I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms.

Check in was ok. Room accommodations not prepared with separate twin beds, but quickly corrected. The property very attractive, and family friendly, but a lot of kids. It was very noisy and I wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub and could not visit during the hours. I was very disappointed.

Great location near to beginners slopes with great English speaking instructors - we went during England and Polish half term so it was very busy - we booked skiing lessons from England - and they were great at returning emails and their English was brilliant.

The room was very spacious for family of 4 - kids sofa bed mattress very thin - but aren't they always. Very clean. The curtains did not close fully - which was annoying.

Design flaw in the bedrooms (or at least room 1523) is that there are pieces of wood (rather than plasterboard) - at high level which meant you could hear every word as though they were in your room - which isn't great if you are trying to sleep and they want to party!

The second worst part was most of the staff (not housekeeping - she was very smiley) were simply unfriendly and un-smiley - a smile doesn't cost anything! - some of the staff said \"you're welcome\" when we thanked them - which was in stark contrast to most of them, and simply makes for a more pleasurable holiday.

But the saddest thing for us was that we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evenings -(despite having having paid for half board) because there was nothing for (unadventurous English) children to eat - the food was good for adults and adventurous children - rabbit / pork / chicken in all sorts of Polish sauces - but some chips or some pizza or chicken nuggets - or something 'international' would have been very much appreciated by us! - Breakfast was good though.

A nice hotel, located within a suitable distance from the town centre. However, the hotel lacked the small refinements that you would expect from a five star or four star hotel e.g. room controled air conditioning, curtains which could be fully closed, separate soap and shampoo in the bathroom, and a shower which you can stand underneath without having to hold the shower head to prevent soaking the bathroom floor.

Despite of these negative points, the hotel boasts a very high standard of facilities such as the saunas, pool and the spa treatment rooms. All of which we enjoyed. A good Variety and selection of food for breakfast.

Our room was finished to a high standard, very clean, with a comfortable bed and balcony. Overall our stay was pleasant, but not sure if I would recommend based upon the price and previous experiences of similar establishments. Maybe it was the time of our stay or a lack of coordination between hotel staff, but we couldn’t help feel a little dissatisfied with the whole experience!!!

Wonderful stay in Zakopane - Excellent, new hotel

I was surprised with how nice this hotel was. I had read some reviews about the service if you were non-Polish speaking but found that rather than being rude as suggested by someone else that hotel staff just seemed to be not so confident with their English but it was fine.

The hotel was nice and clean and had good facilities for young children as there is a large playground outside and a small playroom inside. It’s a short walk away from a beginner’s ski slope and a short drive from the town centre. It has a nice pool and steam and sauna. Our room was also very comfortable.

Service was great, employees were helpful and friendly. In winter, caters mostly to Polish families with small kids who are there to ski at the kiddie slopes of Nosal which are across the street from the hotel. Rooms are nice and at a high standard. Can't beat the price!

In a 5 star hotel I would expect the best.
There were quite a few little details about the room that had been overlooked, just lazy finishing.
Had booked a room with queen bed and received 2 singles, when I requested a different room I was told all rooms had only single beds - this can't possibly be true at a 5 star hotel!?!?
fitness centre is a little average, the pool was lovely though.

On two occasions during our stay the noise by there own people shouting in Polish lasted into the early hours of the morning 4.00am.
There were no English tours. Next time we book a holiday we are making sure it will be a package holiday either with yourselves or another tour company

The bartender in the VIP lounge was very rude. If you don't speak/understand Polish, no one at this hotel will give any attention to you. Luckily, I speak the language however my boyfriend does not and I noticed the difference in treatment right away. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Our family stayed only for one night after a last minute plan for a stop in Zakopane, on our road trip in Europe. I wish we had planned for a longer stay. Hotel is new, super clean, good food, and nice staff. It is located a little passed the center, on the way to Lake Morskie Oko. If we go back to Zakopane in some point, we will definitely stay at Rezydencja Nosalowy Dwór again.

Place is very nice! New hotel, best room i ever stay in Poland
unfortunately view is not good , i was hopping to see mountains from the window but because of the way hotel is situated you will not see them
But great place to stay if you dont care about it.

very enjoyable stay. family of 4 and room was a great size for the four of us. reception staff very helpful and friendly and all spoke English very well. we travelled to our ski resort everyday which took about 35mins by minibus. in the evening there was a fantastic heated room for storage of your skis and boot. There is also a lovely spa to unwind after a long day skiing. overall a very good trip.

