This is a wonderful hotel to stay in downtown Tainan. Many of the historical sites & delicious food are merely about 5 minutes walk. The staffs are very friendly & finally it has free parking slot!

地點很好，步行到國華街跟保安路都非常方便！入住過三次，但是三次飯店名稱都不一樣，問了櫃檯說是換團隊經營，櫃檯不是24小時且需要兼房務，所以很多時候旅客需要自助。入住時才被告知房間是無障礙客房，但是設計上不是很方便，客房內浴室是拉門 洗臉盆的水龍頭是感應式但非常不靈敏，只是想洗臉都很不順利，免治馬桶也故障了。六樓的空間依舊可以自由使用，是比較值得欣慰的地方。

房間設計簡單乾淨。雖然沒有提供礦泉水，可是6樓的共享客廳有咖啡，冷熱水可以喝，還有零食。6樓真的很舒服，很適合袋附近攤子買的美食在那裡吃。服務很讚，每個人都很客氣很友善。我會推薦這個旅社。

地點很好，裝修也不錯，但沒有停車場，對於開車旅遊的人來說有額外的費用。6點後櫃檯就沒人，只能電話聯繫管家，但也無法即時處理，入住時才被告知，因為為老建築改建，每間房間的窗儲熱桶有限，一位洗完要再等15-20分鐘才能讓下一位洗，實在很不方便。但最讓人不能接受的是，我是連住兩晚，但在完全沒告知的情況下，不但床單沒換（不是讓客人可以選擇換或不換喔！）而是房間完全沒人整理，連垃圾都沒清！這實在是讓人很不能接受，第二天的住宿費也沒比較便宜，可以飯店自己決定不清就不清嗎？以相同的價位，奉勸想入住的旅客，多比較看看別家吧！

在西門路一段和友愛街口，之前的友愛鹽酥雞巷口轉進來就是，旁邊有收費停車場，很方便停車，或是可以去停在圓環也可以! 吃的逛的和離市區都很近，下次還會帶家人入住，謝謝!!

施設もスタッフも立地もとてもよいが、看板宿名のルーツインという文字が小さすぎて、別の宿名が大々的に書かれているので間違いやすく非常にわかりにくい。予約ページもルーツインだけでなく、実際の漢字名を記載してくれないとわからないレベル。漢字読めない国の人は更にわからないと思う。

とにかく、スタッフの皆さんが親切で、良かったです。滞在中、雨がふらない日は無かったのですが、「傘は持っていかないのか？」と毎回気にしてくれて、他のホテルに滞在してた友達にも、ホテルの傘を持って行くように勧めてくれました。

第二次入住，房間配置基本但還算舒適，地點非常便利，對面就是便利商店，也有很多台南美食小吃都在走路可到達的距離。只是第一次入住房價就有搭配早餐，這次被告知已經取消，也沒特別說是不是可加價享用早餐，原本有搭配停車優惠現在也沒有了，房內沒有附礦泉水及一次性盥洗備品，這些是調整後令人感覺較可惜的地方。
