Nothing to complain about really, but I am pretty sure I booked a room with a view of the park and instead got a view of the parking lot. This hotel offers no breakfast, and parking is $20/day on top of the room rate. Wifi is included and works.

Pool was ok even though kids only swam for an hour before it closed. Room was ok but you really only sleep there when you go to Disneyland. My only complaint was the outlet by bathroom didn't work but it worked the following day. We'd stay again if opportunity rises👍

One of the biggest selling points for us was how close it is to the parks — it’s about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the front gates. When you’re traveling with a toddler and all the gear that comes with that, proximity really matters, and this location made getting to and from the parks much easier.

We reserved a room with a king bed, and when we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by how large the room was. The extra space ended up being incredibly helpful for our family of three. Traveling with a toddler means bringing a lot of extras — a pack-n-play, stroller, bags, snacks, and all the little accessories that seem to multiply when you’re away from home. Having a spacious room meant we could comfortably set up the pack-n-play for our son while still having plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. It made a big difference compared to some hotel rooms where everything feels squeezed together.

Our room was located on the bottom floor near the stairs. At first, I was a little concerned about the location because it was also close to the main entrance to the hotel. I was worried we might hear people constantly going up and down the stairs or coming in and out of the building, especially early in the morning or late at night. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all. The room was actually very quiet during our stay. We didn’t notice much

This is the first time weve stayed at this hotel. Weve stayed at many other hotels near disneyland and this is one of the best. Clean rooms, plenty of food options near by, and you cant beat the walk. Took about 10 minutes from our room to security. The walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors but its nothing crazy
The only thing i would change is wall mounted bottles in the shower. The tiny bottles of soap need to go.
We definitely will be back!

I believe that the owners are relying on the fact that this property is across the street from Disney, and therefore they have no incentive to provide a better guest experience at the front desk or maintain/upgrade the facilities.
While the room was prepared very well by the housekeeping staff, we found it to feel very worn - there was a significant gap under the door that let in a lot of light, the carpet was very worn, every time someone near us closed their door it would rattle ours, overall just in need of a refresh.
They also need to improve staffing the front desk at check-in time - when there are 12 parties lined up to check in but the staff are all on the phone and not helping in-person guests, it is ridiculous.
Our room keys also quit working multiple times during our stay. Which yes, is a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme - but when our room was in the opposite tower from th lobby, and we're getting back after a long morning in the heat with two preschoolers who needed a cool room to rest in, this really does add another negative layer.
It got to the point where I wanted to stay at the park in the afternoon while my mom took my kids back to the hotel for a break, but I couldn't because there was a chance the keys wouldn't work and one of us would have to run across the property, wait in line at front desk, and run back. To me, this small issue that kept happening cost me hundreds of dollars in wasted time I could have spent at Disney.

Location was great but it was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was some sort unit that was somewhere below our rooms that came off and on all night. This was not good with young kids. I also made the mistake of not pulling all covers back and checking the sheets and bedding until we were leaving when I was looking for anything we may have left and found a disgusting hairball and what looked like dried blood as seen in the photos at the bottom of one of the beds so I would be very cautious. My 5 year old granddaughter was sleeping on that side so luckily her feet didn’t reach to the bottom.

The staff who registered me or check me in at time of my arrival for pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located walking distance of the park. That was probably the best part of this day. The security at the Rooftop Bar not so pleasant but nothing detrimental or anything that would impede us staying there in the future. The room was small but we know for a future we will definitely get a larger room. I enjoyed my time by the pool reading a book. Will definitely stay there again.

We booked for a way overdue girls weekend at Disney. The room was clean and well maintained the only issue was the musty smell. We turned the AC on and it seems to help. That really was the only issue. We didn't utilize any of the amenities because we were at the park all day and last night. It it's perfect location to the park and very reasonable

The proximity to Disneyland is amazing, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
Apart from those two points, we didn't love our stay. Check-in was not great, our room keys randomly quit working a few times (including once at 4 PM and the lineup in the lobby was atrocious since only two staff were working the desk, and both were on the phones during peak check-in time), rooms felt pretty dated and could use a simple refresh, and the queen beds we paid for were suspiciously similar in size to double beds (they certainly weren't a standard queen size). The light at the elevator on iur floor was burnt out, making it pretty difficult to see when we were coming and going in the evenings. Staff, apart from housekeeping and a bellhop, were not friendly and did nothing to address or escalate the concerns I presented to them.
None of these things on their own are a deal breaker, but added all together, they made for a pretty negative experience.

We will probably choose a different hotel for our future Disney trips, despite this option being so convenient for park trips.

