I had a wonderful stay at Casa Manzella! Room was clean and spacious. The staff was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the area as well as things to do around town. They were so very accommodating, which I appreciate so much. I was delighted to see an expresso machine and continental breakfast each morning. I loved having a balcony for those mornings I just wanted to sip my coffee and enjoy the crisp cool weather. I will definitely recommend this B&B. Special thank you to Pino, Mario and MariAngela for making my stay memorable.

Great location in Terrasini! Close to lots of shops and restaurants! Staff were very friendly and helpful! The only issues were the WiFi was spotty and the air conditioning wasn’t the coldest. Had a great stay!

The property was old and tired, outside furnishings were broken and dirty. We didn't get the Royal room we paid for and the room we did get had a tiny shower with a broken shower head, we shared said shower with hundreds of ants on a daily basis due to the lack of sealant. Room was on the third floor so really didn't expect that.
Breakfast was not good, food was brought out repeatedly day after day and there was no chilling for the meats, and dairy products which sat for hours in the heat each morning to be returned to the fridge and brought out the next day.
For the price I would not recommend at all. I've stayed in cheaper accommodation with higher standards.

Hotel did not have restaurant, but 15' out the front door and there was 2. Also, when you go down the back steps, take 5 steps, and that is the first restaruant, and then go another 75' and take your choise of 10-12 street restaruants with full menues of pizza to steak and fish. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the terraces were pleasant and the sek-serve breakfast was adequate - with yummy fresh pastries too. We were able to have breakfast at 7 a.m. before leaving for the airport. The owner was very welcoming, and provided shuttle service from and to tge Palermo Airport for 30 Euros each way.. The location was great with lots of restaurants.

Close to Palermo airport on other side of Palermo--decent area to walk around--close to sea. room was spacious, clean but some things need updating: AC was not great (but proprietor did try to get it to blow cold air--worked..sorta), shower-no hot water, no screens on window so you can leave them open without bugs. As I am reading this so far it sounds bad but it was quite good for the area and we enjoyed the street food scene that appeared magically after about 6:30pm. It was a good layover for flying out the next morning. We left early before anyone was available to make breakfast but there were pastry and coffee available for us. If you enjoy trying out B&Bs you should consider this one.

Casa Manzella was a nice B&B conveniently located right down the street from the main square. The town square is lovely with lots of restaurants and shops.
The B&B was very comfortable, clean and breakfast was good with fresh croissants, fruit, yogurt, cheese and salami and pastries. The owner and staff was very nice. The only issue for us was no elevator in the building to bring bags down when we had to leave at 7am. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

There is no front desk for check-in as stated in the listing, so we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive to the property. Once Pino arrived, he was very welcoming and accommodating. Very clean and friendly B&B. We only stayed one night as we were leaving Sicily the next morning. Very convenient to the airport and the B&B arranged for transport for an extra fee. Two people of our group were leaving very early in the morning so he offered a quick breakfast of coffee, yogurt, and fruit that they could take with them since they would be leaving before the breakfast was available. Nicely located in a cozy square with restaurants and shops nearby, and the room was still quiet as the doors sealed out any outdoor noise.

Our flight was delayed, we were suppose to arrive at 11:30 pm but never got to the hotel until 2:30 am. Our host agreed to stay awake and let us in. We were so grateful. The next day we had a delicious breakfast and he arranged to help us pick up our rental car since we missed picking it up the night before. The hotel was very pretty and very clean. I would definitely recommend it.

This bed and breakfast was not as good as the one we stayed at in Rome. The manager would be there to check you in but left right after. This left you to fend for yourself if you run out of things like toilet paper or if the A/C started blowing warm air on hot summer nights. The shower water never got warm and the internet either did not work or was intermittent. all of these things happened to us! The town was the only thing that made the stay bearable. I will definitely return to Terrasini one day but I will not stay at this B&B.

After some difficulty locating the property we were very pleased with what we found. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the beautiful pedestrian mall and restaurant downstairs. Our room had a Juliet balcony and it was fun just to sit and watch the pasigiata . Our host was very welcoming and friendly.

The owner's warm welcome set the tone for our stay , which was very pleasant.Close to the airport yet situated in a little village near the sea, there were great restaurants - we ate at Arabesque, and small shops. Suggest that one parks in the surrounding streets as via Madonie is a walkway leading to the main square.

We arrived in early June to find our booking of 2 double rooms had been mixed up and there were no rooms available. The owner managed to find us 2 rooms in another hotel, but this was inferior, so not a good start to our holiday.

We arrived around 2:30 pm, in the pouring rain, and the hotel was completely locked up. We rang the buzzer several times, but no one answered. Another guest at the hotel happened by and let us in. The entire hotel was completely dark, with no one in site. The location was sketchy - at best. It is in a dark cul de sac, which is very hard to locate. We left and found other accomodations. THEN, they had the nerve to notify us that they were trying to put through a \"no show\" charge. THAT was easily taken care of with the credit card company. Arrivedercci!
