the hotel met the need of what we needed. It was. More like a hostel though. It was on a residential street which felt safe and there were only a few rooms. The rooms were clean and the memory foam beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night since we had to leave at 4am for our flight in the morning. But to have a place to get some sleep right before going on a flight was awesome. The pool didn’t exist unless you booked the room that had it. There is no elevator so unless you are in the bottom floor don’t bring heavy items The balcony overlook the street was cool, it had a table and seats to sit on. The one downside of the hostel was that I was afraid to take a shower there since the shower walls are clear glass and right in the front of the room with so working shades on the windows (they were broken when we arrived) so we decided not to use the showers. They need to frost the shower walls so people cannot see in them this hostel is great for singles who need sleep before getting on a flight. 25$ shuttle taxi to the airport

We stayed in an apartment with a cosy rooftop terrace a small swimming pool. The two bedroom apartment was convenient and practical. Just to note that there were two flights of stairs to access the apartment. Overall, a good b&b option. The host was also very accommodating.

I felt that the pictures misrepresented this establishment. We may have misinterpreted the check in process, but after flying in, picking up our car, and driving in the dark, we found this place very difficult to find. It's in the middle of a residential neighborhood with a small door and was dark when we arrived. We called the number on the door to be let in (this was between 8:30 and 9 p.m.). Essentially, this is an unstaffed hotel, which would have been fine if we had known that in advance. It felt a bit more like an Airbnb and that we were on our own. Our room had a particular odor (a little like sewer gas) and I don't know if that was in the other rooms as well, but since no one was there, and we had paid for 3 nights in advance, we just toughed it out. I will say that someone stopped by once who either owned or worked for the hotel and when I let them know our shower head wasn't working (but the shower wand was), they promptly fixed it. My sense is that this is a family business and I don't like providing a negative review, but my advice for those traveling to Sicily for the first time especially, you may be better off to stay someplace else.

The owner was extremely kind and accommodating. He provided transportation to the airport for a small fee. He also provided us with our breakfast the day we arrived since we would be leaving early the following day and missing breakfast. If we had any questions, he responded immediately. Excellent stay.

Parking was easy and right out in front of the building. Check-in needs to be orchestrated as they typically do not have staff in the building - but this was easy via email and went very smoothly. The location was perfect. We booked this room as a place to stay before an early flight out of PMO - the trip to PMO in the AM took only minutes. Cinisi is an adorable town without any hint of tourism. After two weeks in some of Sicily's most popular cities, this was an interesting change of pace and produced some memories we will never forget.

It was a lovely bnb in A lovely town 13 miles from Palermo airport. The rooms were modern and creative mixing new with old. Only complaint was bathroom walls were open to bedroom making privacy an issue. Breakfast was lovely and robust. Easy to drop off rental car before flight.

Quadruple room was very stylish, loved the roof terrace and staff were exceptional! Very close to airport and great restaurants nearby. Lori could not do enough to make us feel welcome, will almost certainly return!

Only minor criticism was the pillows were rock hard & it would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in the room.

A very nice guy who will check you in. There’s limited parking on the street in front. First, major turn off was there was no WiFi 😭. That’s a MAJOR turn off. Luckily I was able to port over data from the SIM card on my phone to laptop. The kids played football on the street below us until 1030 pm. It was incredibly distracting—bring your ear plugs. The breakfast buffet items was left out from the previous day. So you knew what to expect the next day. Most was prepared packaged items The coffee was excellent though. Check out is at 1030 am. I couldn’t wait to leave. Again, a very nice guy but I won’t be returning.

The host recommended a wonderful family restaurant about 15 min walk from the BnB. Excellent food and service. Not many choices in central Cinisi and this one is excellent. The flat is quite newly renovated and parking was outside on the street...not difficult. Breakfast looked excellent though we left too early to try it out. Close to airport for those who need place nearby for early departure. Host very helpfully drove us to the airport for a modest fee for our early flight. Definitely recommend this place.

A hidden gem off the Main Street of Cisini

Perfect location in the small town of Cisini, near lovely beaches and port (1.7 miles away) and close to local bars, restaurant, and local town square.
We met the owners who couldn’t do enough to help you with suggestions about the local area, taxis and tuktuk drivers. Ideal for early starts as it’s within easy reach of Palermo airport.

The location is very surprising, in the heart of Cinisi, you feel like a local.... The room #01 with a little balcony is super nice at a first glance, but then you realize there is nowhere to open your suitcase, except on the bed... no big deal for one night, but if you plan on staying longer it can be an issue. then the AC was really not efficient, in the middle of August it is a little annoying. For the towels we were given only one super tiny hand towel (like the ones for single use in restaurants) and another little towel you would just use as a hand towel in your house... Nothing else.... and since there is no front desk and no staff on the premises, you are left with standing and waiting to dry! Overall the location is charming, the design is great but I feel if you don't get a deal, it is a little expensive for what we got...

Fabulous boutique BnB

This place is a designer's dream! It is quaint and tastefully decorated to make you feel very comfortable during your stay. Loredana and Bonnie were also both really friendly and kind- we enjoyed coming down for breakfast in the morning and chatting over coffee. The little town of Cinisi has hidden charm and the BnB is just beside Don Ciccio's- a great bar with friendly staff. Our 2-night stay at Settegrana was just what we needed before our long flight home after a few weeks of traveling- big showers and comfortable beds. A small note to those choosing to stay in Cinisi that bus access from Palermo isn't the easiest, but certainly doable with a bit of research ;)

Unbelievable Experience!

Our stay at Settegrana was simply unbelievable! The staff was there to help guide us with directions from the start. Upon our arrival we walked into the most beautifully decorated and stunningly designed hotel. Settegrana features a mix of old Sicilian architecture with all the modern amenities with a sense of style that you would expect from a 5 Star Resort.

We stayed at room #3 with a private pool, so if you have a chance to book that room GO FOR IT! The roof deck and the pool are to die for!

The staff went above and beyond to help us with our stay. Make sure to check out the restaurant that is suggested by the staff- you will have an amazing meal. The dishes featured traditional Sicilian dishes, with a variety of seafood and traditional pastas.