I can’t say enough great things about Grand Legacy. It’s a convenient quick walking distance to the park entrance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool wasn’t heated which is my only complaint, but otherwise, no issues whatsoever. Staff were kind and helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby after we checked out so that we could enjoy one last day at the park. I will absolutely stay here again!

The parking lot was very tight to park your car. When we checked in and got to our room, hotel staff issued a room key to someone else to stay. When you ask for your room to be cleaned all they give you is just towels and empty the trash. The tv in the room wasn’t a smart tv and it was difficult to use.

Typical motel setting. You can hear all outside noise. We had 2 rooms, we weren’t able to get them with an adjoining door so we had to keep going in and out. One bathtub drain did not work so we weren’t able to use it as a bath. One hair dryer only blew out cold air. Initially one bathroom was only stocked with conditioner and no shampoo. On the positive side, the location to Disneyland is great. Coffee in the lobby every morning was great. The beds were pretty comfy.

The elevator was out of order and I have a bad knee. It ruined my entire stay. The bathroom shower leaked water all over the floor (poor design) and the wall had mold! The door to the bathroom was terrible…one of my friends got stuck in it due to the ridiculous metal contraption! There was no battery in the remote for the curtains. I’ve never stayed in such a rundown place for such a high priced place. Maybe a refund for parking would make me consider not bad mouthing this hotel?

Overall, it was a decent stay for our last minute booking. We were beating a storm that was coming through our area, so we needed another night at a hotel. The convenience to Disneyland is a huge perk obviously. It was raining but the pool was great! Super fun for the kids. I would say the photos are a bit deceiving for the size of things here. The pool is much smaller in person, so we’d never stay here when it’s busy. And the rooms are very simple and small. It’s not soundproofed well, so you can hear everyone coming and going which doesn’t make for a very restful sleep. Two big downfalls in my eyes. One, we got there 35 minutes before checkin, and they refused to check us in unless we wanted to pay an additional $50 early checkin fee. They wouldn’t even give us a parking pass and told us to park at our down risk. We normally stay at a Marriott just down the way, and we have been able to check in hours before. $50 for 40 minutes seems outrageous. Then we went to check in 40 minutes later (we needed to change from traveling for 11 hours), and our room still wasn’t ready. It took almost another hour. Boo. Second to that would be the rooftop restaurant. We can’t even go and enjoy fireworks from there because 2 of us have celiacs disease and nine if our family eats gluten- and you are required to spend $25 per person to have a seat there. At 9pm. Makes it hard to spend that much when there are no options for people with food restrictions.

The hotel was okay overall, but nothing special. The service was mediocre and didn’t really stand out in any positive way. The rooms were decent and clean, but again, pretty average and nothing memorable. Unfortunately, it wasn’t an experience that impressed us, and we would probably choose to stay somewhere else next time. The only real highlight is the location, since it’s very close to Disneyland Resort, which was convenient.

The hotel is located very close to the parks, which makes this really nice. The coffee in the morning, and water in the afternoons is an extra bonus. The reason I'm rating this \"Okay\" is because we had an issue while we were there that I don't think was handled appropriately. The second night of our stay, our fire alarm started beeping when we returned from the parks. It's late, we're tired - they sent maintenance up right away. He changed the battery, and as soon as he left it started beeping again. So, he came back and fixed it again. The next day I receive a call from the hotel saying they need to go in to our room because the alarm is going off. We didn't love this as we hadn't prepared for housekeeping or anyone to come in, but we said it was fine. We get back late that night and it's going off again. They sent maintenance again, and he just took the battery out and left us with a non-functioning smoke alarm. They didn't offer us to move rooms, and I didn't love sleeping without that safety feature. Additionally, we paid extra for an elevated room and when they checked us in, they said - by the way, there's a rooftop bar right above your room. Normally I wouldn't care, but finding this out when we checked in and not prior to arrival was a little off-putting as it was loud with their DJ. I asked if I could speak to someone in the morning, and they gave me a $75 refund as the manager stepped out and we had to catch a flight. We just won't be staying here again.

Had a rough stay. I saw some reviews about club music affecting their sleep. My adult friends and I had a multi bed suite that wasn’t cheap. We were going to need sound sleep so asked for a quiet room. They said ok we’ll put you on 3rd floor since the club with music is on the 5th. Apparently the suites are all on the floors beneath the club. Our whole room shook with techno music. In addition… the fridge made weird noises, the shower was not hot and it just dribbled weakly, and nothing was really good about it. We finally had to move to a small room in another building to finish our stay.