Decent hotel but expect throngs of kids and confusing parking situations. Took 1/2 hour to find hotel because of poor signage. Had a nice ski theme, but a bit tacky in the summer. Decent room and breakfast. Our floor also had odor of some chemical, like paint.

Das Hotel an sich war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir wurden in den „Family“ - Track/ Nebengebäude untergebracht und in diesem so schien es waren nur Familien mit tausenden lärmenden und quengeligen Kleinkindern. Dies betraf die Flure, die Frühstücksräumlichkeiten und vor allem das Mini-Schwimmbad. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, außer keine Konfitüren o.ä. vorhanden. Die Betten, eigentlich sollte es Queensize sein bestand aus zwei super harten Matratzen. Aber das Empfangspersonal war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Für Kinder ist im Schwimmbad gar kein Angebot vorhanden. Es ist einfach nur Schwimmen mehr nicht. Das Frühstück ist immer das gleiche und es schmeckt alles sehr fad, für Kinder gibt es nicht einmal Kakao. Der Zimmerservice ist Top und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe. Was gar nicht geht ist das Kaugummi gekaut wird während man den Gast zum Tisch begleitet.

Wszystko świetnie tylko przestrzegam przed korzystaniem z hotelowego spa, a konkretnie masaży. Podczas masażu pan, który go wykonywał zapytał czy \"masujemy biust\". Skąd w ogóle taki pomysł? Nie wiem czy usługi masażu intymnego są standardem w tym hotelu ale nie zostałam wcześniej o czymś takim poinformowana. Zgłosiłam tą sytuację w recepcji ale nie wiem czy coś z tym zrobili. Pan z recepcji oczywiście mnie przeprosił za zboczonego masażystę, zapytał mnie o nr pokoju i w sumie na tym się skończyło.

Hotels looks new. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately services in the lobby bar and in the restaurant are poor. If you have to ask if you can be served in the bar and ask waiter to set you a table and bring you menu you don’t feel like in the 5* hotel. I’m sure there are employees who know how to act professionally and deserve our thanks unfortunately they were in minority.

Das Hotel hat mehr versprochen, als es bieten konnte. Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite für 4 Personen. Die Schiebetür zwischen den 2 Räumen war ausgehängt und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Auch die Klimaanlage tropfte auf den Boden. Die Tür konnte nach dem 2. Anlauf repariert werden. Warum ist das nicht schon früher aufgefallen? Leider keine Haken für Handtücher und Bademäntel. Zimmerservice leider nicht routiniert. Wir hatten eine Kaffeemaschine. Wir bekamen 1 Kapsel für 4 Personen. Manchmal würden sogar die Tassen vergessen aufzufüllen. Woraus sollten wir denn den Kaffee trinken? Genauso Toilettenpapier. 1 Rolle für 4 Personen.
Frühstück hatte eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Da war wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Poolanlage war schön.
Für die Kinder war die Burg zum Bespielen klasse. Mit Rutschen, Sandkasten und Klettermöglichkeit.
Auch für Raucher war das Hotel leider sehr ungemütlich. Die Smoking Areas waren nicht überdacht.

Cudowne miejsce z cudowną i baardzo miłą i pomocną obsługą. Baardzo dobre śniadania. Piękna okolica. Blisko do Tatrzańskiego Parku Narodowego. Jak padał deszcz Pani z obsługi w recepcji dała swoje parasolki, jak mąż nie jadł śniadania bo o 4.00 poszedł w góry to otrzymał lunch box (2 kanapki, owoce, jogurt, woda, batonik musli). W karczmie z przodu obiektu pyszna kuchnia. Codziennie jedliśmy inne posiłki i wszystko było bardzo smaczne. Pokój na 4 osoby bardzo duży narożny z ogromnym balkonem. Spa z moją ukochaną marką Skeyndor również polecam. Baseny ok czasami za niska temperatura w suchej saunie. Ja napewno tam wrócę.

