Hotels.com let me book the hotel at 20:00 even though the reception closed at 19:30 after nearly an hour I managed to communicate with someone who came out to book me in the lady was fantastic she didn’t speak English but we got booked in Hotel.com virtual help was useless and disappointing thank you Hôtel Albizia great service

Nice location just north of Sarlat on the main road heading in. The units are unique: about 6 rows of blocks of 5 attached, single level, very well built, solid units meaning no noisy neighbors. Nothing exceptional about the interior space: typically small (by US standards), efficient French-sized, with a very modern bathroom and decent internet. We didn't do breakfast. After hours arrivals find their room keys left at the bowling alley across the road. We appreciated that versus the more typical situation we've run into where a locked gate blocks the entrance to the facility and you have to hope to wake up the night attendant to be allowed access. One night we spent 45 minutes trying to do that.
Good base for Sarlat, Beynac Castle, canoeing on the Dordogne, visiting the caves. Just south but before Sarlat is a handy shopping center with cheap fuel and a full service and complete supermarket.

la personne a l'accueil est très sympathique mais la propreté de la chambre est médiocre : sol non lavé, toile d'araignée au plafond et les serviettes laissées dans le bac de douche n'ont pas été changées pour la deuxième nuit donc j'en ai conclu que la salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyée

Hôtel très rare où les horaires d'accueil sont de 16h à 18h et des brouettes. Avant c'est obligation d'attente (donc les 16h) pour pouvoir accéder à la chambre.
Petit ricanement à l'accueil quand on ne prend pas le petit déjeuner et nettoyage de la chambre plus que succinct (cheveux qui traînent dans la chambre ou la douche, ce qui veux dire que côté aspirateur, c'est pas la folie. Bien la peine d'attendre jusqu'à 16h que l'accueil ouvre). Et bien sûr, le distributeur de clé automatique est en panne. Ce serait trop simple MAIS c'est un des rares hôtels pas trop excessifs dans le coin

Après avoir fait ma réservation je téléphone a l hôtel une dame me dit de ne pas venir l hôtel ferme a 19h30 nous réservons un hôtel à Bergerac et surprise l hôtel que nous avons réservé à Sarlat nous a facturé 59€et 10€ et le patron ne veut pas me rembourser

Sejour de 2 jours, très satisfaite, hotel très bien, bonne literie, belle salle de bain avec douche, très propre, endroit calme, bon petit déjeuner, peut etre rajouter du salé. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de restauration à coté, surtout lorsque l'on arrive tard. Je recommande cet établissement et y reviendrais avec plaisir.

Par manque de personnel le ménage n'est pas top . moisissures dans la douche.porte de douche qui fuit, odeur d urine, volé qui ne s'ouvre pas climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas . vraiment dommage car le lieu bien et la personne a l accueil très sympathique et professionnelle et ne peu en évidence pas palier à tout toute seule elle a beaucoup de courage.

Hôtel agréable, facile à trouver. Accueil tout à fait satisfaisant. Beaucoup d'insectes dans la chambre en arrivant (quantité de moustiques impressionnante, plusieurs mouches et autres insectes volants, et des araignées). Salle de bain avec douche agréable. Chambre confortable mais manque de propreté : traces marron sur les murs et au plafond, traces de bêtes écrasées dont du sang sur les rideaux. Au niveau de l'équipement, il n'y a qu'une prise (dans la chambre), qu'une poubelle (dans la sdb), pas de draps (avec la chaleur, ce serait plus agréable que l'unique couette) et la tv est très petite. Cet hôtel pourrait être une vraie perle avec ces améliorations !

L'hôtel est très bien situé et proche de nombreux lieux à visiter. Les bemols sont

hotel un peu isolé de Sarlat donc endroit calme, le personnel est sympathique et prevenant(pas de petit dejeuner pour cause covid, on nous a gentiment prêté une senseo). par contre petit bémol pour la douche, les joints de porte et du carrelage ne sont pas nets et tachés, le reste de la chambre était bien entretenu.

Nous sommes venus pour découvrir la région et nous pensions très sincèrement qu'avec le Covid que la chambre aurait été au moins, propre et désinfectée. Toile d'araignée dans la salle de bains ainsi que des cheveux dans la douche, la clim était pleine de poussière, les sols sales sous les lits des moutons... peu accueillant dans de telles conditions. On ne nous a même pas dit que la clim ne devait pas être utilisée vu le Covid.... c'est nous qui avions poser la question mais c'etait le dernier jour... Dans les magasins, on a appris que les parkings étaient tous gratuit jusqu'au 1er juillet. Chose qui aurait dû nous être dit par les dames de l'hôtel... c'est sûr on ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Les dames sont certes gentilles mais lors d'une crise sanitaire comme celle que nous vivons, il y a un minimum de ménage qui aurait dû être fait ce qui n'était absolument pas le cas. A l'avenir avant de payer, on demandera à visiter la chambre et nous le conseillons à tous.
