I had bad experience with staff attitude upon arrival. The next day new staff were A1.
I contacted the manager a few times before getting a call back. He was very polite, apologized and told me that the staff received extra training in order to fix further issues.
The place itself was pretty clean, room was comfortable and tidy.
Gym was also clean.
My kids enjoyed the pool and my wife loved the spa.

Room was missing towels and other stuff. Spa was crusted in black all around the water level. 4 billing errors were done( 2 by the hotel and 2 by hotel.com)and the last one by the manager that didnt know how to fix it. Told me it would be fixed within the hour but took 4 days and multiple call to have it fixed.

I've stayed in this hotel twice before, but this time it is the most disappointing experience that I've had in this hotel. The room is clean, that's good but it is poorly maintained. One light near the headboard of the bed did not work, the lightbulb was missing, most of the electrical plugs and sockets did not work, the telephone was not working... Overall, it has been a disappointing experience.

We were in a rush for breakfast, which was supposed to open at 6:30. At 6:45, they were still setting up the buffet, we would have had to wait another 10 minutes.

Super grande chambre, propre. Piste cyclable qui part du stationnement et qui mêne à la piste d'athlétisme du Saguenay. Moderne et spacieux. Tout était parfait excepté le wi-fi qui était très faible au 7e étage et fait défaut.

Great staff, nice indoor pool and dry sauna. Clean room, had to change after a night, ac wasn’t working anymore but that was done fast and no problem besides repacking and unpacking which is no biggie. Not our first stay and we will go again next time we visit our family in Saguenay.

We stayed 2 nights in July 2022. Staff never bothered to clean the room after 1st night.Not even to throw out the garbage. For $200/night this is the minimum to be done. One of the bed sheet had an old spot from i guess previous ironing on it - never changed - just probably washed and put back. For this price and this name - TERRIBLE SERVICE..If I had a choice I would go elsewhere. I guess there are not much normal hotels around the area bit at least the price should be cheaper.