Проживали в новом корпусе отеля двумя семьями с маленькими детьми и внуками в двух апартаментах. В одном номере 1513 (5 этаж) были технические проблемы, которые решили и подарили бутылку вина. В другом номере 1127(1этаж), техпроблем не было, но одна из спален (для родителей, двуспальная кровать) вообще не имеет окон - практически душегубка - пришлось спать с открытой дверью в гостиную комнату, иначе задохнулись бы.
В остальном мы остались довольны. Современный, комфортный, чистый отель в красивом месте. Большие и комфортные номера. Бассейн, джакузи (много хлорки в водоподготовке), бани (вход только от 18 лет). Вкусные и обильные завтраки. Бесплатная парковка на улице или платная (примерно 1000 рублей/день) подземная, что очень комфортно зимой. Бесплатная детская комната с аниматорами, можно оставить ребёнка на полдня.
Современная и большая сушилка для лыж и ботинок (бесплатно).
Рядом, в пешей доступности, спуски для детей или начинающих и прокат оборудования.
Для взрослого катания спуски тоже не далеко, если на автомобиле 15 -40 минут в разных районах.
До центрально улице города 40 минут пешком или 10 минут на авто.
В целом нам очень понравилось в этом отеле!

Отель сказка! Новый, уютный! Очень вкусный завтрак, даже есть необычная еда, такая как мёд в сотах, козье молоко! Качество продуктов на высшем уровне!!! Красивая территория, просторный номер! Вид с балкона! Единственный минус реакция персонала на просьбу,когда звонишь на рецепшен-третий халат и тапки так и не дождались за 3 дня..а так все замечательно!

Jedynie na nocleg bez jedzenia i SPA

Pokój może i ma PRAWIE 5* ale cała reszta, z obsługa na czele, niestety nie ma. Restauracje, basen i pozostałe atrakcje hotelu znajdują się w pozostałych częściach kompleksu, które maja 3* lub 4*. Obsługa nie jest niestety przeszkolona nawet z podstawowych zasad grzeczności i zachowań. Perychelium absurdu osiągnął pan, który w restauracji hotelowej podał nam pizzę w pudełku, bez talerza i sztućców!

A szálloda csendes helyen helyezkedik el, gyerekeknek nagyszerű kastély játszótérrel. A lakosztály nagyon kényelmes, tiszta volt, a jacuzzi felár ellenében igénybe vehető. A medence egy kicsit hideg, mert egyben van az úszó és élmény rész, ezt inkább a téli síelőknek ajánlom. A vacsora a szomszédos grand nosalowy dwórban volt, 4 főétel 4 féle kötettel, a svédasztal másik felében pedig könnyű ételek, saláták, halak, különféle bogyók, zöldségek. A gyerekeknek külön asztalról lehetett választani. A reggeli jóval bőségesebb, ízletes, finom volt, ami már a rezydencja hotelben szolgáltak fel. Összefoglalva, a wellness részt kivéve, mindennel meg voltunk elégedve. Egy éjszakára tökéletes volt.

Vi ble skuffet over at all informasjon stort sett var på polsk. Bare permen på rommet og et par av de i resepsjonen kommuniserte på engelsk

Executive szobában voltunk, de nem szigetelt rendesen az erkélyajtó, ami - mivel pont előtte volt a gyerekek ágya - meglehetősen kellemetlen volt. Egyébként bőséges reggeli, nem túl meleg vizes wellness és - véletlenül pont a kijelentkezés napján - zárt wellness részleg fogadott.

Vi är en familj med 2 tonårsdöttrar som nyligen bodde 5 nätter i två rum på detta hotell. Inte 5-stjärnigt enligt svensk standard, opersonligt, men ändå ok. Inte all personal pratade engelska, och det fanns dåligt med information på engelska. Wifi fungerade sådär på rummen. Frukostutbudet ok, men omysig miljö. Eftersom även polackerna har sportlov v 8 så var där lite stökigt, med många småbarn. Gott om gratis parkeringsplatser. Taxi från hotellet till centrum kostar ca 40 sek, men egen bil är absolut smidigast om du är i Zakopane för att åka skidor. Inte gångavstånd till centrum vintertid! Åt gott och prisvärt på Grands (systerhotellet som är sammanlänkat) restaurang en kväll. Poolområdet finns också på Grand, och är fint, men litet. Gymmet är rymligt och bra, men har en åldersgräns på 18 år. Sammanfattningsvis hade vi en bra vecka här, men kommer att välja ett mer centralt hotell om vi återvänder till Zakopane.
